If I could rate this hotel less then 1 stars, I would. Never in my life have I experienced such rudeness and blatant disrespect in a hotel. I arrived with 3 other 20 year old women and we were immediately asked for a 100 euro deposit per person which was not listened anywhere when we booked. We told the receptionist we didnt have any cash on us at that moment and he responded laughing saying “thats your problem”. We eventually went to a cash machine and paid the deposit however were disgusted by the state of our room. Ants crawling about everywhere it was an infestation - which I have actually seen many other reviews mention, not enough chairs (we had to go to reception 3x on separate occassion and ask for an extra chair), nothing to wash up cutlery. The worst of all is the fact that we felt that the individuals working in reception (bar one lovely man who checked us out and the woman in the cafe who could genuinely have a nice conversation with you) were practically picking on us to the point where we were scared of leaving our rooms. There are several rules such as no bringing outside food by the pool, quiet hours, etc. We made sure to follow all of these as we were so frightened of getting told off. One of our nights we were sat on the benches outside reception and then told we could not sit there. We did state that we were guests however the receptionist said we have 10 minutes to leave the benches (we were quietly waiting for an uber) or we have to leave the hotel or go back to our room. The next night I had to wait for my friends outside the hotel as they were quickly meeting me back there in 10 mins ( I was alone and did not have a key and sat on the curb instead of on the benches as I didnt want to cause another problem). I was then told I could not sit on the curb and I had 5 mins to leave. The worst part is, the following night I saw (having evidence of all of this) people sat on the benches singing loudly at 2am. Please avoid this hotel particularly as a young person. I have never been treated to badly by members of staff in my life. We are a very respectful group of people and have never ever had a problem prior to this at any resort, hotel or airbnb. We have always been praised for how good we are as guests. I am a person who would normally speak up at this disrespect and rudeness, however even I on this occasion was too afraid to do so. i believe it was the manager who we found to be the rudest - however im unsure of his specific job role. I cannot stress how much praise I give to the man who checked us out as he was truly so very lovely. I hope managment recognises that they are very lucky to have him on their team as he truly made our stay that much more bearable.

I have just come back from there literally tonight .
First I would like to say thank you to all the staff.(team) they go above and beyond to assist you with your needs.i travelled solo so I had a studio apartment which can sleep two people and has plenty of room and was very stylish .
There is 24 hour reception, and two pools, indoor heated or outside and their is a bar ,but not open till late march/April.
All I can say is that I will be returning and thank you all for an amazing hoilday.

So, I went on vacation — or rather, I booked this hotel — because I needed a small getaway and a mental detox. First of all, the hotel is definitely showing its age and could use a renovation. I arrived early in the morning, and the lady at the reception wasn’t really friendly. I’m not sure if it was because I spoke Spanish at first and then switched to English, but she didn’t seem very service-oriented.
Then I got to my room. The room is very simple and also quite dated. Sometimes you can find ants in the bathroom, and you have to bring your own sponge and dish soap. There’s no tea or coffee either. But that’s not really a problem because there’s a supermarket nearby — also an Aldi and an Intermarché — so several shopping options within about a 10–15 minute walk.
The cleaning staff came pretty much every day, but they mainly just changed the towels. That wasn’t really a big issue for me because I can make my own bed, but it’s worth mentioning.
Otherwise, the Wi-Fi is really terrible. I had to study but had no possibility to do so — even WhatsApp didn’t work. I had no internet in my room or anywhere on the hotel grounds. It would connect briefly and then disconnect again. I went to reception several times to ask if anything could be done, but I was always told to wait until the next day.
Then, starting on day three, renovation work began. That meant my sleep was over at 7 a.m. because the workers were moving furniture, singing loudly, and drilling. Aside from that, you can reach pretty much everything nearby on foot. I would actually recommend renting a car if you want to see more, but walking is totally fine too. You can even walk to the old town — it’s about 30 minutes.
And yes, I’m not sure if I would come back, because it was quite disappointing. For a short getaway it’s okay, but if good Wi-Fi and peace and quiet are important to you, I probably wouldn’t come again.

Me and my partner booked through loveholidays wanting a quiet break away . I was quite excited to sit by the pool and relax in the sunny weather.
Pros of the room were the balcony view, the kitchen/ fridge , lovely AC and beds were comfy enough. I dont think we had much choice when booking the holiday to choose a double bed so it was a bit disappointing for us to sleep in separate beds across the room 😅 not exactly romantic . We did have an issue with ants at the start of the stay, only a few and we did mention it to the staff which seemed to sort it - we didnt see any more after that. ( i think the way the building is built there is lots of shrubbery around and ways they can climb up the structure)
The pool is the holidays best quality. I would say perhaps some parts of the hotel could be renovated or updated but to be fair i think its quite quaint the way it is, its definitely not bad. We stayed by the pool a good amount and sunbathed, however we were disappointed with how loud some of the ladies were around us playing club music when sunbathing. This is no fault of the hotel, people are allowed to enjoy themselves but we always preferred the quiet moments to enjoy the birds chirping.
We kept an open mind here and i personally would stay at the hotel again. You cant fault the location no matter what type of holiday maker you are - party people or quiet sun seeker , and i think the facilities are great (pool, jacuzzi, table tennis etc) . There is a good intermache close by which really comes in handy . If anything i think we were lucky as reading some of the other reviews , it seems to me that we had a better stay than some others.

Excellent apartments and location.
Given it was the quieter time of year we got upgraded.
Also an indoor pool/jacuzzi if the weather isn't playing ball.
Metres from the strip and plenty of choice nearby for food / drinks / supermarkets
