In all the years of traveling back and forth to Antalya, Kemer, Turkey this is by far the worst ever hotel we've actually stayed in.
This hotel is rated as 4-5 on Love holidays (in my opinion I'd say more a 3 star) which is where I booked our package holiday but nothing is as it seems in the photos.
Firstly the rooms are very basic with beds that are hard as a rock and the pillows are pretty much the same unless you change them to a softer pillow but even then it's very uncomfortable.
The bathrooms are smelly at times, smelling like a sewer.
Their food is not appertising at all and being that I'm Turkish myself I understand what good Turkish food should taste like.
By the end of our one week holiday I ended up losing weight rather than putting it on as I couldn't stomach the food that was available.
The service at reception is ok and friendly and that's the best I can say about them, however the restaurant staff are all miserable and down right lazy.
You can tell from their faces they don't want to be there which is also off putting.
They also advertise that it's beachfront but again this is also not correct as you need to take a shuttle bus which is usually packed to the brim with people standing up on the way there and back.
All inclusive doesn't mean all inclusive either as you need to pay for certain drinks at the lounge or pool area, simple thing like Turkish coffee is also at a cost when this is a local drink and should be free. You also need to pay for internet access as they only have access to it in their lounge area no where else and the same goes for the safe in your room also an extra cost.
This is definitely the first and last time I will be coming to this hotel and urge others to please read the reviews before booking as I never checked and so paid the price!! 😔😏

I would like to give a special thank you to Serkan, the chef, for the most delicious pastries and authentic Turkish food throughout my stay.
Serkan is a kind, professional, and truly talented chef. His food was always fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. Beyond his excellent cooking skills, he is always smiling, welcoming, and respectful, which made every meal even more enjoyable.
Thank you, Serkan, for your hard work and for making my experience so memorable. You are a true asset to the hotel, and I hope to see you again on my next visit to Kemer.
I would also like to give a special thank you to Figan, the buffet supervisor, for her kindness, professionalism, and great attention to detail. She always made sure everything was organized and welcoming, and her friendly attitude made every meal experience more enjoyable.
A big thank you as well to Viki, the pool trainer, for her positive energy, patience, and professionalism. She always created a fun and comfortable atmosphere and made the pool activities enjoyable for everyone.
I would also like to thank Roland, the pool lifeguard and the person responsible for the hotel activities, for his dedication, friendliness, and great effort in making sure guests had a safe and enjoyable time. His energy and organization helped create wonderful memories during my stay.
Thank you all for your amazing service, kindness, and for making my holiday in Antalya even more special. You are all a great part of this hotel and truly appreciated.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Viking Star Hotel in Kemer. The food was tasty with a good variety, the staff was always friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was excellent.
The room was spacious, well maintained, and cleaned daily. It was great to wake up with a view of the outdoor swimming pool. When the weather wasn’t great one day, we could still enjoy the indoor swimming pool and other facilities, so there was always something to do.
The all‑inclusive evening bar was a nice bonus and a great place to relax. The location is also very convenient, close to shops and within walking distance of the beach. We stayed just before the high season, so it was calmer, but the area clearly becomes very lively during summer.
Only minor point: the sound insulation between rooms could be improved.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily return.

AVOID.
DONT BELIEVE THE COMMENTS!
Its 3* at best. Not a 5*. I was told by locals they have 3 hotels, 3*, 4* and 5* and they're all the same. Save your money and book the 3*.
This hotel is catered for Russians, food is all beige and if your only goal is to drink on holiday then this hotel is for you.
Hotel is run down and dated, beds uncomfortable and hotel staff not approachable or welcoming at all. I lasted 2 days of the 10 days moved, informed reception the stay was unpleasant and service poor they replied "Ok, Have a nice weekend and enjoy the rest of your trip".

This is one of the best places I’ve ever met. My favourite there is food especially Sercan’s bakery. Every single lunch or dinner he smiles, speak with you. But his pizza is something incredible. So I recommend you visiting this place in order to try turkish pastries.
