I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa del Mar. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the attention to detail really enhanced the overall experience. The location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. I truly enjoyed my holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay. Thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality!

Me & my wife stayed for a week for our honeymoon was welcomed amazingly with bubbly swan towels and was amazing stay food was always changing. Not very much repeated while we was there. The staff was always helpful. Even guests was amazing we got talking to alot different people. Location is amazing if you dont want be right in old town or new. Right on beach with amazing views. We loved it we came ened Sept and start Oct last year.

On our last day here and it has been incredible. The rooms are spotless the service from the staff has also been terrific. The restaurant staff can’t do enough thank you to Joaquin and his team so friendly and welcoming, food also lots of choice and so fresh. Very quiet area but only stone throw from the old town, has been perfect for us, highly recommend this hotel

Hotel was lovely s Staff friendly , very helpful with queries and when we had issue with app just let us book excusion from front desk instead and because if issue had with app gave us extra with excursion e.g a free lunch and drink at there sister park along with free entry to their water park and animal park(zoo really) that already had that inuded with board we had, but dont know if theyll always do that but we certainly did not say no lol ,staff were kind , always seem cheery ones we met , for anyone wants know before going the staff didnt all speak/know english but the managers/ desk staff and who we thought was boss who guess was visiting spoke it enough and maids/cleaners knew some so poeple you may need speak to etc do Did have wear a wristband with electronic square thing on it whole time cant take off until check out it unlocks your room and Hotel customer toilets down in lobby etc also used to get drinks if you are all inclusive, all inclusive plus or premium (pay for drinks if bed and breakfast or just full or half board) liked the band that way no chance anyone else gets into your room accidentally or on purpose Hotel always clean and lovely looking Room was lovely brilliant sea view from our big window see the beach and sea etc directly infront of us beds really comfortable . Worth the slight extra to cost for it , was cleaned every day unless we put card on door saying dont need or want it, mini fridge restocked every day with drinks , room always really clean We had all inclusive plus so breakfast lunch and dinner in buffet resteraunt where the food was great , could get drinks and get as much as like certain times day of course but was great included fizzy juice, coffee tea etc and alcoholic and non- alcoholic which we went for as hubby and me dont drink though not enough non-alcoholic cocktail etc options though but still good the ones had the all inclusive plus and regular all inclusive gets you entry into their sister hotels in magic chain and entry into the terra natura waterpark and animal park (which is really just a zoo) which we used as our teen was with us but we enjoyied it too, also get a 2 hour spa session included with it if your staying 7 days or more but 1 hour I think if 4 or more days had brilliant entertainment each night which even out teen enjoyied . They have a bar type place right next to them that apparently own or connected with and if have all inclusive ,all inclusive plus or premium then can go in there too and get unlimited drinks if like as long as show wristband always have wear to show you have one those and tap the same square bit use to get into Hotel customer toilets and your rooms All in all the hotel is worth it the brilliant location, the room, food , board ,staff, view from.room and the rooftop bar( they call chill out)etc 3 of of us are happy to go back again one day Definitely eccomended this Hotel

What can I say about this hotel. It was amazing the views, the cleanliness just everything about this hotel was amazing. If I had to pick any faults with the hotel it would be the air con. Sadly in the room we stayed the air con was not powerful at all. It honestly felt like someone just breathing on you. There was a wall mount to control the ac but when settings are changed or temperature is lowered it would revert back to the settings that are set by the hotel. As a larger gent in the middle of Spanish heat I did struggle quite abit with sleeping due to not being able to turn the ac fans up or turn the temperature down. But other than that small problem the entire hotel was and is fantastic.
