My partner and I have just arrived, and we are already having a wonderful experience.
From the moment we checked in, everything has been exceptional. The weather is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the hotel itself is spotless, welcoming, and perfectly located.
A special thank you to Javier Moreno, who sent us a lovely anniversary message along with a bottle of prosecco and a box of chocolates. If these were complimentary gifts from the hotel, we would like to express our sincere gratitude. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture that made our celebration even more special!!!
The level of customer service we have experienced so far has been outstanding. Every interaction has been warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely valued as guests.
We are only at the beginning of our stay and already feel incredibly well looked after. We are very much looking forward to spending the next four days here and enjoying everything the hotel has to offer.

Cozy and quiet hotel with a good location in Corralejo and parking spaces in front of the hotel. Beautiful, spacious rooms. Delicious food at the buffet, the à la carte restaurant is also highly recommended. Wide selection of drinks included in the all-inclusive package. The staff is very friendly. Definitely recommended.

We are staying at the hotel in corralejo & honestly it is amazing! My first ever time abroad and every single member of staff is excellent! We have recommended to friends and family. The location is amazing, next to loads of different clothes shops and supermarkets and bars. Just a 6 minuet walk to the music square which is gorgeous. Food is amazing too, different things every night so you don’t get bored and I have also only gone half board so I am paying for drinks but they are very very reasonable priced, only €4 for a large glass of wine. Has 2 pools and also a child’s pool, we are here in June so not many children here which is a bonus for us, but in the school holidays it gets busier with family’s and they have so many family activities scheduled for that time which will be good for the people with children. We will definitely be coming back!

We have just had a lovely stay here. Everything was lovely. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Ours a little dated but the bed was super comfy and we both slept incredibly well. Both restaurants were exceptional I can't fault the food, so much choice kitchen staff constantly checking everything. Omlettes cooked to order at breakfast and pasta finished off whilst you wait. First time at H10 hotel and you can tell it's a family run business. Thank you to Everyone for a lovely stay. Big shout out to bar staff who were amazing.

This hotel is situated in an excellent position. Close enough to the main street, yet tucked away to give peace and quiet. The rooms are spacious and the food is good quality. It's the warmth of the staff that I take away from my recent visit, they go above and beyond to make your stay special. A mention to Sebastian on reception who has such an upbeat personality. I wouldn't hesitate in returning to this hotel.
