Hotel Concorde is advertised as a four-star hotel, but in my opinion it would struggle to qualify as a three-star property. It seems to cater mainly for package holiday guests, and for that market it probably does an adequate job. However, it is a far cry from what I would expect from a genuine four-star hotel.
The rooms were uncomfortable, and the entire hotel is in need of significant renovation. While the location is excellent, that alone cannot make up for the standard of the accommodation.
I wish I had researched the hotel more thoroughly before booking. If you are expecting a four-star experience, you are likely to be disappointed. I would rate it as a three-star hotel at best.

I would recommend this hotel for location to the amazing beach.
Don’t go anymore than bed & breakfast as the buffet not the best in quality and temperature. Plenty of local places to eat at very reasonable prices.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms but ask at reception when you check in and a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities are sent pronto.
On the whole a very good place to stay, 40min transfer from the airport, staff all polite and helpful and as I said location can’t be faulted.

This 4-star hotel stands out for its excellent location, just a few steps from Las Canteras beach, making it ideal for enjoying the seafront area without needing transportation. From the hotel, there is also a very pleasant sea view, which adds value to the overall experience, especially from the upper floors and common areas.
The half-board option is well organized. Breakfast offers a good variety of sweet and savory choices, while dinner is satisfying and suitable for a relaxed stay. It is worth noting that drinks are not included with dinner and are charged separately, which is good to know in advance.
The hotel has a swimming pool, perfect for unwinding when not at the beach. A practical and appreciated service is the beach towel supply, especially considering how close Las Canteras is.
Staff are consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, both at reception and in the dining areas, contributing to a comfortable and smooth stay. Overall, a well-managed hotel with reliable services, an excellent location, and a pleasant atmosphere, well suited for a seaside stay in Las Palmas.

Nicely located next to the beach, beds are comfortable and nice pool! Breakfast is poor/bad especially if you want healthy options. The boiled eggs are grey and rock hard as they are boiled probably days before. Scrambled eggs are cold. Overall the hotel is very old and dated but if you just need a place to sleep the pillows are comfortable and the rooms are okay tidy :)

The only good thing about it is the location. Apart from it, it is wrongly listed as 4star, rooms smell bad, bad old yellow sheets, stained curtains, kitchen cocroaches in the bathroom. When you leave the breakfast you smell like burnt oil smoke. Never again back here.
