Probably the best holiday of my life with family!
If you enjoy sports, a variety of activities, easy beach access, or simply relaxing under the sun by the pool, this place is perfect.
As someone who’s into sports, I was impressed. The hotel has two great beach volleyball courts, two tennis courts (with a professional coach), an archery area, a heated swimming pool for winter, and several other pools for warmer months.
The hotel rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The only downside is the AC system — it doesn’t heat, and rooms not facing the sea can get chilly at night in December (around 16–17°C). Hopefully, this is something they will improve.
The staff are fantastic — always polite, smiling, and eager to help.
Food is varied slightly daily and hygiene standards are high.
The nursery and entertainment staff are dedicated and kind. Our son loved his time there. They offer two childcare sessions per day (9:45–12:15 and 15:00–17:45), which gives parents a chance to unwind or try other activities.
All in all, this is a solid 4-star resort, and I highly recommend it!

Loved our stay in November. Perfect temperature and excellent location right next to the sea. Half an hour walk along the beach tomorrow Moro Jable. Ample parking on the street for free outside the hotel, we never had issues finding a place. Hotel staff were very friendly and smiley. Rooms were spacious and clean. The food was pretty good. Lunch and dinner varied slightly day by day with the menu which made a nice change. Some dishes were a little bit cold. A lot of the lunch and dinner hot dishes were very salty, some of them almost inedible they were so salty. Pools are very clean and all other facilities were nicely maintained. We would book here again for the right price.

Overall, I got the sense that this hotel was nice when new, but now is looking a little tired and serving very, very poor food.
The vast majority of buildings on the site had fairly large cracks plainly visible, including the dining building that is full of leaks when it rains. There were at least 4, though I'm sure more, places where water was leaking into the dining area in the rain. Much of the decor was noticeably worn and overall a little scruffy, but not outrageously-so.
The food was very, very poor. It may sound like it, but I promise I am not exaggerating this section of the review on food. From pork that was completely raw on the inside and chicken that was still pink in the middle to sweetcorn that simply tasted old and off, I'm surprised and disappointed with TUI for selling packages to this hotel. What food was fit for consumption - and I do genuinely mean that - was almost always very bland and made from the cheapest of ingredients. We also found that a significant portion of the sweet food and drink was overly sweet, with the sickly-chemical flavour of overused artificial sweetners rather than sugar. Honestly, I'm quite shocked that a firm as large as TUI let this happen.
The staff were great, always friendly and always said hello, and gave us the impression that they were always willing to help - although we never did mention the food to onsite staff as, realistically, there is no way that management could be unaware of the frankly shocking standards of food safety.
Please, please do not spend your money on a trip to this hotel If you plan on eating here - I promise no matter the price you find a package deal to this hotel you can better spend your money by going elsewhere.

6 pools, but only one has heating and that's still pretty cold (our visit was December). It's located on edge of the beach, so often very windy especially for tennis. The fitness classes overlook the sea. The spa is independently run, and strictly no clothes around this pool and jacuzzi. You need to download the app in order to book any activities. On the day of arrival you likely won't get in an classes or the day after as they all get booked up quickly 24hrs before. The resort is kept amazingly clean. A cleanliness issue with my mattress was dealth with quickly, but ew! The range and quality of food was amazing. The serving and clearing staff work amazingly hard. The entertainment crew are an asset. The reps are no where to be found at baggage claim, and directions are poor. The reception checking in is horrendous one coach of 50 takes about an hour every time. Yet there's normally 4 plus staff on, crazy system has you waiting after a long journey. 1 hour transfer from airport. The MT bikes are very questionable, and mine was inappropriate size with a crank that sounded like it was about to break and balding tyres (I asked to switch and was told I could only have a large one). Queuing to book this 5pm the day before spoils the day and its a disorganised pushing game if you are a good standard and want the harder levels - very unwelcoming. The fitness team in contrast welcomed everyone and were warm and friendly. 5 plus cats are residents with a neuturing scheme, you can feed them at stations around the resort. The pool has a hoist type chair and a gradual entry with handrail. The resort is pathed and popular with wheelchair users, lots of accessible toilets everywhere. The beach is unlikely to be at all accessible with steep steps or poorly finished road. The buses are a 10 minute walk away and a push to get on in December as the driver says only 6 places, leaving others to wait another 15 minutes. You don't get told when you've reached your destination. There's no local shops to walk to. A small supermarket is 20 minute walk away. The speaker by the pool plays loud music and announcements all day long, irritating at the pool and in the room. Some mozzies even in December by night! Amazing showers, toilet flushes often get struck across the resort. You'll hear mostly German amd minimal Spanish here. Hedgehogs can be seen regularly, despite food left for cats, no rats were visible.

Rotten food in magico- main restaurant and uncooked meat (chicken and pork), moulded food in a kids area, rotten cheese, greenish ham, preery much same food every day (left overs has been warmed up following days to the point where not eadable). We had to see a doctor when arrived back home. Food poison to all of us and bug bites that caused my little one infections - on antibiotics awaiting another doctor visit to carry on treatment as is still bad.
Surely food agency will need to carry inspection at this place! Some of the dishes has extreme amount of salt to kill the taste of not fresh meat.
Massive cockroaches Found on our very last night of staying and plenty of dot like ants (this was the only time we got awake at night packing, so maybe that's why we haven't seen those earlier).
If you remove your beddings you'll see the state of mattress - unbelievable.
As per hotel in general is great in terms of pools, views, entertainment - the entertainment team and ladies that looking after kids are absolutely amazing, plus the dancers are incredible❣️ Ali keeps you moving on a dance floor amazingly too 😊.
Plenty to do during the day (if you book on the app) and always life music and entertainment in the evening until late.
Is ashame that is very far from any kind of town, but still we were not bored.
Mateo, the house keeper- the greatest man and best cleaner, extremely kind and polite, but quite a lot of staff there (including kitchen and bar staff) is very miserable like working there as a punishment - sorry but that's impression of quite few people I was talking to. Crazy David at the plaza bar - always too service too.
In general is very family orientated hotel, with all nice guests, can see kids around in the pool, the lagoon pool isn't deep on long strip, so can children can have freedom of being in the water without you chasing them as can be watched from sun loungers, or simply relax on a splash area while kids running around.
If the food hygiene and quality of food plus bugs would improve, then we would be happy to be back as the entertainment team works really hard to make sure people in all ages enjoy the staying. But unfortunately the restaurant food is dangerous, even some bread has mould- which is ashame
