I paid for a superior bungalow but we were given a very small bungalow like the rest. I’m unsure what was superior about it. I expected at least air con or a decent view for a superior bungalow. Rooms weren’t very clean; I walked bare foot and my feet were filthy with dust. Nobody came all week to change the bins, bedding or towels. The bedroom door had a large crack in it. If you have people anxiety then this isn’t for you either. The bungalows are very close and lots of people about. Toward the end of the week and once home we were covered in red, itchy, lumps and I found what looked like a bed bug in one of my socks. Had to boil wash everything and deep clean my suitcase once home including my bedding incase we brought them back. If you have mobility issues like me then everything will be a struggle as reception and the restaurant is far. You’d need a mobility vehicle. This just doesn’t just apply to the grounds of the resort but there’s cigarette butts everywhere thrown on the floor 🤢 There’s a British shop down the road and a Hiper Dino supermarket along with some bars or you can go into the town where there’s bars, cocktails and souvenir shops. They do all inclusive but we had the breakfast only option so we could explore other places to eat. There was a cooked buffet selection including eggs, bacon, sausage etc. Drinks included tea, coffee, juices, cereal and bread etc which was okay.

It’s not the worse place I’ve stayed, but it’s right down there. Fair enough we knew there was no air con but we expected to fans on the roof to be at least half decent, but they were not. There’s a settee in the main room, all well and good until you see it’s a leather mattress, in 20 odd degree heat they give you a leather mattress to sleep on, it’s not ideal. The WiFi was NON EXISTENT where we were, the tele was absolutely tiny, not that there was anything that we could understand to watch. The door and window frames were falling apart with woodworm so they were hardly secure. The bathroom was decent, decent size sink and good shower. The iron they provided (within and ironing board) was useless, you had 2 choices, put water in it and it’d pour out onto your clothes, or no water and take 10 mins to iron a t shirt. No one came to empty bins, change sheets or give us fresh towels, had to find a member of housekeeping if you wanted anything. It’s close to The Brit Store, Mollys Irish Bar, Chaplins, The Red Lion, Brit Bites and Nestors. It’s only maybe a 10 min walk into town so can’t fault the location.
But you get what you pay for, it was a cheap holiday so the accommodation wasn’t the best. It did not spoil the holiday though, and if I’m honest, I’d probably stay again, purely down to the location.
Edit, on thinking about it, I’m giving it another star

Currently on day 5/8 here - staying as 3 adults all inclusive, placed in room 86.
For what I paid, it’s a decent holiday - it works out about £71 a night for the price I paid. This is a cheap and cheerful holiday, if I expected any more than that I would be disappointed.
The rooms are the worst part of the stay, but still very liveable. In an all inclusive apartment we have fridge, pots, pans, cutlery, plates, microwave, hobs, kettle toaster and a drip coffee machine.
Style is dated and rooms are worse for wear, sockets loose from walls and plumbing issues in the bathroom, relatively clean but the bathroom was dirty. It’s a big complex so I’m not suprised at some slack. You get what you pay for, the couch bed is like a gym mat and the sheets provided are old with holes in them and damaged, but clean. No AC so keep curtains closed in direct sun to keep cool air in.
Lots of scary reviews about theft had me worried about this place, but we had no such problems. Felt very safe.
The WiFi is an open network and only really works past 10pm, when the bar is closed and the staff are going home - tv is Spanish and German and a basic smart tv, as said the wifi means no Netflix, YouTube etc.
Food is fine for what I paid, small ish selection with a mix of tinned goods, fresh meat and fish with the usual chips and pasta always available. Breakfast is the highlight of the day but definitely limited. Buffet area is nice and clean, well looked after by staff with music and tv on, staff are polite but seem tired and overworked.
Location is good, lots about if you love exploring and walking, you can also get a coach to the zoo at the south of the island from right outside if you wanted to go there , it leaves every day at 9.15 and brings you back at 4.30. Also lots of friendly cats about, the island has a big amount of stray cats.
Nearby beach is lovely and easy access to a bus stop to travel to the next town over. Also lots of scooters you can rent out if you don’t want to walk everywhere, they’re on practically every street corner.
Pool area is cleaned often and is tidy, sun loungers are a bit old and damaged but more than useable.
A great budget holiday if you’re not picky and don’t expect too much for the price. Do not expect a TUI holiday if you aren’t paying those prices. Had a nice stay.

Me and my friend went for 1 week all inclusive. Room was fine. Microwave and hob didn't work in room but room was clean except for the cockroach we found in the untesils draw on the last day 😐 pool was clean. Staff were friendly. Location was good close to bars restaurants and beach. Food absolutely inedible. My friend is vegetarian and the bread was always stale. The salad was never fresh. And everything was WET. I am not fussy so when I read previous reviews I thought it can't be that bad. IT WAS WORSE! That's why I mention the microwave and hob not working as we attempted to make food. So we ate out most days. And had some lovely meals very close to the apartments. AVOID British bites! Umbrellas are few and not portable. We were hudled under tiny umbrella for shade. OVERALL Quite nice stay. But do not go all inclusive.

We booked 24th June to 1st July 2026. I didn't read the reviews until about a week before we were due to go. They terrified me. I showed them to my wife. They terrified her. I wanted to cancel but we had fully paid and would not have got any money back.
So off we flew with extreme trepidation. Flight was lovely, airport staff at Fuerteventura were lovely and helpful with the ESS system (very quick and easy), my daughter was using a wheelchair and the staff took us straight to the taxi. Our driver was lovely.
The first person we met was Anna the receptionist. You could not have hoped for a friendlier person to help you. She explained everything thoroughly. We knew the room wouldn't be ready until 4 but we could leave our bags at reception and go and get a drink and sit by the pool. The barman was friendly, the bar (also where we had breakfast every morning) was clean tidy and spacious. The pool was pure blue and clean.
After getting back to reception (yes, up a hill) our room was ready at 3.15. The bungalow was clean, with a double bed made up in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room with 2 sets of clean bedding and 3 clean towels for us. It's true no maid service came but we didn't need them. No cockroaches or ants in sight. No air con but the two powerful ceiling fans kept the rooms lovely and cool.
We were Bed and Breakfast, and there was plenty of choice for breakfast, toast, cereal, cooked items, fruit, juice and a hot drinks machine (milky hot chocolate was yummy).
There are 4 pools depending where you are sited, our pool was about 40 steps away from the bungalow, spacious with plenty of loungers but you can use any of the 4 pools.
Eating out is well catered for. It's about a 10 minute walk from our bungalow to the restaurant district, down a hill. My wife at the time was suffering from a painful leg so it was hard work getting back up the hill. We tried the scooters everywhere but I wasn't balance confident!
We found 2 restaurants we liked, 'The British Bites' run by 2 friendly brothers and offer a wide variety of the type of food Brits like on holiday. Also, the 'Min7" Chinese restaurant opposite has lovely food and friendly staff. I can vouch for the shredded duck and pancakes, and the sweet and sour pork.
There were also 2 supermarkets nearby, both well stocked with friendly staff.
All in all, we encountered none of the issues that people have been complaining about. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would consider returning.
