Excellent location near to old town. This is the second year we have been at Fariones apartments . Excellent staff especially Miquel on reception and the lady whose name i didn't get, she cleaned our room 144 they where fantastic and lovely people. Our rooms was cleaned daily to a high standard. Sheets and towels changed regularly. Would recommend any of the Fariones chain in Puerto del Carmen as we have stayed at the all.

Excellent location - very helpful staff. Good food offering at breakfast and lunch. Excellent pool and sunbeds. Bedrooms are tired and it’s good to hear there are plans to renovate. Occasional entertainment in evenings was enjoyable. No problem recommending this place for a holiday.

Very nice place. Calm, relaxed atmosphere, very clean. Good location. Pool seemed heated in May. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Mostly for adults looking to relax in quiet atmosphere. The only downside: smoking on the restaurant terrace should not be allowed. It was very disturbing, especially during breakfast.

Just back from a fab week at these apartments. It was my first time staying while others in our party were return visitors.
From check in, the staff were so helpful and accomodated my limited mobility really well in terms of the apartment allocated to me and helping organise a mobility scooter also.
The apartments were spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping.
The only negative was the wifi wasn't great in the bedrooms.
The daily buffet breakfast had changes each day which meant you didn't get bored.
The pool area is lovely, there's plenty of beds although there can be some sunbed wars particularly for the beds on the terrace with the jacuzzi where the queue started around 8.15 for the 9am opening of the terrace. That said, we never had difficulty getting beds around the main pool and again everywhere was spotless. They also supply beach towels so no need to bring them unless you want to.
Lastly the location is super, perfectly positioned from the main strip and also the old town.
Easily the best apartments we've stayed in. I'm hoping they don't close for refurbishment as i'd definitely return time and time again

Just back from a 2 weeks stay here - we upgraded to the upper floor apartment and would highly recommend this lovely sea views and very nice at night time. Apartment is well equipped and cleaned every day and the beds are very comfortable. No issues with sun beds each day and the upper adults only area with jacuzzi is very nice. Breakfast is ok would be nice to have pancakes every morning rather than every 3rd or 4th morning but overall had a nice selection. We are a younger couple and we were probably the youngest there but we did not mind this excellent location and only a short stroll from the strip. pool is spotless and they provide you with pool towels. bar and lunch options are excellent. we have it booked for next April and September
Only real issue was the WiFi was very poor if this could be improved
2nd stay here in April 2026. Again loved it here. WiFi has improved in our apartment. Breakfast has also improved. Back again in September.
