As an interfaith wedding rabbi and officiant, I had the privilege of officiating a wedding at Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa, and it was a truly wonderful experience.
One of the things that immediately stands out about Dreams Tulum is the setting itself. The combination of beautiful beachfront surroundings, lush tropical grounds, and thoughtfully designed event spaces creates an atmosphere that feels both elegant and relaxed. It offers the beauty and excitement of a destination wedding while still creating an environment that feels welcoming and personal.
What impressed me most was the professionalism and hospitality of the staff. Weddings involve countless details behind the scenes, especially when guests are traveling from different places, yet the team handled everything with care, organization, and genuine warmth. Their attention to detail helped create a seamless experience for the couple, their families, and their guests.
As someone who has officiated weddings in many different locations, I especially appreciate venues that understand that a wedding is more than simply a beautiful event. It is one of the most meaningful milestones in a couple's life. Dreams Tulum created an atmosphere that honored that significance while surrounding it with extraordinary beauty and hospitality.
Most importantly, the resort allowed the couple and their guests to remain fully present and enjoy the celebration. That sense of ease and joy is one of the greatest gifts a wedding venue can provide.
I would gladly recommend Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa to any couple looking for a destination wedding venue that combines natural beauty, exceptional service, professionalism, and a truly memorable atmosphere.

This is our second day at this resort, we are already so impressed with the service at the restaurants, especially Josmar and his team at the preferred breakfast and buffet lunch. He is probably the best waiter we have ever had and we have traveled to Mexico a lot! He calls me by name and remembers my previous orders. You can tell he enjoys his job and wants to be the best at it.
Every other interaction with a member of this Tulum team has been great. They make up for the fact that the beach is the worst we have ever seen and has an horrendous smell which makes being at one of the pools impossible. This resort is quite old and under going renovation. We were a bit disappointed in our upgrade being UVC members wasn’t into a better room. But we are grateful that the AC works great and the room is very comfortable. The resort is not at full capacity so we feel like they could have given us a better upgrade but we will be grateful for what we got.

Overall, as vegans, we found it difficult to find good food options throughout most of the resort. The one major exception was Seaside Grill, where every meal we had was excellent and easily the highlight of our stay.
A huge thank you to the incredible team there: manager Adrian, waitress Yeraldi, and chefs Fernando and Adan. Their service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality were absolutely amazing. They consistently went above and beyond to accommodate us and made us feel genuinely welcome.
On our last night, they prepared a special vegan meal for us, and it was absolutely incredible. It made the evening so memorable and was the perfect way to end our trip. We had the best dining experiences at Seaside Grill because of them, and they truly made a difference in our stay.

Seaside grill took great care of us. Out of seven nights we ended up spending three at this restaurant at the resort because of the wonderful service we received. Chef Guadalupe served amazing food in generous portions, Heriberta and Adrian were great hosts, taking care of every need and going above and beyond. The staff at the beach were also very accommodating especially our attendant Guadalupe, always greeting us with a smile and exceptional service.

The people at the manatee bar Carlos, Evaristo, and Viktor were the best bartenders I've experienced. Also the bartender in the main Edwin goes above and beyond to serve you. As well Jimbo the concierge helped us to book all of extra activities I thank him for his service. Carlos from the Italian restaurant was excellent because I ask for a drink that they don't serve, but went out of the restaurant and got me my drink. Lastly, Erick and Ronny from the entertainment team were so much fun. Downside location wasn't that great, half of it was closed because of remodel we didn't know of, and I couldn't enter the beach
