Cleaner robbed my rolex. Avoid at all costs. Hotel are denying any knowledge of this. Absolutely disgusting. The watch was left on the counter inside my room when i went for food in the hotel restaurant. AVOID THIS PLACE. Thanks for your reply. I never mentioned the louis vuitton shorts because they were located in the bottom of my suitcase however the watch wasnt returned to you because of its worth. I will not be coming back.

Just back from a week's stay, having been here 11 years ago with family, we weren't disappointed, it still had all the charm that we remembered. It used to be independent but has just been acquired by MUTHU MGM Group this year. The location is perfectly placed away from the main strip, but close enough to walk to. The shuttle bus to other MGM Hotels was a godsend, with a number of their hotels to be dropped at, either at the beach, or one of the smaller ones closer to the strip. Couldn't fault the rooms, housekeeping service every day, plenty of space around the pool, no need to reserve sunbeds! Bar was small and friendly, the little food we tried was good. All staff very friendly and helpful, quick to resolve any issues should you have any. They are shutting down for winter to refurb, and we really hope they just upgrade the facilities, and don't change too much. Its lovely as it is, and has such character and charm. We will definitely be back.

Not for us.The location is good The pool is nice but awful sun beds.The breakfast is cheap,not great The staff are disinterested,except the room cleaning staff,who are great.The rooms are very tired..the shower is awful.This whole place needs an upgrade,and certainly not as quiet as I would have expected.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, when you call you get transferred to central reservations, who claim they can’t do anything with your booking! They you need to speak with the hotel direct, the numbers for the hotel don’t work, calling back to central reservations they kept claiming they had received no notifications or emails from booking.com when I could clearly see they did as we had been CC’d in the emails, they made it impossible to deal with them we will NEVER book any of their properties again. Once they have your money they don’t give a crap about anything else.
