Not a bad hotel but it’s not a 4 star by any means and not boutique. The main pool/ entertainment area is not big enough for the number of guests and also not the most pleasant. We stayed in the delux section. The pool here is nice but spoilt by being near a busy road. The rooms are big but could be better equipped. Bathrooms have no shelves, mould around shower and it leaked into bathroom floor.
The self service pool bar was unavailable for two days of our stay and the food offering was bland with little choice.
One day, I was the only person using the very small gym when a small pilates class arrived. They moved all the benches out of weight area and then asked if I could stop using the treadmill as it was too noisy for their class. I refused as I had arrived before them and I had only started my routine and reminded the instructor it was a gym not a Pilates studio. Their action prevented me from using the weight which I had planned after the treadmill. She said I should have known they were coming as it was on the notice screen in the lobby!
The breakfast buffet is ok but all other meals are really awful with very old fashioned food and questionable reheating methods. I would advise booking b&b only as the town has a few good restaurants. Staff were nice enough but more task than customer oriented.
Will not be staying here again.

We've just come back from Lanzarote yesterday and had a brilliant time at H10 White Suites Hotel. Easyjet were the providers and their transfers and flights etc were excellent with good communication throughout ! The reviews on this hotel vary considerably and it amazes me that possibly some people have never been on package holidays before ! While we were there people moaned about no hot plates in the buffet, the pool water was freezing, food was average and the entertainment was poor and even complained about plastic chairs in the pool bar ? So put all those negative comments to one side and take my word for it this is a fantastic hotel but pay for a balcony suite room with pool view and go all inclusive ! The location of the hotel is great, just 45 minutes transfer from the airport and the its an easy walk to the beach / Playa Blanca or the Rubicon Marina. The staff are excellent throughout from reception, food and beverage to cleaning and maintenance....all very visible and delightful people. There are hot plates in the buffet if you look as there are heat indicators clearly visible, the food was excellent and I regularly dined out on beautiful salads, fruits and fish and meat cooked by the chefs right in front of me ! The pools are perfect temperature and are very safe plus the weather was 20 degrees every day ! The entertainment was superb and on some days you had some poolside music and then 7pm and 9pm performances. So let me finish with a few things the bosses could improve upon
1. The Poolside Bar area could do with a bit of updating for the staff and entertainment and sometimes food is just left out too long in the mornings.
2. In the buffet area, some of the food in dishes did not get refreshed or heated correctly hence I went for salads and freshly cooked meats / fish etc
3. Perhaps during peoples stays here, the management could do little meet and greets or walkabouts to see how people are enjoying their holiday ?
Anyway , for £1000 each, we've flown over 6000 miles in comfort, had efficient hotel transfers, an excellent hotel with great food and facilities and some beautiful weather....what's not to like ?

Really enjoyed our stay at the H10 White Suites. The hotel is really well kept, especially the gardens. Room was a little tired but clean and comfortable. Almost all the staff were amazing- the cleaner was lovely, friendly and kept our room nice; reception staff were all really helpful with whatever we needed (including ice when I injured my knee!); staff in the restaurant were great and every night the chef talked us through what we could and couldn’t eat due to allergies.
When we were staying it was unusually cold but staff helped by bringing extra bedding and a heater to the room. Any queries we had were always dealt with quickly.
We generally enjoyed drinks in the bar before dinner and on several evenings there was a singer or musician.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Staff are truly excellent and couldn't do enough throughout our trip. The food was some of the best all inclusive experiences we've ever had (quality was unbelievable, also try the Lanzarotian potatoes). Rooms were spacious, pools a reasonable size and facilities superb.

Just returned from 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel is in a great location in easy reach of a lovely beach and the main promenade. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Terrace was great and the double bed was huge and very comfortable. Just a few little signs of wear and tear but otherwise great. The hotel and grounds are reasonably compact which gave it a nice quiet and personal feel. Food was nice and the Italian restaurant on site was superb. What made it was the lovely staff who really did all they could to give you a great experience. Would definitely recommend and re-book without hesitation
