When we stayed here we
had a very enjoyable time !! The room was clean and very accommodating.. the three pools and location were also incredible (right next to the beach and center of the town).. Thank you for everything, the staff were lovely and were very helpful with their directions to local food markets and pharmacies! The people in the surrounding area were also so kind and made our trip so special.. we will be back staying here again definitely!!

We arrived at 2 pm on a weekday and still had to wait over 30 minutes in the heat for someone to check us in. A terrible first impression.
The apartment was dirty, and despite daily housekeeping being advertised, our room was never cleaned. Towels were never replaced either.
The door locks were broken or missing, the washer/dryer didn’t work, and the host barely responded to any messages or questions. Even the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable.
Overall, the apartment is poorly maintained, badly managed, and doesn’t deliver what it promises. There are much better places to stay in Albufeira—save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else.

Dirty, cold, shabby, and old. Our air condition was broken, so I caught a flue. Bugs in the bathroom and bedroom - we were disgusted. Barely any kitchen utensils. The apartments are very worn-out and noisy – you can hear everything from the neighbors, from talking to cooking to using the bathroom. The bathrooms have no windows and smell. You get the feeling the owners only care about their profit. There's no vacation feeling. No recommendation.

Very nice apartment also very clean. Fantastic view over the ocean (from apartment 1A) swimming pools are nice with most of the more than enough seats around the pool. (No neer to put a towel for reservation) Its a short walk with the stairs to the beach.(les than 5 minutes) and the supermarket is also very nearby,
