We stayed here for 10 nights 2nd March - 12th 2025. Highly recommend this complex. We booked a 1 bedroom pool view apartment. It was spotless, extremely comfortable beds, i am a princess when it comes to comfortable beds !!! Fully kitted out kitchen with everything you would need on your holiday. There are 5 pools 4 outdoor and 1 indoor. The indoor also has an adjoining sauna / steam room / jacuzzi & gym. It is a lovely walk down to the water / into town and restaurants about 1km. All of the staff we met were friendly and engaging. Amazing value for money . Daily cleaning from housekeeping which we didnt require most days but always offered. Replenishing toilet rolls , emptying bins , beds made, sheets changed and general cleaning. We will definitely be repeat customers. As mentioned in other reviews there is an Aldi very close by or a little shop in the complex for icecreams and other essentials. There is a tv ( remote requires a deposit ) all the channels bar the news ones are in Spanish but I did hear other guests brought their fire sticks . We were unlucky with the weather during our stay but that still wouldn't sway me from staying here again.

Just came back from a holiday here. I was nervous about what to expect from reading reviews but honestly I thought the hotel was good. The rooms were exceptional, all the basics you need. Had the most comfiest beds I've ever slept on and the staff were nice. The food and drink prices were pretty much the same as Ireland I though maybe a little less malibu & orange €7 but local beer was cheap.
The big pool below the pool bar and baby pool to the right are slightly heated which was good as we didnt get great weather. It also has a heated indoor pool, gym area but is not advertised so I'm sure not a lot of people know about it.
The shop on-site is reasonably priced and as everything you would need. The fresh rolls are a must! The staff here are all so nice.
There's a small playground, kids club and tennis/football courts at the back which can be seen when walking past at the side of hotel. A games room to the right of reception beside the shop and some waterslides.
Overall, I would stay here again. Myself and 4yo daughter enjoyed it. (She loved the pizza from pool bar) also just want to say a shout out to the lady at reception with ginger hair, she was exceptional and so friendly/helpful like all staff but I just felt like she was a bit more. Thank you for making our stay.

Really good for the price. Rooms and facilities were basic but ok. Kids really liked the pool and the kids entertainer "Pika" was very helpful. Buffet breakfast was great and very reasonably priced. Easy walk to beach and town. Main downside was the blaring music from the other hotel to the north at night - however, this can vary depending on where you apartment is located, some are much quieter.

We holidayed here in September 2025 and are coming back again in September 2026. Rooms are great, really nice and spacious, well equipped and clean
The staff are superb, can't do enough for you and the shop on site is well stocked.
Important to note that this is a more traditional self catering setup, so there isn't really much in the way of entertainment and I can't speak for the food, but if you're looking for a PEACEFUL and relaxing stay it's perfect. We much prefer and nice apartment, good pools and cleanliness rather than loud music, drunk holiday makers and bad food.
Location is about a 10 minute walk to the lovely local and lifegaured beaches plus some great restaurants along the sea front. We really rate caybeach sun and like I said, so much so that we're coming back!

Starting with the positives.
Great location, short walk from the beach and playa blanca promenades in both directions for great shopping, restaurants. Aldi a 5 minute walk down the road (but if you can drive, go to the Lidl its much better)
Actually fairly quiet in the evenings, which was nice
The apartments/rooms were cleaned to a good standard and the outside areas and pools were also cleaned very well.
The bad.
Staff were kind of middle of the road, some great some just kind of seemed like they couldn't be bothered - usually pool bar / reception staff. The tiny onsite shop had some good hours, until then they just pasted some new hours without warning over top of the others. No real mention of the amenities available.
The main issue for us was the self-catering apartments. Age related wear on the apartments is apparent, the AC condenser leaks onto the floor if you leave it on over 30 minutes and all of the TVs are small ones from like 2005, no smart options - no point in advertising having a TV if all you can watch is Spanish TV on it.
The biggest issue was the kitchen. One dishtowel never replaced in a week, no sharp knives to cut food up with (one small blunt potato peeler) an old rusty coffee machine from the 90s, no kettle.
Plates, but no bowls. Absolutely no bowls, asked at reception, "sorry we don't provide bowls". But they sell cereal in the onsite shop.
They provided two saucepans and a frying pan, no spatula or any kind of equipment to actually use the kitchen. Very disappointing.
Freezer section of fridge was not sufficient to keep things properly cold. Just slightly more chilled than the rest of the fridge.
Shelves, electrical functions kind of hanging off the wall - age related stuff, but easy to fix
Wont be staying there again. I'd like to say you gets what you pay for, but the MYND YAIZA round the corner was not much more expensive and much better value / newer
