Stayed here for a week over Christmas and it’s absolutely superb. The apartments are fully equipped for self catering - but they also have a super buffet breakfast and lunch and drinks can be bought throughout the day. The beds are big and super comfortable and the apartments come with a terrace or balcony.
The staff are friendly and helpful - the dishwasher in our apartment malfunctioned and less than an hour later it was replaced - what great service!
The pool beds are really comfy and we didn’t have a problem getting one even on Christmas Day.
The hotel is really conveniently situated with multiple bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within easy walking distance. We will be back!

Recently stayed her for a week. Room are lovely, very clean, absolutely massive comfy bed. The shower was surprisingly good and there was always plenty of hot water available. Kitchen is well equipped and the lounge sofa was great. There was a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge on arrival which was a lovely touch. Plenty of space and room to put things.
We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that but the pool bar was great and served really good food. Didn't have breakfast which is a different menu. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Location: its on the edge of Corralejo so quiet at night but very easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars.

We had an amazing week here at the Buendia!
We stayed in a "Apartment with rooftop terrace and sea view".
The rooftop terrace was great. Very big and view of the pool area on one side and the sea on the other (although it's not right next to the sea and there is a large empty area of land in-between)
However it's only a minute walk to the most amazing sunrises I've ever seen!
The apartment was good and had everything we needed. Small kitchen, living area, dining table, good sized main bedroom, smaller bunk bed room (that we didn't use), and bathroom with a powerful shower/bath.
The rooms at the front (living area/main bedroom) had lovely views to the sea.
Kitchen had a dishwasher with a few tablets, washing up liquid, cloth and extra bin bags.
Note - One small square of hand soap was provided, but no other body washing products.
As we booked direct we were able to park in their downstairs parking garage, which meant our car was protected and not hot when we left the hotel (our room key card was updated to open the external garage door)
Lovely reception staff at check-in and throughout our stay. My wife had toothache and they were very helpful in trying to find a dentist, calling them and helping to translate (very difficult to find an open dentist during the Christmas period!)
I even got messages from reception the next day to ask how she was which was really good service.
(Even the cleaners were really friendly and always said hello every time we passed them)
Location was great. On the edge of the main town, right by the water, and only 8 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants. 2 good supermarkets a few minutes walk away as well as a good German bakery which opens at 7am every day.
Few minor snagging points with the room though:
Not really enough storage for a week or more stay. Some hanging space and some strange metal shelves in the main bedroom, and some metal open shelves in the 2nd bedroom, but would have been good to have more storage space (there's definitely room for more)
No storage in the bathroom. Definitely needs a cupboard or some shelves.
Although shower was powerful it made a big mess in the bathroom (of water everywhere) any time we showered. We had to use the provided beach towels to mop the water after each shower and then hang them upstairs on the airer every day to dry.
The 'sofa' in the TV area was very strange, almost like a big leather bed. Not really suitable in our opinion.
When we arrived there were some ants in the kitchen by the sink and hob. We went to reception who explained that the cleaning staff had gone for the day but they would do something about it the next morning.
We cleaned the kitchen surfaces ourselves but the next morning there were more ants (and on the dining table too). We hadn't left out any food so not sure why there was more?
The next morning we went out for a few hours and weren't really sure if anyone had done anything about the ants, as no one had informed us. If they put something down it wasn't obvious, but would have been nice to know if toxic stuff had been put anywhere!
After this we just ate out more which was a shame as we were looking forward to eating a bit healthier and cooking ourselves, but at least no more ants!
The issue is there wasn't really anywhere in the apartment to put food that wouldn't attract ants.
No air conditioning. Although reading reviews of nearby hotels this may be normal. Wasn't an issue for us in December, and opening the front/back windows made a lovely draft come through the apartment.
Despite the minor issues mentioned, we would recommend this hotel and we did really enjoy our stay.

Checked in easily with Serena and received a glass of Cava on doing so.
Everything was pointed out to us clearly and explained in a great manner.
Rooms were fantastic. Great size, comfy bed. Room 113 was the place to be.
Pool was always tidy.
Okay ratio of sunbeds for the amount of people staying at the nohotel.
Checking out was also easy, thanks for Pablo for your help.

Super laid back hotel with different rooms and apartments for every kind of families. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. Service was mostly great, but sometimes a lady was a bit grumpy towards our big group. All in all, we enjoyed our time together in the hotel. Lunch in the pool bar was also great.
