Great location. The main strip is a 5-minute walk from the apartments. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned every day, and towels were replaced twice weekly. Unfortunately, the pool bar closes at 5pm every day, and the place goes quiet.( No entertainment). Apart from that I would recommend it if you like it quiet.

Maintenance outside was amazing, but inside the rooms there wasn't any. There was a lot of mold in bathroom and probably in all of the rooms, just painted over it. It was bit hard with a baby who touches and eats everything. There was clearly water going to somewhere under the floor or inside the wall. Not good. Anyway, location was super and everything outside was kept very well. I wouldn't go again if they don't fix the rooms. I even had breathing problems, but what else can you expect from room like that.

We were a bit disappointed with our stay. Our room was located near the hotel’s storage area and the sports courts, so there wasn’t much of a view and we had to keep the door and curtains closed due to the constant noise of bouncing balls. There was no hot water during our stay, and the room had a serious pest issue — ants, flies, and even cockroaches. The sofa bed for our daughter was broken and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep or to relax as a family during the day. Cleaning was inconsistent. Dirty sheets weren’t changed, towels weren’t replaced, and we had to repeatedly ask for fresh ones — not ideal when travelling with a baby and a young child. On the plus side, the staff were lovely — especially the waiting staff, who were always very friendly and helpful. Our 10 month old was quite enamoured with some of the team! The location is okay, with the beach and town centre within walking distance, 20-30 mins, and taxis costing under €5. If you are walking with children and / or a pram, it’s a little far though especially if it’s a hotter day. Overall, the room conditions made the stay a bit stressful and uncomfortable and I wouldn’t return to Arena Beach. If we return to the island I’d stay closer to the beach and town centre.

Great hotel for a family. The food was not outstanding, but it was good for a buffet. The main pool area is nice and there is an additional smaller pool with ample sun loungers. There was an issue with the hotel not providing the "free access to Acua waterpark" as advertised, but upon speaking to the manager about this he paid for us to go to the waterpark out of his own pocket, and we thoroughly enjoyed our day there. Overall there is the feeling that you can relax and everything is taken care of, which is exactly what you want for a family holiday. Thanks to all the staff at Arena Beach Hotel!

Best way to describe this hotel is you get what you pay for. It has some good point but some could be better. Check in was a bit slow but there was a large group in front of us. Staff apologise for the wait. The rooms could be fixed up a little and tidied a bit better. Hair on the walls in the bathroom. Few cobwebs and spiders. The food was very nice and always plenty of it. The pools are salt water but always plenty of sun beds. (Time of the year maybe?) Overall holiday was ok. No real problems.

The staff here are so friendly and warm. The rooms are so well equipped to actually have a self catering holiday and you can tell that they have really thought about the user experience in every aspect of your stay. The only bad thing would be that the pools weren’t heated, but to be honest everything else more than made up for it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat we absolutely loved it.

Fabulous stay in April with our 2 young boys. These apartments are well thought out and offer a great space for a family, with lovely views of the sea and in a convenient location to town. We had a terrace apartment with the door leading to the pool area which was perfect for us and the children. The pool area is just right with comfy loungers where you can watch the kids easily in the pool no matter which spot you choose. Gym well equipped. Everything is clean and well looked after. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good restaurants and activities in walking diatance High recommend.

Just finished our 10 day stay here. The apartments are very good. Everything you need, good condition and clean. All the facilities are clean. Staff are exceptional, very friendly, helpful and a good understanding of English. Any small issues we did have such as a socket not working was fixed within an hour. Special mention to Pablo the welcome loft manager who goes above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. If you're looking for self catering accomodation in Corralejo I have no problem recommending here 😊

We took a family holiday with a 15 and 18 year old. We wanted somewhere for ourselves but not entirely secluded. Buendia was perfect. The complex and apartment are spotless. Stayed in 220 which has a courtyard looking onto the pool with a sun bed and day sun. If you want a quiet day you can chill out there. We went at Easter and there were loads of beds that are foam based and comfy around the pool. There is a gym, a laundry and a den for kids. The beds are comfy and the location is quiet. Its very close to a supermarket and the nightlife. Both teens loved it and both parents really enjoyed switching off. The staff are fab and Alex the manager is a credit. I recommend to anyone who wants space and somewhere to relax.

We had a fantastic week here over May half term. We had a two bedroom roof terrace apartment which is highly worth the upgrade, it is a fantastic space and we really enjoyed sitting up there. The apartment was really well thought out with lots of little details like blankets for the terrace for cooler evenings, three different types of coffee maker!, enough cutlery and crockery to basic self cater breakfasts and lunches. The rooms are simply decorated but bright and fun. On a Monday evening they have a free drinks reception with live music, cava and nibbles which was a really nice touch. There is great luggage storage and shower facilities so perfect if you have a late flight, you can enjoy the pool in the day and shower etc before you leave. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool is small but nice. Lots of loungers. Everything seems very clean and well maintained. They also have kids beach toys and sun umbrellas to borrow which is very handy if you are travelling with children. The location is brilliant. 10 mins walk to the old town, 5 mins to the port and 5 mins to a large supermarket and bakeries. It's a nice, quiet neighbourhood that feels like people actually live there. We hired a car and on street parking is easy here. We had a brilliant week and 100% would recommend.

The aparthotel itself is lovely, has everything you want/need on site, including a supermarket. We enjoyed the pool area, but sunbeds got taken up pretty quickly. If you were to come to the pool after being at the beach in the morning, then good luck finding a sunbed. The apartment is very basic, and the bathroom could do with a good old scrub as the grouting in and around the shower area was built up with mould and scum. But my main problem was ants! I could understand if we were untidy and leaving food around, but everything was sealed and stored away, but they just kept appearing out of nowhere onto the kitchen worktops, tiles, and also in the bathroom. This hotel really needs to sort their ant problem out. Then maybe I would stay here again, but I felt more stressed trying to get rid of ants 🐜 so unhygienic when they were crawling over the kitchen worktops and into the cupboards. Rooms only get cleaned once during your visit, which is already stated when booking. They supply a sweeping brush, which was used daily and mop in the apartment, aswell as the general kitchen appliances. But if I'm honest, I only used to kettle as I didn't feel like using any of the other appliances due to ants - they might have ended up in my food! And if you check out and need a shower later on in the day before your pick-up, then make sure you "book" a shower as they didn't state that to us when we arrived. Overall, I would possibly stay here again if they sorted out the ant problem, and cleaning was brought up to a higher standard.

We were only staying 1 night , our room wasn't ready till 5pm ( we were leaving at 7am next morning) The pool bar was lovely , staff were funny and pizza was gorgeous. Our apartment was up 2 flights of steep stairs , it had no air conditioning ( we should have checked) when we came back from dinner 2 of the bedrooms were covered in ants . Reception sent a man with a magic little bottle of spray , it killed the ones he could see but our daughter and her boyfriend slept in the kitchen, they found loads more under the bed .

Great stay. You get what you pay for so we were not expecting the ritz. Rooms dated and in need of a upgrade, yes but they were clean. We paid for Seaview view room which was beautiful but very very windy so I wouldn't bother. We could always get a sunbed. Pool bar serves food, lovely and great prices so we had lunch here every day. Supermarket on site, good prices with fresh bread and crossiants everyday. We just bought cans of pop from here. Bar in hotel open on an evening with live singer every night, lovely little bar and prices good. We had a great stay here. Only negative I would say is location. About a 15 minute stroll to music square which is fine. It was the walking back on an evening, this didn't feel safe as you have to go through residential streets and we saw some shady characters. We got a taxi back every evening for only 5euro. Would we come back, yes but not get the sea view room. It was an absolute bargain for an Easter school holiday break

We really enjoyed our stay here, great location and clean and tidy apartments. The little kitchen area could have been better stocked though. It is a bit difficult to do meals if you only have a bread knife to prep food.

Rooms are a little tired looking, but fully functional. We had all we needed for self catering. They also supplied liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, kitchen washing up liquid, tea towel etc. Pool and pool bar were great. Main evening bar had a great entertainer some nights (Yanni). Reception well staffed. Great location away from the bustle but only a short walk into town.

Nice place to stay, restaurant was excellent, good variety of dishes and the food was delicious, staff in restaurant and main hotel were very helpful and my only negative was there's no air-conditioning in the rooms, just a plug in desk type fan that was very noisy, and our balcony overlooked the main road, so couldn't leave open to gain cooler air, but all in all I would recommend. we have stayed here before, and the local music square with restaurants and many bars was the main attraction for us. We loved it.

Loved this place - ideally situated for bars and restaurants. Clean rooms, some have been refurbished more than others but ongoing. Service - could not fault it, we had odd issue and this was resolved within a couple of hours at most. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area clean and well kept upto. Pool attandant/lifeguard could not have been more helpful - constantly cleaning if anyone spilt anything, making sure the area was clean and tidy down to polishing the rails around the area. Will, without a doubt, rebook.

Paid €210 extra for panoramic sea view. 2 balconies.Certainly worth the extra. Were there for 11 days and only had sheets chsnged once and had to ask for that. Food very good on Luna restaurant. But apartments certainly only 3*. Quite basic with not a lot of storage space. Some staff very friendly others not.

We had an amazing stay, our room had a kitchenette fully equipped, the only thing missing was an oven, but we didn’t expected that. Room and bathroom are large with a lovely balcony. There’s also a basic gym and a large and nice pool.

We arrived around 10.30 pm at the Dunas .The receptionist didn’t give us the warmest welcome to be honest .Gave us our key after filling all the forms and no other information was given and we were on our way .( Breakfast time ?????) Rooms were clean and spacious but let down by no air con 😞.Breakfast menu had such a good choice and the evening menu was the same .👍. Staff in the Restaurant were friendly and Lilyanna was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable . Thank you .

Had a great time at this hotel as all inclusive for 11 nights. We had a room right by the pools and the pool bar. Check in isn’t until 5pm and check out is 11am but we were able to use the luggage storage which allowed us to make the most of our days. We were able to use the all inclusive before our room was available on day one. The pool bar is open 10-6:30pm and has a pool table, darts machine, cigarette machine, coffee, unlimited fizzy, fresh juice machine. The facilities were great too with a gym, mini mart, mini golf, squash and a tennis court. We had cleaners come in nearly everyday to make the beds and provide fresh towels. The room patio was nice though ours wasn’t very private being right by the pool but gave us somewhere to sit at night. In accordance with the food there isn’t many snacks available with the all inclusive, the pool bar provides hot dogs/hamburgers and fries for a few hours of the day. But there wasn’t much for other bits like pastries etc. We actually found the lunch and breakfast to become mundane as the menu is the same everyday. The dinners were nice though with themes every night and a large dining hall with outdoor seating. The all inclusive was worthwhile for the alcoholic drinks/drink machines but for a long stay we found the breakfast/lunch not beneficial. If you go for self-catering rooms come with a toaster, coffee maker, hobs and all the bits you’d need to prep. The fridge was very nice with a secure freezer slot at the top which would fit a couple bags of ice etc. We would stay again but not sure about the all inclusive it would depend on reason for visit, we did make good use for the alcoholic beverages.

Just returned from the most amazing weeks stay at Las Marismas. It was our first time in Corralejo and we had the best time. Upon arrival we was informed our rooms were upgraded which was an amazing touch, the rooms were so spacious and so clean. I think the cleaners came 5 times in one week which was great. We stayed self catering but tried the hotel restaurant for breakfast/evening meal and both were lovely. We also had lunch at the pool bar a few times which was always super fresh and great value for money. The pools were so clean and a great size, and there was always a sun bed no matter what time of day. The evening entertainment was great, super chilled if you like a good singer. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to Corralejo strip so it is in a prime location and the mini golf is also great! If you like cats, please take time to feed the local cats, we had a beautiful black cat who came to visit us everyday and it was so friendly and affectionate, we made sure to always give it some snuggles and treats! We will definitely be back, one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Thanks for an amazing holiday Las Marismas :)

Just returned from a week all inclusive. Great food nights with good quality and variety, especially Mexican and BBQ night. Pools were clean and all the hotel grounds were immaculately maintained and beautiful. It's a bit further from Corralejo centre and the beach but a strip of shops and restaurants is a 5 min walk. 1st time going to this hotel and to Corralejo but we will be returning to both again. Air con would have been icing on the cake.

Just returned from an amazing 11 days holiday with wife and 2 boys aged 9 and 6 on Bed & Breakfast. Las Marismas cannot be faulted as an all rounder, it ticks all the boxes and feels more like a 4 star than 3 star. The check-in off 5pm is no problem, luggage can be stored. But maybe prep to bring hand luggage with swimwear so you can jump straight in the pool on arrival. We paid €40 for a late checkout which was fine, but reception did say we could have it until 12pm for free, which was a nice gesture. Rooms are fine and spacious. The ceiling fans, with the door open through the night, kept is cool. Maybe request a 1st floor room if u worry about leaving doors open through the night, worked well for us. The variety of breakfast was brill, cannot say more. We've stayed 4/5 star and this was up there, something for everyone. Fresh omlettes, fried eggs, pancakes made fresh for you on order, great service and lovely lady friendly lady who cooks them.. We ate in the restaurant on the Italian and BBQ nights, great variety. Pools are great, sunbeds do start to get vacated from 8am, so you got to be on the ball with this if you want a decent one. Good to see a gentleman walking round removing towels for customers who think they can reserve a sunbed and walk off for breakfast, be warned. One bugbear for us was the pigeons. Smaller and cuter than.what we get in the UK, but they caused a lot of mess on our balcony daily (room 2203). They were also round the splash pool with droppings. Not sure if the hotel can do something about this. That didnt ruin the holiday experinece for us. We had an amazing time and will definitely return to Las Marimas on our next stay in Corralejo. :-)

The location is perfect—close to everything you need, and the newly added rooftop area is a great touch, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The pool bar is a highlight, with delicious food and a great selection of drinks. Plus, there were plenty of parking spots available right in front of the hotel, which made things super convenient. Stayed for 10 nights, will definitely stay again. Very clean, lovely pool area, no sunbed hogging. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to a good supermarket and not too far away from music square and the harbour.

Great place! City center is 5/10 min walk there are surfshops and such nearby. Also supermarkets as spar and hyperdino. I found out the last night there was a really nice roof terrace at the other building. There are washing machines and dryers near the swirly stairs wich came in handy as i forgot to pack properly. There is a nice pool (i guess did not try) good value for a nice clean place. Helpfull staff at reception can help with things like renting boards and whatever. Did not try the breakfast but i guess its nice. (Only had some snacks from the bar/snack afternoon menu) there is a sort of office for people who work remotely wich looked nice and quiet for those who need that. Closeby is a fantastic chinese shop (idk but its a spain thing) store thas has everything. Flipflops hair elastics sunglasses .

We stayed here early April as family of 4. The service is great! The receptionists are always ready to help and provide more with a very polite approach. The staff always greets you and the ladies work in the restaurant are simply amazing! I don’t know who they smile every morning to each single person entering the restaurant and serving them by saying thank you, but they do a great job! We really appreciate that. Regarding rooms, it is clean and well equipped (kettle, microwave, cutlery, small fridge, table with 3-4 chairs, convertible sofa bed etc). It’s not a luxury place or comfort level staying but you have all you need at budget so it’s a great value and provides you what you exactly paid for. There is no air conditioner in the room but the bed room has air fan and it was enough during our stay as the wind does the same job while leaving the balcony doors open. Balconies are really narrow so it’s difficult to move from one side to another but it has two chairs and a table, mop and bucket, and a very small cloth hanger. Cleaning service is not included in our reservation and we have been told that it is 35€ which we found pricey comparing the night stand cost however they provide clean towels and bedsheets. It is possible to handle in a short stay without cleaning service and I guess they don’t charge for cleaning when checked out. There is a small outdoor playground for kids and kid pool next to the big pool. Not sure if the pools were heated but we always go there late afternoon when it’s very sunny. They provide free drink water -which is a life saver! The lift was really old and strange in the main building -mostly smelly inside and works floor-by-floor so if you are in with another person who leaves before you, you need to press your floor number again. We got used to that a few days later. Wardrobes in the room is old and wall-in style which we found stylish but not very useful. The bathroom area has no air fan or circulation so that we needed to leave room door and balcony door open sometimes to dry out and clean the air. The terrace or roof floor in next building is really nice, worth of checking or hanging sometimes. The breakfast is tasty but boring as they repeat the same menu everyday. We notice only French toast and pancakes or waffles are changing some days as the rest remains the same but it’s tasty and worry if including to your stay. The place is not very family friendly as we notice lots of younger ones/teenagers around but it might timing thing. The location is just great since everywhere is at the walking distance and it is easy to find a parking place around. Considering all positive things and couple of missing things, it is 4 out of 5 star but we may not consider next time as housekeeping should be included and not be charged that high -especially for families and also, the breakfast menu to be more attractive. We are thankful for the staffs’ help and great hospitality.

We stayed in an apartment. It was so lovely and clean. Great beds! Basic but everything you need. Pool area very clean and heated. Only issue, pool is not sloped and rather deep. Baby pool not heated. Life Guard is so lovely. Very friendly. Pool bar is very nice and food delicious 😋 Staff here are so helpful. Disappointed with the size of balcony and charge for cleaning. Had to change the sheets ourselves. Great location. Direct on the coast. 5 mins walk to Music square and 10 mins to center. 5km walk to the Sand dunes which is a must. Loved our stay and would definitely return.

Atlantic Gardens Corralejo is a lovely place, we are so glad we chose to stay there. The staff are all welcoming and caring, Valentina on reception makes you feel the resort is delighted that you have arrived and sets the tone for your visit in such a happy way. The rest of the staff are cheerful and positive too. All day every single day the whole place is cleaned, apartments are cleaned, bedding and towels changed, the gardens are trimmed and maintained. The resort is kept immaculate and very comfortable. The staff never stop looking after the place and the guests. It's a joy to be there. The pools are clean and filtered 24/7, with an attendant there and keeping the pools and sun furniture clean and nicely arranged all day. There's a nice bar/cafe by the poolside, everything you need. There's a free book exchange, which guests can use, a nice touch. The shopping centre two minutes walk away has a great supermarket, clothes shops, cafes and bars, all are spotlessly clean and cared for by staff that have pride in their work. They are so good that there is little need to look elsewhere. The main touristy shopping street is a short walk away, as are the beaches and other attractions of Corralejo. We recommend a walk to Chris' Kitchen restaurant, we had lovely food there. We were very happy at Atlantic Gardens and would heartily recommend it to anyone.

Excellent value for money. Staff very friendly & helpful. Large complex but didn't feel busy or crowded. Very peaceful. Nice pool-side bar serving ice cold beer & snacks/ice creams. 3 pools, 1 infant and 2 larger ones. Only slight criticism would be the comfort of the sofa bed, but it's fine for children.

Atlantic Garden Beach Mate is simple but brilliant. The pool areas are clean and the pools are a good temp. The bar is cheap and friendly (large beer 2.80 and cocktails 5.50). The rooms are simple and clean with basic amenities and kitchen facilities. The location is brilliant. Short walk to the main Street close to rock cafe and retro bar. Next door to the campanero which has a market 2 days a week and lots of nice shops and restaurants. The clientele are a mix of residents and holiday makers creating a really nice atmosphere. It's great and we will be back!

Recently came back from amazing stay at Atlantic Garden Beach Mate. Its really great hotel, our room was close to the swimming pool. It had nice front terrace with beautiful gardens around. Our room was spacious, clean, light. We enjoyed our stay there and definitely would book it again. Hotel location was perfect for us, as its close to beach, shops, bars, supermarket... People who work there really nice and meets you with smile. Would recommend to anyone, specially with children to try this Hotel.

Great small Hotel which we like. On the very edge of Corralejo great for a chilled out escape right on the beach. If you want to get into town you can walk via the beach but it takes about 50 minutes or by road in about 40 minutes . But Taxis are readily available from reception for between 8&9 euro. The hotel is very good and breakfast is more than acceptable with a great selection of hot and cold buffet, we would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful week in this lovely hotel. It is only small but very clean and the rooms were spotless. The House keeping lady was fantastic. Our room was cleaned to perfection every day. The only downside is the glass window separating the bathroom to the bedroom. Even though there is a blind you can still see the reflection though the glass. Even though my hubby and I have been together 32 years, I don't particularly want to see him on the loo!! Because the hotel is quite away from the town centre and restaurants we used to walk into town(about half an hour) and get a taxi back. Taxis were always available and only cost 6 euros. We did think the hotel would benefit from an evening meal service. However, we had a brilliant sea view from our balcony an the views were spectacular. Breakfast was great with a variety of choices. We will certainly be back. Thank you to all the staff too who were so helpful and pleasantly.

Nice hotel with view on Lobos Island. Room was spacious and clean. Outdoor-pool area is ok, it could be organized better in terms of space/ sunbeds ..given the vast space available, maybe with some small tables, umbrellas etc..The breakfast was pretty good, a lot of choice especially of sweet pastries and little cakes.

This is Gem! If You manage to book a room with sea view You are located on the edge of Corralejo with endless dunes in your back and you can sleep with open window to terrace towards sea. Breakfast and Room interiors are marvelous. I am so happy that i found this one on google maps, switch to website and booked directly. This one is a secrete escape.

So we stayed for a week, short review is it could be better but it was okay. Good points are staff are so friendly and the pool is big X3 (main, kids, quiet) that's pretty much it for good points, bad points, the food is bland and boring and you always are waiting for food to come out, eating out was a delight on our holiday, the rooms were also needing a revamp, advice is better is available around but if you do stay then it's a good 6 out of 10 Update, the response from the hotel was not engaging with the active constructive criticism, additionally noteing the "MRS" instead of "MR"

Hotel Hotel is ok, nothing wow just standard. Maintenance has been seen repainting and doing jobs trying to keep it looking decent Rooms Big and spacious, the cleaner does a good job cleaning them. Rooms are however basic (more so the bathroom) tired looking In areas. Our bathroom needed a refresh, window panels broken/chipped, cracked basin, not the best looking around the edges of shower and could do with a repaint. The balconies are really big and spacious which is nice. Would recommend bringing a line for pegging stuff out. Restaurant There are 2 restaurants, one which is used for breakfast and lunch and the other downstairs for evening meal. All I can say in regards to the food is thank god they can do a decent pizza cause that's all we ate. The food like many others have reported is disgusting. Breakfast tends to be the best meal food wise for finding something to eat. Witnessed staff taking out bowl of watermelon, bringing back the bowl topped up but not discarding the old mushy melon first before putting the fresh ontop. It's a free for all come meal time, hectic and busy, battling through people to find something. The poor staff are overwhelmed with the amount of people and can not keep up quick enough serving out items such as pancakes/pizza/eggs , trays left empty and people waiting to be restocked. Like a swarm of locus to the tray once stocked and items gone again in minutes. We have opted to eating out some evening because the food is that bad. Entertainment Kids club is good, the evening entertainment however very poor. I think we have seen one decent one since being here. Reps around the pool side are lovely and really friendly , very entertaining, especially Jamal who the kids love and is a real asset to the hotel. Some pool side games such as bingo, darts, pool aerobics etc. Evenings are boring. Pools Two pools, big pool is the busy pool, very busy.....full of inflatables which I don't mind, however the size of some of them is ridiculous for how busy the pool is. Maintenance again seen suctioning the pool in the mornings, however still has small stones on the bottom of the pool. Kids poor is very slippy. I would recommend pool shoes to be worn. Cracks also present which is a bit dangerous. The temperature of the water (August at time of review) is freezing when you first get in, once in and moving around it's not so bad. Sunbeds aren't too bad to find however people to put towels out in the morning and not likely to get a umbrella unless you get towel out first thing. Some umbrellas broken due to strong winds. Hotel facilities Toilets need to be cleaned more in my option There is a gym onsite (not been in) Pool bar -decent Inside bar (evening) 2 staff on which isn't enough, waiting in long queues at times. Evening entertainment space not big enough for the amount of guests, unable to get table and chairs a lot of the time. Location Good location for the main town and shops Weather So far for us one day of pure blue sky and heat. Other days either fully or partially overcast, always a breeze. Some days have been stronger winds than usual. But still catching the sun. Would I come back ? Not a chance. Basic hotel but just not for me. Not just the hotel I wouldn't come back to futerventure all together , if you also have an issue with cockroaches , this isn't the place for you either Staff at reception/bar/restaurant have been lovely which are a positive to this place but the real let down is the food. I don't think it deserves 4 star rating.

Firstly the majority of staff are great, very helpful and doing the best job they can do however this certainly isn't a 4 star hotel. Good points Location is great, right in the heart of correlejo, close to bars, restaurants, shops, beaches and a 5 minute walk to the water park. Rooms are big and cleaned daily Food and drinks are decent if not a little repetitive. Staff are very helpful ( even more helpful if you're french ) Bad points A very french hotel, I found the French were absolutely prioritised and found them to be entitled and rude. Wallpaper in the room was stained in places Bathroom walls were crumbling away and looked like they had been decorated by a ten year old Could only get 1 English channel on the TV (itv1) The pools are awful, the floor is lumpy and bumpy and full of grit that is painful if you stand on it, and the photos of the pool are a little deceiving as it's not that big. If you want a sunbed please prepare to get up at 6.30am as the decent ones get towels put on them long before daylight.

The location is great and the hotel is just generally lovely and chilled, rooms could do with a little doing up but hey ho the price is good ! Overall very happy with the hotel.

Rooms, Service, Location is great, pubs, beach, clubs, shops, restaurants, WATER PARK (walking distance) 4 mins, all local. Everything you need locally. The down side of the hotel is... The food is the same every day and night, no theme to it or anything, plus the restaurants are small, they can't manage the size of the hotel. Upstairs for breakfast, lunch and snacks, downstairs for dinner but both areas are small. If your happy with chips and pasta, youll be okay. Plus menu is small. Also pool is freezing 🥶, yes your body gets used to it but it's still cold 🥶. A lot of sunbeds are broken but still have to be used as hotel is busy. Entertainment is a bust and I thought it would be okay for Easter break whilst schools are off. Entertainment does go on around the pool but if you're not paying attention you'll miss it. YOU GET FREE TOWELS FOR SUNBEDS, €1 to renew them I would probably rate it as a high 3* not a 4*, needs a little work done, painting etc. Rooms are tidy though, descent size etc, beds are hard, pull out beds are okay though. Double beds are 2 single beds pushed together as usual. Staff are really friendly. Obviously this has nothing to do with hotel or TUI but be careful of the weather. Whilst there's wind, be careful as its still hot and dangerous as you don't realise.

All the waiting staff were so delightful especially the younger boy and the older lady with curly hair (apologies i don’t know your names) have stayed here before and would stay here again anytime and the new rooftop bar is stunning

Staying here for 10 days, on day 7 at the moment with my family can't fault this place at all. Rooms fantastic food very good and the place is extremely clean. Pool area is beautifully kept and entertainment at pool area is really well done. The entertainment during the day at the pool is different every day and catered for all ages with extremely friendly staff . I have done cocktail making classes by the pool ,yoga on paddle boards in the pool and cycling bikes especially made for the pool !! So lots for everyone. All staff super friendly but one stands out from the crowd, a smile morning, noon and night on this girls face and takes great pride in making people happy and putting 100% into all activities!! Well done Lina you have made the difference on our family holiday keep up the good work and thank you for keeping us entertained including my 79 year old father in law because he very hard to keep happy!!

Upon arrival at the hotel, it became immediately clear that this was not a 4-star establishment, despite being advertised as such. The accommodation was substandard and nowhere near what one would expect from a hotel rated at that level. The food provided throughout the stay was appalling—poor in both quality and variety. On top of that, the resort was clearly understaffed, which led to long waits, poor service, and a general lack of attention to guest needs. Additionally, the bars did not adhere to their stated opening and closing times, causing confusion and inconvenience on a daily basis. The condition of the room itself was unacceptable. There were ants in the room, the shower door did not close properly, and the bathroom door handle was loose and nearly falling off. The air conditioning was also not working as expected—it barely functioned and certainly did not keep the room cool, making it very uncomfortable, especially at night. Housekeeping was inconsistent and below standard. Dust visibly built up throughout the week, and clean towels were not provided properly or regularly when changed. This experience has left me not only angry but extremely let down by a company I had previously trusted. I expect a full investigation into these issues and a prompt and appropriate response regarding compensation for this wholly unsatisfactory experience.

Rooms I would say are very average, need an update especially the TV as it was very old and you couldn't plug in your iPad to keep the kids entertained with movies and shows that are English ( TV channels with Spanish/French or German bar BBC world news ). Lots of ants roaming around in the bathroom and shower leaked onto the floor. The balcony had no light working! The service was generally good, could have done with more staff on the pool bars and the usual issues with sun beds and lack of. The rather annoying life guard on the Monday with his whistle who turned off the pool side music and blew said whistle every two minutes which was the only guard to blow it all week! ( give it a rest you jobsworth they are only young kids playing, you only need to save them when they are in trouble swimming) Location wise it was close to the main strip.. and easy access to beaches.

I have just spent a week at H10 Ocean Suites and it has been wonderful. The hotel is in a fantastic location, only a 15 minute walk to the beach. The staff were all wonderful, polite and generous. The hotel has 2 pools, a quite one and one more aimed for families with music and activities. We had a great yoga session in the pool with Sarah who was fantastic! We loved our visit and have left very impressed and feeling very rejuvenated.

We stayed in the My Favourite Club section- adults only. Rooms were fabulous as was the sunbeds around a lovely quiet pool area. The gardens were beautiful and well kept. The staff were all very polite and friendly. Location was about a twenty minute walk from the strip but a nice stroll in the evenings. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

Absolutely brilliant place. All staff from reception, bar and through to cleaners and gardeners were lovely. Animation team work so hard all day everyday and night to entertain all ages they are fantastic. Hotel is in a great location short walk to shops and excursions etc.. Transfer from airport to hotel and back again was great and on time. I will 100% go back here again we were a party of 9 passengers ranging from age 84yrs to 11yrs and all of us were throughly entertained and had the best time. The app that is available is brilliant to see what entertainment and restaurants cuisine and bar menu (cocktails) are everyday.

This hotel was lovely. The staff are very friendly. We came with two teenager boys. The food was plenty and good for them,I’m Gluten Intolerant and I managed to request GF pasta and pizza which was lovely. The cocktails are really watery which was a shame but they have a great Bar across the road which did amazing cocktails, the sunset Bar. Our room was cleaned every day and was perfect for the four of us. Sunbeds….as usual people secured their beds at silly o clock for them to be left empty most of the day which I do think the hotel needs to be stricter with. The town is lovely. We had an amazing meal at the Everest Indian restaurant. Such a great place. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel it provided us with all we needed ,which mainly was relaxation and sun.

The complex is one of the nicest that I've stayed in - spacious, lush planting, and very well cared for. Our suite was roomy and well maintained and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Always something nice at mealtimes, multiple pools and we never had trouble finding a sunbed either. There is also a choice of bars avaliable as well so you've got the choice of a quieter area or a more lively one with entertainment. In terms of location, it's a little ways out from the centre but only about a 20 minute walk and that's probably the only thing I'd mark it down for. However, there's a well stocked supermarket outside the entrance so you won't need to carry water bottles very far. Overall, very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

A fantastic holiday and a beautiful island! I cannot fault this hotel from the friendly staff, cleanliness and food. The location is right on the beach which is beautiful and short distance from the airport. The different pools offer something for everyone, whether it's the busy activity pool to the quieter family pool. We chose the pool with bar and music and Lisa who worked tirelessly at the bar couldn't do enough for us. The kids club lady was absolutely fantastic with the kids! There was a variety of food daily and a seperate snack bar with a large variety of drinks on all inclusive. Tea opened at 7pm and entertainment started at 9pm. The room was lovely and cleaned daily. I also loved the shop for gifts and a little supermarket was located just outside the hotel. The only thing I would change is check in times. We arrived at 12-noon and the room wasn't ready until 3pm and the room tab for ice lollies I would change to pay on purchase. Thank you to you all for providing a perfect holiday!

Would firstly like to say the animation team were amazing especially Manuel and Davide! Their attitude towards entertaining the guests was second to none..they were all really involved in all activities throughout the day. It was lovely that even after activities were done for the day they checked in on guests throughout the evening with their jokes and conversation! We travelled as a family of 6 with a baby and they included all of us at all times. Such friendly people who put their all into their job with such enthusiasm. If anyone is looking for a hotel to stay on holiday this is definitely the one I would recommend!! The rooms were very clean and kept clean by the cleaners throughout the week. We’ve just had 2 weeks at this fabulous hotel. It’s everything you want! Lovely, clean rooms, great pool area, loads of sun loungers and parasols and the best and most friendly, helpful, staff in every department. The food is amazing, something different each night, the salad bar is well stocked , main hot meals are really good. It’s all presented beautifully and with a really healthy approach. The Italian section is excellent too. Massive thanks to the chefs and restaurant workers. The entertainment team were fantastic- they really made our holiday!! Thank you to the team- ‘you are the best!’ Davide Mikala Alessio Chris Manual Carlo They make you feel welcome and cheerfully get you involved in the poolside activities ( no pressure though if you don’t want to). They organised fun games as well as table tennis, football and volleyball competitions, pool aerobics and lots of other events. Make an effort to get involved as it is really funny and you get to meet other people. The only downside was the poor cocktails at the pool bar, not nice at all, much better at the Rock Bar in the hotel. Also the pool water irritates your eyes, we had to go to the chemist for eye drops, so wear goggles. We’ve had a great time and highly recommend this hotel, it’s beautiful and in a great location for the shops and beach. LABRANDA Corralejo Village - thank you. 😁

Really nice hotel! Will definitely recommend going here and the food here is amazing. Really really impressive. Lots of great dishes including fresh fish and meats. You name it! Self serve draught beer (San Miguel) in the restaurant, ice cream parlour for the kids, Great selections of fresh fruits and salads daily. One baby pool and one main pool. Main pool is slightly heated where the baby pool isn't. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. Situated with a 10-minute walk into Correlejo. Would recommend a walk into the small town and visit Music Square with love music. Sit outside with a nice drink and relax and enjoy. Perfect! ❤️

Very welcoming, friendly place. Staff very helpful. Room spacious. Food great with lots of choice for even the fussiest eaters. Never struggled to get sun loungers and book Balinese beds in exchange for not having room cleaned as an eco initiative. Loved that idea.

We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was really nice and only a short walk to the town. The room was spacious and comfy plenty of pillows and cleaned daily. The food was really impressive we have stayed in many hotels with buffet styles restaurants and would say this is one of the best for food plenty of choice and always hot. The pool area was lovely but people saving beds did get a bit frustrating when they were reserved most of the day without being used even though notes from the hotel state they will be removed if not used. This never happened. Fantastic hotel and we will be back to stay again

I was there for around 6 days and it is a okay hotel but definitely not worth the money. It is a bit outdated and our room: really noisey A/C, dripping toilet (even they want to be water saving). Food is okay but not worth the money at all if you want a decent quality for the price. Staff is friendly, thats a upside. Towel return policy is outdated and all inclusive package is ridiculous. overall I wouldnt stay again, but location is nice and if you dont book food package or all-in, you will be fine due to location.

My wife and I stayed here last year when we decided to change hotels in the second week of our honeymoon as we found Costa Calma too quiet. We had a lovely room on the corner. The cleaners were great and very friendly. The food was probably the best we've had and the area was so nicely designed. Great location to the shops and the beach. My only qualms was the entertainment by the pool and night entertainment was not great but quiet on the night. We wish we stayed here from the start. Unfortunately our trip was soured when on the last day of our honeymoon my pregnant wife came into some difficulty. I would like to thank the customer service team, especially Juan for the help that day which ultimately lead my wife to hospital and a further week stay at Puerto del Rosario. We hope to revisit at some point but unsure on the memories it may bring back.

My husband I have been coming to this hotel for over 20 years when it was Blue Bay Palace. Barcelo Bay has exceeded its quality. The staff are so friendly. They cannot do enough for you. The maids clean the rooms perfect and are always ready to help in my wheelchair. The food when we were here end November yo December 2024. Was excellent. Best ever. Large variety of everything. We enjoyed champagne breakfast everyday. And we were half board. The entertainment was excellent too. Everyone joined in seeing with the groups and quests. Thoroughly recommend this wonderful Hotel. For adults only.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean, quiet and spacious. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet has a lot of options to choose from. Also the location is perfect, with a 1-min walk to the beach and 5-min walk to the centre of Corralejo.

H10 Ocean Dunas Hotel Review Recently stayed at the H10 Ocean Dunas and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure guests felt welcome. The food was excellent and well-prepared, varied, and served at a high standard throughout the stay. Pricing was reasonable for both accommodation and meals, offering good value for money. The only downside was the large smoking terrace located adjacent to the main eating area. At times when it was in use this detracted from an otherwise pleasant dining experience, particularly for non-smokers. Overall, a high-quality adults only hotel with great service and amenities. I’d recommend it, particularly if the smoking area isn’t a concern for you.

Central but quiet location, 100 metres to the nearest beach. Booked a junior suite and was allocated a ground floor overlooking the pool. Very relaxing atmosphere together with an excellent restaurant and staff. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

My Husband and I had a 7 night honeymoon at Secrets at the end of July & I cannot recommend it enough. The whole holiday was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, clean, great location, everything you would want. Staff are fantastic, kind, friendly & so helpful. The food was fabulous & the live music every night was an added bonus. The best part, was no kids! We didn't want to come home. This would get more stars if I could give it. I would come here every year.

i stayed at this resort for a week with my mum and sister for a well overdue girls holiday. We went all inclusive. This was honestly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The cleanliness, the staff, the food, the facilities, the service, everything was perfect. As soon as we stepped out the taxi we were greeted by the most friendly gentlemen who made us feel at ease straight away. We came to this resort wanting a relaxing week and we got that and so much more. The selection of food was amazing, there is something for everyone and it is all so fresh. Our room was beautiful and there was so much space. We could have easily spent all day in the room! we booked a sea view suite and wow! the beds were so comfortable we all slept so well every night. The staff can’t do enough for you at this hotel. We don’t have any complaints. This hotel is guaranteed to give you a 5 star experience that is pure luxury. We can’t wait to come back. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels but this hotel was the best ever. A beautifully designed building run by very polite attentive staff. Everybody from cleaners to pool staff, waiters/waitresses and front of house staff every request was greeted with a smile. Even the staffs interaction between themselves indicated they were happy in their work. It’s a place I would definitely return to. Outside the resort hotel the town centre is slightly less 5 star and in places a bit Benidorm the hotel makes up for it. The gardens were beautifully kept and the view from our room amazing.

Apartments were small but clean, only issue would be no air con - but that’s to be expected in furteventura. Pool area could be improved if it was bigger however i don’t think this hotel is a place for children so that’s maybe why. Location was perfect for us, restaurants, cafes shops all in short walking distance. Receptionist was really polite and helpful. Only one improvement to be made - we had a late flight home meaning our transfer to the airport wasn’t till around 5pm. The shower facilities we were given were just the outdoor showers at the pool area which wasn’t too ideal. Having said that, this is a budget friendly place to stay and i would recommend.

Excellent Apartments. Clean and tidy. Great location away from the town centre. So nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. The staff are great. So friendly and helpful. I was there with my brother and they were able to place us in an apartment with twin beds. Would definitely recommend and stay again😃👍

On arrival we went to reception and if i remember correctly the girls name was Patricia ,she made us both feel very welcome as though we had been there before or we were family which was super sweet and nice. The truth is that the room being petite ,the shower being fantastic and amenities in the room were sufficient. Very relaxing area,super quiet and right near the ocean ,a great find I must say. On the roof top was a bar and music not too loud just a nice compliment to the hotel and the food was fantastic . Views are super nice. ALL the staff cleaners ,bar staff and breakfast staff all 10 out of 10 . I am writing this message while looking at spectacular views in the sun and having my breakfast ,which was a other suprize .This will not be my last visit and I have to say the beautiful girl at reception Miss Patricia who greeted us yesterday is spectacular and her professionalism is a credit to the hotel . I am in my 50s now and if I was 25 years younger she's super lovely. Many thanks to all the staff and especially Patricia your 1 in a million ,big hugs Simon and Ivan xx

We booked this apartment through our local ,Border Travel. It's a family room (3 adults) with two bedrooms. When we entered, we were a bit underwhelmed, to be honest. Everything was far too small, even the balcony. In the bedrooms, there was no room to put your cases, but there was a small wardrobe. The noise from the roof disco music p----- us off a bit. However, we just got on with it as there was no other solution. Breakfast on the roof was excellent, though. This apartment complex is not for kids or older people, I would think.

Clean apartments with everything you need. A short walk from the centre of town with the main bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar is nice in the evening and a good atmosphere over the weekends. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
