Booked this 1 week trip with friends, its a very basic budget resort type holiday, not something I would go for again, as it is way out from the transport links that I personally like, although you can catch a bus or taxi to get to where you need to go, plus I had already been to an adults only resort a few years back within the vicinity but closer to Alanya centre (I absolutely loved my time at White City Beach adults only hotel), however, as my friends had purchased a house recently and this was all that was doable for them and they really wanted to visit Turkey, I went with an open mind. Yes it is 3 hours away from the airport, the Easyjet flights are always late at night so you will get to the hotel in the early hours and flights back home in the early hours too.The hotel itself is smaller than the pics on the website, there is only one restaurant available onsite, with a snack bar around the pool area, the food is sometimes repetitive. The drinks are ok as we went all inclusive only 2 cocktails go with the package, with other local beers and spirits. The beach is a 10 min walk away but you can catch the hotel bus every hour to take you there and bring you back. There are 2 pools on the beach (one for adults and 1 for kids), with sun loungers, a bar and food available. There are also sun loungers on the dedicated part of the beach for the hotel a little further up and mid Sep the sea was quite calm and warm. The room 3 of us shared, there was a double bed and 2 single beds, (it overlooked some industrial plant growing buildings from the balcony). In my opinion the room was not cleaned properly during our stay. I found the reception staff to be rude during the first few days but as we were leaving there were different staff who were polite. We booked a hamam session at the hotel with a 45 min massage and Ayu was absolutely fab for me. There are excursions available from the hotel but we chose to chill then decided on only one trip towards the end of our holiday from the shops located near the beach. It was a boat ride 15 euro, 4 stops for swimming including Cleopatra beach, food, foam party. At the hotel entertainment team were ok, they had their favourite people they would choose for activities, but i did do some darts and water gym. I also went to Illusion Club which I do not rate higly but Havana was ok (in comparison to Summer Garden, the best overall with White City Beach hotel). I personally would not stay here again as it is not for me but everyone has their own opinion and perception of things.

Great quality on price ratio. Stayed 2 weeks in a regular room (not swimming pool view so the cheaper option) and paid less than 900€ for me and my 7 year old daughter. It was the last weeks of october 2025 so that also probably explains the lower price, and I booked directly on the hotel's website. Temperatures about 25-26°c and almost only sun. Good food in the main restaurant : everyday different types of meat, fish, vegetables, fries, bread, salad bar, deserts... also next to the swimming pool there is a booth were you can get fries and hamburgers, and also a patisserie for cookies and ice-cream, and another booth for Gözleme (traditional baked flat bread with filling). You can't go hungry. There are swimming pools, water slides. The temperature of the water was a little cold (i estimate around 21-23°c) but the sun is there to warm you, or you can go take a hot shower in your room. There is a nice little beach that you can access bus mini bus or by walking slowly for about 10 minutes. Thanks to the underpass you don't have to cross the big road.
There are some touristic activities to do but we mostly stayed in the hotel because we wanted to just play, eat, sleep. There is also a small Bazar about 200 meters away from the underpass where you can buy some souvenirs and it makes a good little evening walk. Animations were good also : mini disco for kids at 20:15 and shows at 21:15 : magician, Turkish night, party, live music, Mexican dance, bingo...
About improvements that I would think of : in the gym something to do pull exercises or just a bar for pull-ups; in the mini-club more equipmentand games and someone who will do the activities with the kids instead of just being present, and also take care of the strange smell in the room.
Even taking this into account 5 stars are deserved for the quality to price ratio.

I had an amazing stay at Numa Konaktepe Hotel! The guest relation manager Naci , Ozcan were so kind and helpful, always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the food was delicious with so many options every day. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the beach was just a short walk away. Definitely one of my best holidays I’ve ever had — I’ll be coming back for sure!

A really clean and comfortable hotel, all inclusive with a family pool area and a separate "no kids" quite pool. The section of beach that's included was quite rocky, but the pool and bar at the beach were great. There was a large variety of food available at mealtimes but the breakfast was a little repetitive each day. For what we paid the hotel was outstanding, we would definitely return.

Had a excellent holiday. Hotel and staff were excellent. Reception staff were very good in sorting out a little problem we had when we arrived. Good choice of food especially down by the beach bar area with a pizza oven available. Read about the transfers to the beach were non existence on some of the reviews but they were as timetable said. Good value for money Hotel. Could always get a sunbed. Overall a excellent experience.
