Booked this as a last minute cheap deal. Excellent value for money. The rooms have recently been refurbished (and some are still being worked on but that didn’t generate much noise really) and are fairly basic but have everything you need for a self catering apartment. Room was spotless. We had a ground floor room and there wasn’t much privacy sitting out on the small terrace area but that’s a minor issue as couldn’t fault the room otherwise. The pool is quite large - very cold but that’s ideal when you need to cool off from the sun. Plenty of loungers - no sun lounger wars here thankfully. There’s a snack bar selling the usual burgers, chips and stuff. Very reasonable prices. Location of the apartments is ideal as it’s only a short walk to the main strip of bars and restaurants of which there are loads! My only grumble is that the reception closed at 4 on the day we travelled back and we weren’t getting picked up until 6.30 so had to keep our cases with us after 4.

Stayed here for a week 10/4/26. Great little complex, rooms are pleasant, nothing fancy, they have everything you need. The pool is a great size, little bit chilly, plenty of sun beds available, no hogging of the sun beds like you see in most places. Pool bar has a decent size menu, something for everyone including a wide variety of drinks. The lady on reception is bloody awesome, so friendly, nothing is too much trouble for her. There is a shower room you can use on your final day but you’ll need to book a slot. You can also rent the safe in your room for very cheap. All in all, we had a really nice stay here and would stay again. Some rooms are being renovated so there might a be a bit of noise from that but I’m assuming when they’re completed, the rooms will look class.

Just returned from a week here, superior twin apartment. Decent size rooms, everything provided for S/C, very clean with 5 visits from housekeeping. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t use Pool Bar. Pool was a decent size but cold and salty water not too inviting. Position of LIVVO is ideal, 5 minutes slight downhill walk to strip, ideal for us. Would recommend LIVVO Oasis and we will return again maybe January 2027.

Stayed for 9 nights, everything was spotless and room was lovely, pool area nice and never a problem getting a sunbed any time, lovely pool bar and very reasonable prices. Easy few minutes walk down to seafront, Staff came round to room on my wife's birthday with a bottle of wine for her. We have booked again for next year

Really helpful staff. I had massive issues And thought my holiday war ruined and the staff helped me out rescuing my holiday. So for the service it is 5 stars. Also the location and rooms are good. I think this is ideal for a family of 3 or 4. It is close to shops and bars. It might not be the best if you want to do a romantic getaway but if you want an affordable place at a good location this is a great pick.
