Bring your earplugs. The preferred room I stayed in was clean enough, though there was no shampoo in the shower and that was not fixed when the room was cleaned (I had to ask for more). But the walls and floors were so paper thin that I could hear clear conversations in the room next door and through the ceiling when it was clear the neighbors were talking at normal volume. Staff was friendly enough, though the first person I talked to about the noise problem at check out blamed me (which makes no sense, what would they have done, it wasn’t the neighbors fault they weren’t speaking at high volume). Food is fine, nothing special. Vibes are fun and good for families, but it’s a loud resort (paired with paper thin walls makes for an interesting combo-glad the pool closes in time to get some sleep). For location, the skyliner is convenient. However, when it shuts down for maintenance or weather you are stuck sharing busses (which don’t come often enough) with all the skyliner resorts, or waiting. It’s faster than a bus when it works, but I won’t prioritize a stay at a skyliner resort in the future. It went down every day at one point or another during my stay. I was stuck waiting mid day for routine maintenance and another evening in the pouring rain (I get it, but it’s not convenient) for busses for more than 45 minutes. So, at your own risk there.

A very nice resort. Food was acceptable except the burnt broccoli and kids portions were ample. All CM’s were pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping was good as well. My grand loved the Mickey sunglasses she put on her stuffie. We were placed in adjoining rooms which was great. I only wished they were not in the 80’s building. It was a far distance for my arthritic knee and wrangling a one and a three year old to get to the skyline for splash pad.

Disney's Pop Century Resort was such a fun place to stay! From the moment we arrived, the larger-than-life icons celebrating the '50s through the '90s created a nostalgic and playful atmosphere. Everywhere you look there are colorful photo opportunities and fun Disney details.
The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for a value resort. Housekeeping kept everything in great condition, and the beds were comfortable after long days in the parks.
The biggest perk is the Skyliner. Being able to quickly travel to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios without relying on buses made our vacation so much easier. The buses to the other parks were also frequent and well organized.
Everything POP Shopping & Dining had a wide variety of food options, making it easy to grab breakfast before heading to the parks or a late-night meal after returning. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
If you're looking for an affordable Disney resort that still delivers plenty of Disney magic, Pop Century is hard to beat. It's a fantastic value with excellent transportation, fun theming, and everything you need for a memorable Walt Disney World vacation. I would definitely stay here again!

Very good experience at Pop for my for my first time at this resort. Room was ready when I landed at SFB airport. I walked straight to my room. Enjoyed the view, liked the convenience of skyline a lot, even with long line each morning, it still goes faster than buses. Nice food court/shop, even though I only walked through these, I did not use them. Very clean room, incredibly kind housekeeper.... do not know her name but she was from Venezuela, cleaned on Monday of our stay and we happened to be back at room when she was finishing so we spoke, lovely person, cleaned great, took care of amenities in room... very nice. Good to have nice soaps and towels like fancier resorts. We are DVC members so we have stayed Riviera, GF, etc and besides space, this room was just as nice for our needs of just me and my adult daughter who had us out of room 90% of time it felt like. Figure out a way to cool pool when it is super hot (and a way to heat all WDW pools in colder months) and it would have been nearly perfect stay. You are doing well with this resort. Thanks.

We always enjoy staying at any Disney resort. Our last stay was at Pop Century, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere, the service and the staff were top of the line and everything else! No complaints. Only thing that was unusual from other visits to a Disney resort was that our online/digital check-in for whatever reason did not allow us to go straight to our room on the day of check-in. We've been lucky in the past to get assigned a room through the app and via text so we could go directly to our room. This recent visit we were required to park and go into the lobby to get our room assignment. It went quickly and staff was great. We especially enjoyed the complimentary water park pass that comes with the resort stay during the summer months.
