First impressions were really quite spectacular. Hotel is stunning, has a roof bar and pool as well as the main pool surrounded by plenty of loungers. Staff were very friendly and professional. After a couple of nights into our stay we sadly had to make a complaint about the cleanliness of the room. This may have simply been an oversight but my wife and I had to raise this to the guest experience team. The team were very calm and dealt with our complaint respectfully and wanted to ensure that we were happy with the outcome - which we were. We also had breakfast at Tigotan every morning which was very good and had a wide variety to suit all. Overall we all had a very enjoyable stay. An extra special mention and thank you to Pablo and Erika who both went above and beyond to make sure that we were looked after. Marks have not been knocked off for the complaint because I believe it's fair to give the service a chance which I have done. Despite that I would fully recommend staying here. Yes, it may be a more expensive package holiday as such but then drinks were well priced, location was excellent and once again staff were amazing. Hope to see you all again.

Love our trip to the hotel. Our room is stunning and freshly renovated. The staff are all incredible. Managers coming to check in on how our stay is going and are quick to help with anything required to make our stay as relaxing as possible and they have great recommendations for activities outside the hotel. When we come for dinner Aby and Huan are always prompt in getting our drinks, clearing plates and again very friendly. David the chef makes us smile ever more with his cheery disposition and always up for chatting. Rachel who is in the executive club is again bright and friendly. Says hello everyday and very attentive with us. We would definitely come back and have recommended to our friends.

Had a really nice stay at the Tigotan. This was our first visit and we would definitely look at this hotel for any future trips to Tenerife. Lina from guest experience checked us in with one of the best check ins we have had. As an exclusive guest you benefit from your own dedicated check in desk. Lina checked us in promptly and offered a glass of bubbly whilst we did this. We were early arriving at the hotel so were shown down the exclusive lounge whilst the room was cleaned, the room was ready within half an hour and we were then shown up to the room. The only negative would be communal areas around the lifts and landings, these could benefit from a little attention. Other than that the upgrade to exclusive offers the choice of a better room with massive jacuzzi bath. These rooms had great pool and ocean views. The room was kept spotless by the cleaning staff who along with all other staff made our stay extra special. The pool areas are great with heated pools and with the sun beds strictly monitored to stop the reservation of beds with towels,this meant there was no issue getting beds at any time of day. The rooftop infinity pools were great with panoramic views and a great bar. There is a good mix of age groups that choose this adult only hotel. The entertainment is also very good here from pool parties to good three piece bands in the evening and dj,s on the roof top.The team at this hotel are genuinely a credit to this company with their professional and extra friendly hospitality. A special shout out to Lorena from the Restaurant and pool bar who went out of her way to make you feel welcome and ask that you were enjoying your holiday. It was my wife’s birthday whilst we were on holiday and the ladies from guest experience Federica and Simona made an extra special help with flowers, balloons and bubbly for the room. If your planning a trip out to las Americas Tenerife this hotel for its staff alone is well worth considering.

A lovely hotel, all staff are helpful. Room is nice, paid extra for pool view, then paid even more extra for sunny side. Breakfast and evening meal lots of choice and very nice. Plenty of sun beds. Clean everywhere. Unable to get pool towels, wanted 40 euros deposit, wouldn’t take card payment, I use my credit card for everything and won’t be drawing cash on it, so purchased towels elsewhere. A bit archaic I thought. Otherwise all was great and had a lovely week.

The hotel itself is fantastic and in a great location — less than 30 minutes from Tenerife Airport and with easy access to the Golden Mile, Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos. The food was excellent and the staff were exceptional. A special mention goes to Khadija, Anastasia, Jude and all of the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay, especially as a solo traveller. The only downside is that parts of the hotel interior feel a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. There were also renovation works taking place next door, although I had been informed of this in advance so it wasn't an issue for me. That said, the rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, which is the most important thing. The outdoor pool area is absolutely stunning, featuring a pool, two hot tubs and a beautiful waterfall feature. There were always plenty of sun loungers available, and staff were constantly on hand should you need anything. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenerife.
