I have been here in August for the last two years with my family. We have always asked for block 8, which we have always got. Thank you for that!. Lovely,spacious apartments, our own sunbeds in the garden area. Any issues resolved straight away. Pool bar lady, lovely and polite. More of my family have visited since and will return again this year. Ive booked again, see you in August x Donna.

If you want comfort, great staff, great location, clean rooms, fantastic maid service, peace and quiet, this is definitely the place for you. We've been coming here for 4 years now and will continue to come here. We booked for 3 weeks and asked for a specific room. Our request was granted and we were not disappointed. I won't tell you that room number because you'll all want it and that might affect us in the future 🫣 but, yes, this complex was a fantastic find for us. I'm delighted with this place. We are in the middle of a fantastic holiday and already looking forward to returning in October.

Check in: very quick and easy. A free taxi was used to drive our bags to the block we were staying in which was very nice. We were able to pay for a safe at 2.50 euros a day + 10 deposit. When checking out we did it the night before, getting our safe deposit back, and then left the key on the coffee table. The taxi picked us up outside our block so that was super easy.
Pool: good size, clean. Only down side was the rules of no ball games or inflatables which I hadn't been aware of before booking. I liked the glass boundary all around, great for child safety. The pool at the block around the snack bar has a toddler section, ours didn't which suited us.
Snack bar: lovely pizza!
Apartment: living room. No air con so when sleeping on the Murphy bed it was a bit warm (I used a freezer ice pack and that worked to keep me cool). Bed mattress very firm. You need to ask for extra pillows.
Kitchen: perfect size with breakfast bar. Kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with top compartment freezer. I don't remember a jug or veg peeler and could have done with a chopping board. No oven so can't do pizzas.
Bathroom: storage unit very helpful. A few hooks around the walls would have been useful. Super shower. Always had plenty of towels.
Bedroom: big wardrobe with hangers. Large shelf great for accessories. Air con worked well.
Other: the sink u bend broke, (just one of those things) but it was fixed within 15 minutes of me ringing reception and then getting a maintenance guy out, and he mopped up. Couldn't fault that at all.
Beach: we were in block 2 and were exceptionally close to the beach. This was almost deserted, very flat. Sea was cold and windy. No sunbeds to hire in the close vicinity but loads of space for games. Sea was cold (July) and we all know it's windy but that does mean the sand whips up into eyes!
Amenities: very close to mini supermarkets. The Spar was well stocked for the majority of things needed. Our apartment was overlooking the pathway to the shopping area so there was noise from people walking home drunk!
There were some lovely restaurants, I would advise joining local Facebook groups to get good info on authentic places to eat.
Overall: I would return. The staff were very helpful. They can also book car hire for you. They arranged our taxi back to the airport for 0400am. They also sorted our aquapark tickets. The bus picks you up just across the road from reception.
Transfer: we went with the taxi rank option from the airport 11.90 euros at 1600hrs and 12.50 euros at 0400am. Absolutely don't need to pay for the holiday shuttle in this instance.
Airport: doesn't open the external doors until 0430am so bear this in mind if you have a 0700am flight. Not a lot is open before boarding!!

Stayed here may half term. Can not fault it at all. Stayed monday to friday. Apartment was immaculately clean amd also gets cleaned every other day. Staff are extremely helpful amd polite. Called taxis for us from reception to wherever we wamted to go. There's a pool outside every set of Apartments wich was great as it wasn't crowded at all. Selection of restaurants and shops are over the road. The spar that is open late so was great for our late arrival. The beach is a 5 mi. Walk. Would recommend.

Very positive experience, great staff, very great. , nice room. (A little worn but clean and nice)
Great location. Pool right outside(not heated- to cold for me but kids liked it). Beach 2 mins away. Plenty of food and shops right by.
