We've stayed three times in the last 12 months. An absolute gem. Perfect if you crave a quieter location and are happy to use it as a base to explore. 30 minute clifftop walk gets you to Rubicon Marina for quality restaurants and the twice weekly market. Plenty of parking for hire cars. Trolleys to help unload luggage or shopping to your bungalow. Pool isn't heated so is cold all year round. New gym looks nice but we didn't use it. The nearest Dino is expensive, the one closer to playa is better and has more options. Lidl and Aldi easily accessible especially via hire car. Friendly staff all round.

Stayed here with my mum for 8 nights and had the most relaxing time. We were delighted to find out we had 2 bedrooms AND 2 bathrooms after booking only the standard room (which they apparently don’t have anymore due to recent upgrades of the hotel). We also had our own labelled Bali Bed beside the pool which felt like a huge luxury (Room 23). The rooms had everything you could possibly need for self catering, a huge fridge freezer, plenty of glassware, area for washing/drying clothes outside on a line, 2 sunbeds on the patio, a seating area and not to mention the super comfy beds. All staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were cleaned 5 days a week. Couldn’t fault our stay and we’re eager to book again!

I went back and forth about this place. I definitely wouldn't be back but it did have its good points. Pros Quiet - lovely spot and no loud noise apart from the day they fixed the pool heater. This is quite rare for a tourist resort. Two rooms - rare to find this and for us it was ideal. Location - supermarket and commercial centre nearby, also close enough to the wild beaches to walk easily. Also a fairly local residential type area. The bungalow was actually quite nice and great view, the hot tub was a big bonus. kitchen was the perfect size and there was a drying area for sports gear and swimming stuff which was a big bonus to us. Cons The cleaning - it WAS easter break but the promised 5 days of cleaning never happened and when they did the effort was really poor. This left us with lots of rubbish in the bin and dust coating everything because they never bothered to clean the terrace and barely cleaned the floor. Maintenance - pool was ice cold the first few days, I overheard the maintenance team discussing the solar heater not working. They did fix it and the pool was ok if not warm from then on. Also our hot tub broke and had no cover until the last day which led to a horrible pile of dead floating ladybirds anytime you wanted to go in. Service - reception was often closed during their limited opening hours. They also locked us in the complex after taking our key as we went to leave. They immediately deleted the entry code from our whatsapp and when I ran up to reception it had closed early again. We were forced to use the emergency exit or miss our taxi to the airport. It is an ok place and there are really good bits but for the price I was expecting a bit more.

Superb. Friendly. Clean. Peaceful. Will be returning next May that's for sure. X loved it here. The jacuzzi plus apartment was fantastic 👌 highly recommend. Has a bbq also. It's a short walk to the busier parts. Suits us as we like to walk off the extra calories haha 😄
