Great stay! Lovely resort, though the aparthotel rooms are a solid 4/5
We had a wonderful stay at Alfagar! The resort itself is amazing, and while the rooms in the Aparthotel building could use a little update, everything else was absolutely perfect.
The Rooms (Aparthotel) — 4/5:
The apartment was very spacious, bright, and had a great layout. Having a fully equipped kitchen area was a huge plus. On the downside, the furniture and decor feel a bit dated and basic, but everything was clean, functional, and perfectly fine for a comfortable sleep.
The Resort & Amenities — 5/5:
The territory is huge, beautifully green, and exceptionally well-maintained. There is a great selection of clean pools, including fantastic water zones for kids.
Location & Service — 5/5:
Breathtaking views, easy beach access, and exceptionally friendly, welcoming staff.
Verdict: If you don't mind slightly older room decor, this place is an absolute gem. We highly recommend it and would gladly return!

Stayed at Alfagar Village. The staff are super friendly and nice. The individual restaurants at the hotel are excellent but the evening buffe you can buy including your stay is nothing to recommend and it is expensive. Would highly recommend the restaurants on the hotel grounds instead. The atmosphere is lovely and the pools around the Village good and no stress of trying to get a sunbed before others. Excellent for kids. But a warning the Kids club cost 10 euros before lunch and 10 euros after lunch. I'm used to this being free of charge/ 5 euros a whole day where I have gone in other countries and hotels. But my 9 year old boy loved it when he was there. Different themes each day and fun games and arts and craft. In whole a wonderful experience.

Beautiful resort with great amenities. Perfect swimming pools, a good restaurant (cafeteria), and a lovely beach. It's a great base for exploring the surrounding area. The staff is also super friendly.
However, minus one star for the rooms. If you're a bit unlucky with your neighbors, you will experience constant noise disturbance. Barking dogs, people talking on balconies late into the night, and you can hear every single footstep from the neighbors upstairs and next to you. It honestly felt like our neighbors were remodeling their entire living room every single night, and the kids running a marathon. For this price, I would expect a bit better.
PS: management dealt with our complaints and reached out on a regular base. Good customer service!

Absolutely fantastic place for a holiday for all the family especially children. Every aspect of the holiday is excellent from the minute you arrive the reception, room / cleaning staff restaurant staff gardeners , entertaining staff even the builders on site renovating parts of the village were so polite and courteous. Would highly recommend the food & quality. No complaints at all

Stayed 7 days in Alfagar & from start to finish it was just perfect! It was our first holiday abroad with our two young girls & it was everything we hoped for! The location is ideal with all you need right on your doorstep, the staff are so friendly & accommodating & our apartment was spotless & so big! The complex has so many different pools to suit kids & adults with water slides, indoor pools & playgrounds. In the complex their is 2 mini marts & a Spar just up the road(Bigger selection). The beach is a 5 minute walk & is just absolutely beautiful & very private!
I would recommend to any family, we are already planning our next visit!
