Hotel staff are lovely and very accommodating. Rooms and communal areas including cafeteria are always very clean and tidy. Location of the hotel isn’t bad, 10 min walk from beach and short taxi ride away from town. Gym and sports areas are good as they are mainly quiet and well equipped. The spa was closed so we could not use this which was a shame. There’s a shop on site that sells lots of things which is very useful apart from paracetamol.
Unfortunately, the swimming pools are absolutely freezing and completely unusable due to this. Food is not great, very repetitive and can taste not right. Avoided the entertainment at all costs because we are adults so can’t comment on it. Drinks also don’t taste great and we tried most if not all of them, you also have to carry round a plastic cup or you are charged for losing them. Weren’t able to get pool towels as they cost 20 euro deposit and cash only but you are also not allowed to bring room towels to the pool. Rooms are so noisy, people seem to think it’s fun to rearrange furniture at 1am which meant we couldn’t sleep. WiFi barely works anywhere really and there’s no service. Our door did not lock, we told maintenance and they said it was fine but we never managed to get it to lock. I rate this hotel 4/10 only really made good by the staff, wouldn’t return.

The hotel welcome was excellent, with warm, friendly and always helpful staff. The housekeeping team did a remarkable job: the rooms were clean, well maintained and carefully looked after every day. The animation/entertainment team was dynamic and friendly, creating a great atmosphere throughout the stay.
The meals were good, although there could have been a wider selection of specialties.
The bar staff was truly wonderful: the whole team was pleasant, friendly, helpful and very kind. You immediately feel welcome, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. A real pleasure to spend time there, thank you all!
A very nice experience overall, thanks to the entire hotel team!

The only review you need to read
January 2026 stay
To all the complaining people:
What are you talking about?
The hotel is located 100m from the beach,
The pool is always warm because it's sheltered from the wind.
The food is okay, the chef supervises meals and makes sure nothing is missing.
The rooms are large, clean, and regularly cleaned.
The staff are always smiling and helpful.
The all-inclusive drinks selection is extensive; drinks come with ice and lemon/orange.
To those who write that the pool isn't heated.....
People!!!
This is a budget 3-star hotel, but it's a very good value.
The value for money here is fantastic.
There's even Tabasco sauce, which I couldn't find in 5-star hotels.
If you're looking for luxury, pay 10 times more and don't complain.
I recommend this place!

Just back today in January .
Had to write a review so suddenly as it's such a great place to go.
If you're looking for a normal no frills holiday this is the place to go. Upmarket it ain't, down-market it ain't either. It's just a really good place to stay.
The rooms are clean and cleaned regularly 👍🏼
Complex is ideal for families and singles. We did the all inclusive so beer, spirits not measured just poured & a new cocktail each day to try.
Food is great and as much as you like. A mix each day of continental, British, fresh fruit, children's food too.
The lovely staff greatfully put on things to do each day and evening and encourage you to take part of you want. We did archery, air rifle shooting, shuffle boarding played pool tournaments. Was brilliant.
Even a secluded quiet poll area tucked away.
Definitely recommend it for a winter getaway as the weather is gorgeous.
The island itself is really laid back and a surfers paradise with loads of surfer dudes in their campervans.
Nightlife is full of street bars with people sat outside like in Italy.
Shopping, there's lots of shopping here with premium label shops & also cheaper shops too so a good mix indeed. I doubt you'd be disappointed.
Crime, I certainly didn't see or here about any. It's not that kind of area. We were walking back at 12.30-1am and never felt intimidated.
It's a 10/10 destination for me in my 50's. It's not an Ibiza, it's too chilled out for that.

The location and surroundings are pleasant and are the main positive of this stay. The hotel itself feels dated and could benefit from some updating. Our room was basic, with signs of general wear and tear, such as curtains not attached to the ceiling properly, some handles not working as they should and doors that wouldn't lock including the bathroom. The WiFi was unreliable and the food was fairly repetitive from day to day. Overall the hotel has a good base but improvements and better attention to detail would be needed.
