I booked this hotel because my villa vacation was cancelled last minute, so this was a last-minute choice.
When I arrived, I was shocked by how crowded it was. The hotel was full, mainly with guests from Poland. The pool was always packed – it was nearly impossible to find a free sunbed.
The food was good for the first three days, but after that, I started to miss variety. During the day, the all-inclusive offer was very limited: mostly fries, hamburgers, and salad. The beach is about 750 meters away, and you have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas.
The beds were extremely hard, which made sleeping uncomfortable. I booked for 10 days but left after 7 because I got bored and couldn’t take it anymore.
The massage at the hotel was okay, but the hygiene in that area could definitely be better.
One thing that was really good: the cleanliness of the hotel. The cleaning staff work very hard and everything looked spotless. Big compliment for that!
Overall, an okay experience – but I’d recommend this hotel for a maximum of 3–4 days.

I am currently staying at this hotel and I am very disappointed. On the first day, we were greeted very badly by two receptionists (a man and a woman) who didn't give us a warm welcome, the man didn't even look at us and the woman just stared at us weirdly. I'm sorry but I consider that there is a minimum in the reception. You pay for a hotel for a very good welcome.
The 2nd negative point is the sun lounger places, since I've been here I haven't had a single place on a sun lounger. A hotel should have so many more deckchairs so that people can enjoy the pool. Guests get up at 7am to put their towels on the sunbeds and go about their business. It's really the first time I've seen this.
Not great food. Yesterday we went out to eat because the food wasn't very good.
4. Very nice security guard though. That's good.
In any case, review your management of the hotel because I find that the value for money is not there.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, I will start with saying the hotel itself was lovely, also very clean.. the maids did a Fantastic job! The pools are great, can get a little busy on times but overall 5/5.. the only down side for me was the food, same thing most nights, didn’t really mix it up. If your British then you’ll be living off chicken, chips and rice.. location - was a little out of the way from the main stretch of shops but could easily get a taxi outside the hotel for 250 - 300 lira which I think was pretty good.. would I come back? No not for me 🙂

The hotel is okay; the renovated part is very cool. 👍😎👏 The hotel staff is very friendly, and the food is quite good. 😋🍴🥂 The hotel has two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults. 🏊♀️🏊♂️💦 In the evening, there is a musical show. 🎭🎤🎼 Hotel manager Ferhan King is very helpful. 🤗🌟⭐ Many Polish and Russian guests are present.⁷

I don’t even know where to start with this place ! Firstly it is not a 4* hotel in my opinion mid range 3* at most. If you are English I wouldn’t bother as the hotel predominantly caters for Polish, German and Russian guests with little thought or consideration for English Guests, this was very evident by the food that was offered and we felt 2nd class at this hotel. We stayed in a family room in what was sold to us as newly refurbished but it reminded me on Butlins in the 70s !! The room was just about adequate but the balcony only suitable for 2 not 4 people. The whole place is completely overcrowded and there are not enough sun loungers to go around and not enough chairs and tables for the evening entertainment. The all inclusive menu was varied with plenty of food and of a reasonable quality but very much to suit the taste of the Russian, polish and German guests NOT us English guests. Mealtimes we a complete joke it was like wacky races in the dining hall with people everywhere and very little consideration shown for other guests, it was a complete free for all !!! The all inclusive drinks menu was poor with watered down beer and spirits and in the evening you would have to queue up to 20 mins to get a drink from the all inclusive bar. The list goes on and on ………………….. my advice would be if you are an English guest spend your hard earned money at a different hotel as you will be disappointed here . We couldn’t wait to leave and come home.
