4 stars mean premium category in Hungary, therefore we expected much much better, probably in Turkey it means something else?
The room was more or less okay. The food is good if you don't eat meat and love dill. Fruits are only water melone and orange, the cookies are with several colours but the same taste. We had to fight always for free table and clean forks in the restaurant.
The staff don't speak english or just a little. The toillettes in the common rooms are disgusting in the afternoons and evenings, i think they clean it only in the morning. The hygiene in the hotel and in the restaurant is very low.
The programs in the hotel are poor, compare the neighbour hotels. There are 2 pools, they are okay, but there isn't enough sun bed for so many guests.
The sea is awesome and easy to reach through a tunnel.

A brilliant hotel on a budget: delicious food, cute beach and cozy atmosphere! Maybe too much people and chaos in the restaurant, but overall very nice place for cheap holidays. Go Turkey!!!

Quite cheap hotel, but even for the low price it's quality is horrendous.
The good things: quite decent food that rotates a bit, and there's a variety of choices each time, so it doesn't get too boring. The desserts are also not bad.
The bad things: staff is not good at English, the rooms are dirty, with black dents on the walls everywhere, absolute zero sound isolation, you can hear every breath your neighbor takes while doing the number two 🤢 the stairs are crooked in some places, the public areas like cafeteria and pools are often way overcrowded, you regularly see food spilled on the floor and tables. The bed linen is changed daily, but it's a lottery if you'll get a clean or a dirty one (stains that won't wash out anymore), the showers clog very easily, the russians that stay here are obnoxious beyond belief, the hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere, so there's hardly anything to do within walking distance.
Generally, you don't "save money" by staying cheap here. You throw away money because the downsides are noth worth the cheapness. I would recommend it only to students who are on a tight budget and are used to spartan conditions. Everyone else - find some extra money in your budget and stay somewhere more decent. This is really like a dormitory with a pool than a hotel.

My stay at the Mirabell Hotel was from 19.05-26.05.2025. This is a small family run hotel. Very clean and tidy, and lovely staff. The best thing was the SPA and their professional staff. I was happy to do 6 massages plus sauna and hammam. But I want the owners of this hotel to pay more attention to the food, it is monotonous and a bit more variety would be welcome. I believe the menue is not suitable for kids. The food is displayed without a name or content, if someone is allergic to any product their stay could be ruined. If you like to enjoy a refreshing drink or a cocktail there's non to be found in the hotel, it has very poor choice. Access to the seaside is not the best and beach wasn't the cleanest either - don't know if hotel or local council is responsible for it but could be improved. Overall I had a good time and rest, but for extras I had to travel around.

Part two.
Showers don’t drain water, no one is gonna do anything about this.
1. Beach access is HORRIBLE, you cannot get into the sea from the beach, because of horrible conditions of slippery rock under water, and the dock is just super dirty, the sun beds are in awful condition, latter to get into the sea is metal, slippery and super narrow- if you have kids it’s extremely inconvenient.
You’ll be better off walking to Dogonay hotel beach, it’s less than a min on the left and get yourself a spot there because you can actually get into water from the shore.
Bar like I said is non existent, no kids playground like advertised, no kids club, pretty much there’s nothing to do there.
If you need extra blankets they’ll bring it to you 24h later and only because you reminded them. No one talk to anyone at the reception so when you ask them about something- no one ever knows anything. The most useless hotel staff ever.
Dirty towels, dirty bed sheets, dirty rooms.
And most annoying thing- people are allowed to smoke literally anywhere but inside the lobby.
You can be sitting outside and getting breakfast lunch or dinner and people are sitting smoking next to you. In the pool, next to your kids, at the snack area. There’s no designated areas for that.
Overall staff- rude as heck. No helpful and that was very disappointing
