We arrived before official booking in time, and they let us store our luggage whilst the apartment was being made ready. We stayed in block 7, a few minutes walk from the main reception. They do have a minibus to transport you and your luggage if you require it. We'd booked through easyJet and were in a Standard Plus one bedroom plus apartment. The rooms were clean, spacious, good storage, good sized patio, air con, really good wi-fi and even a few English tv channels. Our room was cleaned 5 days in the week and towels changed twice in the week. We had a small issue with the fridge, and even though it was 9.30pm, it was fixed within 20 minutes of reporting it. The reception and on-site maintenance are 24/7. The only complaint, and can't even really call it that, was that the apartments were in 2 rows and our row was closest to the road. The pool and surrounding area was clean and well maintained. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and beach are all within 5 minutes walk. There is a really good car free promenade, that you can walk for miles in either direction.

We stayed here September 25 we arrived during a heat wave. The staff were amazing we got a 2 bedroom apartment in block 1 we were apartment 5 the mini bus took us round to the door with our luggage. We were amazed the apartment was so spacious clean and well located. The bedrooms hadaircon which was really needed and very welcome. The kitchen had everything we needed and the outside space really good. We had our own outdoor furniture and sun loungers. And a wee courtyard for hanging washing in. Our rooms were cleaned everyday except Wednesday and Sunday the sheets changed twice weekly and towels changed every other day. We were excatly 19 footsteps from the shop and 25 from the beach. The location was fantastic the area quiet (which we loved) but still had everything we wanted or needed. Local restaurants were fantastic plenty of choice and yummy food. With 2 supermarkets on our doorstep too. A wide range of entertainment too. Lots to do in this area. I would never want to stay anywhere else.

The accommodation was clean and well maintained. Each block has its own swimming pool so never over crowded. We were in block 7 about ten minute walk to the beach. If out for the day reception would send a taxi to the block, super easy. I think the upgrades are located closer to the beach so are 1 minute walk. Being so close the airport wasn't an issue no effect on sleep. We found a mixture of retired people and young families it was quiet. We had a super time and would highly recommend.

Just want to say a massive thank you to the staff and team here putting me and my family in a apartment at short notice. When we were living a nightmare on a different holiday package with someone else. My partner and daughter were really unwell with sickness and diarrhea from food at our original hotel and we couldn't fly home on our scheduled day. The hotel we were in couldn't care less and kicked us out on our checkout day and wouldn't give me any extra time even if i paid. So i was basically homeless in a foreign country with a poorly family who needed to rest and be in bed. You can imagine the stress i felt. But the guys here really made me feel at ease and went out of there way to help me. I am so grateful. There apartments are great self contained really comfy beds and great location i just wish our stay in lanzarote was there from the beginning as the two days we spent resting there was probably the only relaxing time we had in the whole 12 days we were in lanzarote. A big thankyou again and if i come back i will definitely look at staying with you.

Perfect location for any family, old or young, everything with in a walking distance and food to keep anyone happy, supermarket just up the centre over the road (used the spar on the front instead). Didn’t have to worry about anything we’d forgotten as the shops had everything you could think of. Upon entering the apartment we noticed a small fold up bed in the front room which was supposed to be a full single bed, we decided to move this into the bedroom and push our bed up to the small one for our young child so it was made safe for her. Cleaning: apartment wasn’t cleaned on Wednesday or Sunday as stated. When the housekeeper did come in she cleaned the toilet with a blue cloth… then proceeded to clean the rest of the bathroom / sink with the same cloth (didn’t take any other cloth in the bathroom with her). I’d been wiping over all the kitchen area myself as she never touched it. Another thing was the bottom sheets on the beds were changed a couple times but the actual bed sheets on the duvet was never changed despite needing to be changed. Fresh towels every few days, washing line out the back was great and came in handy, we did some washing in the kitchen sink showered there is a laundrette over the road). They also provide toilet roll every couple days however they don’t want you to flush it down the toilet. After *cleaning the apartment she kept leaving the brush and pan up the back door, I’d moved it outside the back door as again we have a small child who would be messing with them. The apartment was only mopped out once during our stay but only with water and no chemicals. She made a comment to my partner about taking the key out of the back door, informed her we have a small child who would either open the door or lose the key, she again said not to remove the key so again my partner told her why it had been moved. Another time I was asleep on the sofa when the housekeeper knocked once then let herself in which I’m pretty sure they’re not allowed to do. There was sign saying “heated pool”, we were in the pool everyday… it was not heated at all and was freezing everytime. We had ordered a taxi so was sitting out by front of reception, my daughter was waiting and stood by the door. A woman off reception came round, switched the door off then said my daughter had broken the door which she clearly had not. The shower went warm after a few minutes also which wasn’t great when you have to shower yourself and a little one. Five minutes of hot water wasn’t great. The outdoor showers were also cold and didn’t stay on long enough. The sockets were wonky and our bedroom one came off the wall too. They just don’t feel very secure when putting the plugs in. The beds were quite hard and I had a sore back every morning. Needed more pillows too as one was not enough and so flat. The island is well know for being windy so a cardigan for the evening would be recommended but never once was it a cold wind. Storage in the apartment was great, had what we needed, all on one level and didn’t need to go far if we didn’t want to. Plenty of amenities near by. €5-8 in a taxi to get to the next town. If you also walk to the left on the main stretch towards the airport you can sit just under the run way and watch the planes coming in which was great. All in all we would come here again. We had a lovely time, despite the minor issues we did have it was perfect.
