I spent one week at the Sheraton Fuerteventura and had an amazing stay from start to finish. As a Marriott Platinum member, I was treated extremely well from check in to check out. I received an automatic room upgrade, free breakfast, complimentary access to the wellness area, and discounts at the hotel restaurants, which really made a difference.
Although the hotel is a bit outdated, it is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The pool area is fantastic and perfect for relaxing, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent with a wide variety of choices every day.
Overall, the service, comfort, and benefits made this stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fuerteventura.

Our favourite winter sun hotel in Europe!
Just returned from our 16th holiday here since 2007, which speaks volumes for just how fantastic it is.
Staff are phenomenally good, food is consistently delicious, huge beautifully appointed rooms, gorgeous grounds, fabulous spa & 4 lovely pools.
Thank you to all the staff for making the Sheraton Fuerte feel like our winter home from home!

This was our second year returning, and once again, it was absolutely amazing. While the rooms and suites were a bit snug for the four of us—especially with the bed arrangements—they still felt spacious and comfortable overall.
The service was exceptional. Every member of the staff was courteous and attentive, but I must give special mention to ✨Miguel✨. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even taking the time to entertain my younger brother. Such a kind-hearted gentleman—his warmth truly stood out.
The location is fantastic, offering a wide range of activities and attractions. From the private beach and nearby shopping centre to the bustling high street and the fascinating Salt Museum just a short drive away, there’s something for everyone. Whether you're traveling with kids or adults, you'll never run out of things to do.

Save your money, go somewhere else!
Staff is rude, our executive suite was falling apart (broken doors and broken jacuzzi), the food is meh, cleanliness very much subpar.
We were so looking forward to our trip but every time we tried something new, we got told off by staff. We told them our inside door was broken « no it’s not it’s just difficult to operate » was the staff answer when they literally had to pick up the door to push it back and open it. We got given complimentary access to the spa after extensive moaning, spa receptionist asked « why ». Refused to let our little one come with us because of the chlorine (it says everywhere the water is salt treated). We had to do another round of negotiation. At diner, no one bothered to ask if we wanted to drink anything until night 3. when we complained, we were told « sorry » and said we can change room if we accept to downgrade as no more executive suite was available. A normal 5 star hotel would upgrade in such circumstances. After 3 days of complaining and 6 maintenance visits, we received a bottle of sparkling wine which the cleaning team cleared out the very next day even though it wasn’t empty. Robes and towels have stains on them. Just overall a very poor experience, appalling service. After 3 days of constant back and forth with customer service we decided to give up and enjoy what we can. But one thing for sure, We will never come back and neither should you!!

Amazing lido like set of pools with superb activities for all ages by attentive and friendly activities team. Just beside a sandy beach and an easy flat seaside walk to restaurants and shops.
I went with children and grandchildren and it could not have been more relaxed and enjoyable
