We had the most amazing time at this resort in Mexico and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. It truly made our trip unforgettable.
A special thank you to Justin from the entertainment team — he was always so kind, engaging, and genuinely made sure everyone was having a great time. His energy really added something special to our days at the resort!
We also want to recognize Rodrigo Velozo, one of the lifeguards. We truly saw him go out of his way for so many guests. He always had a smile on his face and was attentive, professional, and incredibly kind. You can tell he really cares about the guests’ experience.
At the Activity Pool bar, Alexi and Gustavo were fantastic! They always greeted us with big smiles and made sure we never had an empty drink in hand. Their positive attitudes made hanging out by the pool even more enjoyable.
Joelle at the bar during Villa Marina dinner was also so friendly and attentive. He made sure we always had a delicious drink and added such a warm, welcoming touch to our evenings.
Finally, Enrique, our server at Blue Moon restaurant, went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely and memorable evening. His service was exceptional and truly elevated our dining experience.
Our only complaint would be about the scuba diving excursion offered by a separate business on the property. We had booked it in the morning and looked forward to it all day, only to be told later that they had overbooked and needed to cancel our reservation. We were especially disappointed since it was our last day.
Overall, the incredible staff and atmosphere made this a truly wonderful trip. We had an amazing time and would absolutely come back! 🌴☀️🍹

Elizabeth was great as our privilege butler, SUPER attentive, working through any request we had! If she was off for that part of the day or unavailable then Jorge stepped in.
Enrique was the best for handling the privilege pool service. Very attentive and always had plenty of cold water for us.
Axel & Jair had the hibachi figured out second to none.
I haven’t been to this hotel in 8 years but better than the last time I was here. Great maintenance and upkeep to the facilities. Great friendly staff all around.
The only negative to the week was at checkout. No one was readily available as I approached the privilege desk, so I approached the Premium desk where someone was but without guests. I asked to check out at 11am, assuming I could, as some of my group had sat there to check in. She (I didn’t get her name) then replied with “did you check in here” and I replied by saying “no” and pointing at the privilege desk. She then only nodded that direction, suggesting that’s were I belonged without another word spoken.
I will be happy to come back, but certainly never be buying into the Premium services. If their host can’t even be bothered to check me out or have a full conversation in general, then thats NOT the type of people I want to associate my time or money with.

Ricardo and Victor at the buffet were outstanding—both were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always made sure our drinks were never empty. They went above and beyond to make every meal enjoyable. Gustavo at the pool bar was just as amazing: welcoming, fun, and quick with service, which made relaxing by the pool even better. The whole team truly made our experience memorable with their great service and warm attitude.
Our room was always clean, with reliable hot water and cold air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. The Blue Moon restaurant had the best food of the entire trip—absolutely delicious. Overall, the staff and amenities made this a fantastic experience.

My stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa was absolutely unforgettable. We stayed for 10 days, and every single day was filled with amazing service, great food, and the best energy — but what truly made our trip special were the incredible staff members.
Juan quickly became our favorite bartender. From day one, he made us feel completely at home. It wasn’t just that his drinks were perfect every time — it was his personality. Even if we were just walking past and not stopping for anything, he would always smile and say hi. That small gesture meant so much and made the resort feel personal and welcoming. Juan has such genuine, positive energy, and you can tell he truly cares about the guests’ experience. He honestly felt like a friend by the end of our stay.
Antonio at the pool bar was equally amazing. He consistently went above and beyond, bringing drinks directly to us and making sure we were always taken care of. His hospitality was top-tier — so inviting, friendly, and full of life. He kept the pool vibes fun and exciting, surprising us with creative drinks and always maintaining the best energy. He truly elevated our pool days and made them unforgettable.
We also have to mention the Mexican restaurant — it was our absolute favorite! We didn’t catch the staff’s names, but every single person working there was incredible. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was so delicious that we genuinely could have eaten there every single night of our 10-day stay. It was hands-down our favorite dining experience at the resort.
Overall, the staff at Ocean Coral & Turquesa made this trip so special. The hospitality, kindness, and energy we experienced are the reason we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to Juan, Antonio, and the amazing restaurant team for making our vacation one we’ll never forget! 💛🍹
