This hotel is go obliging to disabled people. The disabled bathrooms are spacious for wheelchairs. The ramps are also manageable. The food is delicious and the staffs are very nice to help. Special thanks to Naci from guest relations team he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable thank you Naci. We recommend this hotel and we definitely came back.

I do not normally Review but for this hotel I am making an exception.
Reasons for poor review is the same as has been repeated throughout reviews on TripAdvisor and Google.
LOCATION.
Nothing within walking distance and beach , which is rough/stoney and guite littered is a 10-15 minute walk. Alanya, beautiful beaches, restaurants and market, is about 10 kilometers. The hotel will charge 50 euro return for a taxi. Local bus is 65 lira, about a pound. single, but be prepared for a tight squeeze.
SHOPPING
. Do not use any of the shops, massage, hairdresser. They charge silly prices and you will get ripped off. Go to Konakli albeit it is a 10 minute walk along a busy road. Use Migross, local supermarket for snacks, cigs etc and Alanya or Konakli for souvenirs, tattoo or massage.
SERViCE
Not all inclusive.
Drinks. One choice of beer, red/white wine and local spirits. You will be charged for cocktails.
Do not expect ice cream . Two types of cheap ice lollie the whole 2 weeks. Expect to pay for Candy floss, name brand ice lollies and pop corn. Expect a poor breakfast beans are rock hard and eggs often under cooked. Expct lots of pasta, rice and chips and questionable quality meat even ox tongue on a number of occasions.
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE ASHTRAY IN EVERY ROOM. You can still be charged/fined for smoking in the room !!!!
ENTERTAINMENT.
Not for young families and certainly not if a child is on the spectrum.
Avoid bingo. 20 euro, RIP OFF Top prize 70 euro.
AVOID NIGHTCLUB EXCURSIONS WITH ANIMATION TEAM . They will insist on you staying herded at the one bar. You will.be ripped off my son paid 34 UK pounds for 3 shots and then realized, when he checked his banking. Another member of the hotel party realized that her bank had refused to honor a pament request for 200 pounds for a bottle of water.
FACILITIES
Grand Children loved the pools, however my grandson,3yo, contracted a nasty rash, impetigo on his lower lip. According to previous reviews there have other instances of such rashs and this is/was related to pool cleaning and hygiene. I witnessed none throughout 2 weeks.
MANAGEMENT and COMPLAINTS.
Spoke to a manager Naci and complained about the nightclub excursion. Soon after this my Son witnessed the massage guy Ibrahim, who used to be a jet 2 rep racially abuse a lone female guest of British Asian Heritage. He said
" AS SOON AS I SAW YOU I KNEW YOU WERE GOING TO BE TROUBLE, YOU INDIANS, PAKISTANIS AND BLACKS, ALWAYS CAUSE TROUBLE.
This aggression and abuse resulted because the guest merely asked for a refund of 60euros from the hairdress shop owner who was also aggressive and threatening to the guest. My son and the other guest complained to NAGI who advised not to call the police as it would only result in a charge for an interpreter.
I myself was approached by NACI on the day I left he wanted to buy euros from me as he explained that his landlord wanted payment in euros. He also asked me to complete a review with him which I refused. I was also asked by the animation team and I witnessed the animation team completing review on guests phones.
I HAVE REPORTED All MY CONCERNS TO JET2 AND AM AWARE THAT JET2 HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY THE FEMALE GUEST WHO WAS RACIALLY ABUSED.

Great quality on price ratio. Stayed 2 weeks in a regular room (not swimming pool view so the cheaper option) and paid less than 900€ for me and my 7 year old daughter. It was the last weeks of october 2025 so that also probably explains the lower price, and I booked directly on the hotel's website. Temperatures about 25-26°c and almost only sun. Good food in the main restaurant : everyday different types of meat, fish, vegetables, fries, bread, salad bar, deserts... also next to the swimming pool there is a booth were you can get fries and hamburgers, and also a patisserie for cookies and ice-cream, and another booth for Gözleme (traditional baked flat bread with filling). You can't go hungry. There are swimming pools, water slides. The temperature of the water was a little cold (i estimate around 21-23°c) but the sun is there to warm you, or you can go take a hot shower in your room. There is a nice little beach that you can access bus mini bus or by walking slowly for about 10 minutes. Thanks to the underpass you don't have to cross the big road.
There are some touristic activities to do but we mostly stayed in the hotel because we wanted to just play,eat,sleep. There is also a small Bazar about 200 meters away from the underpass where you can buy some souvenirs and it makes a good little evening walk. Animations were good also : mini disco for kids at 20:15 and shows at 21:15 : magician, Turkish night, party, live music, Mexican dance, bingo...
About improvements that I would think of : in the gym something to do pull exercises or just a bar for pull-ups; in the mini-club more equipmentand games and someone who will do the activities with the kids instead of just being present, and also take care of the strange smell in the room.
Even taking this into account 5 stars are deserved for the quality to price ratio.

Recently stayed here, from start to finish the holiday was great.
There is nothing the staff can't do for you, from the very friendly cleaning staff that did an excellent job daily & politely greeting whenever you passed, to the bar staff that always had time to talk & provide excellent service (all inclusive beer, liqueurs, whiskey & vodka on offer from the bars (water/juice/& coffee available from multiple dispensers around the grounds, the entertainment team were also great stopping to speak to you whenever they passed & all staff greeting & joking with children making the holiday inclusive for them also. The reception staff were also helpful whatever you may have needed help with.
Food was buffet style & great everyday with varied selection & condiments for every dish (massive thanks to catering staff (especially head chef for going above & beyond for my son) for all the hard work, including the lady that runs the snack bar as it must be hot inside the kiosk but she still provides excellent service with a smile.
All inclusive ice cream & cakes from the cafe on site for a few hours during the day.
The hotel is situated closely to local shops & pharmacy five minutes walk & shuttle bus service ran by the hotel for speedy transportation to the beach every hour.
However I would urge people to be wary with young children of the swimming pool by the beach as the chemicals are very strong & my son suffered sores but it didn't ruin our holiday.
Thankyou for making our family holiday great & I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing friendly holiday to stay here.

Perfect service - extremely friendly, all smiles, room very clean, quiet and spacious, good prices for cocktails, good restaurant. 3-5 mins by walk to beach. I highly recommend :)
