We had a very enjoyable stay at Gran Canaria Princess and would definitely recommend it to couples looking for a relaxing holiday in Playa del Inglés.
The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views from the balcony. The hotel itself is well maintained and has a pleasant atmosphere throughout.
The food was good and tasty, with a decent variety of dishes every day. There was always something to choose from, whether for breakfast or dinner, and the quality was better than expected for an all-inclusive hotel.
One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly and hardworking staff. From the reception team to the restaurant and bar staff, everyone was welcoming and helpful, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
The evening entertainment and shows were excellent. There was something different almost every night, and the entertainment team did a fantastic job keeping guests entertained without being intrusive.
The pool area is nice and relaxing, and the adults-only concept makes it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful vacation.
Overall, Gran Canaria Princess offers very good value for money with comfortable rooms, good food, friendly service, and great entertainment. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended for couples and anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Gran Canaria!

Great Adult only hotel.
We stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. The hotel was very clean, check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge, TV, free safe, and hairdryer. The food was very good with plenty of choice, although it became a little repetitive after a few days. We chose to stick with the standard All Inclusive package as the Premium upgrade didn't seem to offer much extra value.
The pool area is excellent, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available at all times. We also enjoyed the free spa facilities, including the gym, jacuzzis, steam room, and sauna. The entertainment team provided great activities during the day and enjoyable evening shows.
The location is ideal, with Maspalomas only a short walk away and a bus stop right outside the hotel, making transfers from the airport easy and inexpensive.
Overall, a great hotel with excellent facilities, friendly staff, and great value for money. We'd happily stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, and you really get your money’s worth with the all-inclusive package. The food was a bit bland, and they used too much garlic sauce on many dishes. However, overall, it was still a good experience.
The only downside was that most of the staff didn’t smile. I would have liked them to be a bit friendlier and more welcoming. The only person who smiled was a woman at the entrance of the restaurant. She was very kind, warm, and welcoming.

So let's start with the good points.
Hotel very clean and tidy, rooms a a very generous size and the bed was HUGE, some have said the beds too firm, but for us just fine. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Pool area, fantastic, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas (they don't allow reserved sunbeds before 10, and remove any towls left!! (BRILLIANT)) There was building work going on when we were here, but it was not a problem for us, you soon got used to the little noise. Now the few bad points... the food. Not the largest selection, and some items often 'ran out' they could not restock fast enough, we found lots of the 'hot breakfast' items weren't! But MOST alarming was the cross contamination with food and utensils. The wife asked for an omelette one morning, only to realise that while the cheff was cooking it was using the same tool to cook fish!! On the same griddle (She us major fish allergic) THIS IS VERY BAD CATERING PRACTICE and needs to be addressed before there is a major incident. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not come back in a hurry

This was a wonderful hotel and I would highly recommend anyone going to Gran Canaria to book it.
All of the staff here are so lovely and friendly, you are made to feel welcome by everyone. The reception staff are exceptional, and I would like to say a special thanks to them.
The rooms are spacious, very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean.
The activity schedule every day is varied and lots of fun. The activity staff made sure everyone participating felt included even if it was something new to them. There was also live entertainment every evening.
The restaurant was amazing. As a vegetarian I sometimes struggle to find things to eat but the choice was vast. There was so much to choose from, there was a separate vegetarian and vegan section so I had the most incredible food every night. The food was super tasty and the breakfast had so much to chose from to. Drinks at the bar are reasonably priced if you are not all inclusive.
Around the pool area you find plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, the pool was warm great to either sit in and cool down or go for a swim.
They also have a good gym which was air conditioned.
At the hotel there was also a hair salon and two concession shops. On one of our days we had a fashion show around the pool area.
Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable, if anyone is thinking about booking this hotel, you will not be disappointed, it is a great place to stay.
