Very nice and very centric hotel. I'ts located next to Santa Catalina park and 5 minutes from Las Canteras beach. At Santa Catalina you can take the local buses and the sightseeing bus.The interiordesign is cool!
The rooftopbar is small but very nice and the solarium is small with sunbeds and a little pool. I'ts small but quite alright. The staff is serviceminded and helpfull. The room I got was very nice, aircondition and nice and comfy beds. So, yes if I want a room centric in Las Palmas, I would choose this one.

2 nights business visit.
Breakfast was great with a variety of choices.
Service was excellent. Friendly people,eager to assist.
However, for a 4 star hotel, someone would expect to provide room essentials such as toothbrush and flip flops.
The main reason I am giving one star is that in my second night, I found a cockroach 🪳 in the toilet, which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.

Nice hotel, rooms are good size we was in room 409 AC not great but ok,tv not working but that was fine, shower excellent.
Lots of noise from the main road but the traffic wasn't the issue.
Hotel also advertised as having a swimming pool (it's just a big fish tank).

Good location. Swimming pool on rooftop isn't a swimming pool its a puddle. Rooms are nice but the TV has 4 channels to use and 3 of them dont work. No streaming service unless you know how to stream from your phone to the TV.
Theres a restaurant in the basement but its only used for breakfast? Was told the rest of the time the food is only served on the rooftop bar? Thats fine until its windy and rainy? Make it make sense!? Just open the bloody basement restaurant all the time?
Housekeeping staff are brilliant and extremely friendly and helpful (shout out to Fran 👍🏻)

Stayed over for a night. Can say it's a average hotel. They put me on the ground floor with no good views around. The room was neat and clean. They have the basic tea set and toiletries in the room.
Its a bit dark in the room having no sunlight.
The service is nil.. you need to lookout for your own for anything you need. The people at reception are friendly.
The restaurant is located at the basement for breakfast and the rooftop for lunch and dinner. Its a resto bar with average views of the surrounding and sea.
The restaurant is very very disappointing to say the least. They dont care about your order and bring to you things as per their choice. The service structure in the hotel industry should be prioritised and this is a big failure for the management. Informed the reception of my disappointment at restaurant and they hardly cared or followed up my complaint.
Location is average with a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are parks and some eateries nearby for your needs.
Would not like to go back given a choice.
