Start with the good points
Entertainment staff were excellent Mickey is an asset.
All staff were helpful and friendly.
The food was predominantly warm and of reasonable quality.
The location was good 15 mins walk to centre.
Bad points, all areas need tlc the pool area wasn't washed for the whole of our 7 day duration.
Cleaning needed a lot to desired other than make our beds the cleaners did nothing.
The food despite being warm was nearly the same for every meal despite a couple of changes in the evening.
Some of the cocktail's need to be avoided at all cost.
The room was the biggest issue, everything worked but the quality was poor, the shower was weak and rarely hot, the sink tap was loose, the towel hook was hanging off, the shower head pipe was broken, it looked like the bathroom had mould and was badly painted over, things that had been replaced had been done so badly.
The furniture and fittings were terrible, rips and stains on the sofa, trim broken on most of the furniture and the airer on the balcony was knackered.
No english channels that worked on the tv either.
All in all I'm surprised Jet2 use this hotel.
I have added pictures.

We recently returned from a wonderful 7-night family stay at BlueBay during the first week of February, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice!
Dining: The food was delicious and clearly prepared fresh every single day. There was a great variety to choose from at every meal.
Drinks: The All-Inclusive package is excellent. They offer a high-quality selection of cocktails, wines, beers, and fantastic Sangrias.
The Room: Our apartment was clean and very spacious—perfect for a family of three. We also appreciated that it was thoroughly cleaned every second day.
Location: Ideally situated! It’s just a 10-minute stroll to the local shops and beautiful beaches.
Overall, a 5-star experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend BlueBay for a relaxing family holiday!

Amazing stay
We had a wonderful week at BlueBay Lanzarote. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. The pool area is beautiful and perfect to relax during the day. The buffet had a lot of options and we enjoyed trying different dishes every evening.

This place is excellent for the price.
All inclusive with plenty of good options for everyone.
Free serve yourself lager, wine , sangria and soft drinks.
Free spirits and mixers along with cocktails
Food served pretty much all day and drinks until midnight.
About a 15 minute pleasant walk to the centre.
Apartments although a little bit shabby are very big, all having balconies and kitchens. Maid service is very good, all the staff are professional and friendly.
If you come expecting 5* service you will be disappointed.
If you come expecting a high 3* service you will be very pleased with your choice.

Unfortunately, this hotel was very disappointing. The room was dirty, basic, mouldy, and smelly. Overall, it feels like the place needs to be completely gutted it was filthy.
The pool area was one of the better parts. The splash pool was great for my 2-year-old and 5-year-old, although the water was absolutely freezing. I do want to give credit to the lifeguard, who was excellent constantly watching, walking around the pool, and not just sitting in a chair all day.
Food was very hit and miss. The New Year’s Eve dinner was excellent (10/10), but the rest of the week was just standard all-inclusive food. Staff were polite, however the dining area was let down by dirty chairs and high chairs, which were absolutely filthy.
Entertainment was basic. We only used the kids’ disco, which lasted about an hour. Nothing amazing, but the kids did enjoy it.
Overall, for what we paid, it was far too expensive. The hotel desperately needs a deep clean and a full revamp. Sadly, I would not recommend it
