I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the overall atmosphere was excellent.
a special thank you to Acili Soilgoin, who was amazing bartender. They were incredibly welcoming, fruendly, and made my experience even more enjoyable with their exellent service and great drunks. Their profesaionalism and positive attitude really stood out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

An amazing hotel staff very friendly and cant do enough for you , rooms spacious with plenty of storage space. Food choice very good with lots of choice. The only negatives would be the cats wandering around the eating spaces. I found this to be a problem when we sat down to eat especially at breakfast time. Otherwise if they get the cats under control, I would definitely recommend the hotel. Also great location.

Just met with Anna. Trainer at hotel. Whole experience was lovely. Friendly staff. Lovely food. Some of the hotel processes are flakey. . Overall Lovely place and staff exceptional even if communication not always 100% correct. It is still very early in season so staff are still learning skills. Turkish or German language are better understood than English. Even better than the Birmingham accent that I usually speak.

We stayed 8th April to 15th (couple) first time going adults only. A very welcoming arrival from the reception team who immediately ordered us both a beer and nuts from the bar whilst checking in. We paid for a room upgrade to a jacuzzi suite within the main building. The room was brilliant. Lovely, clean, spacious. The jacuzzi was nice to have, although we were expecting a hot-tub, not a bath. It was on the smaller side of what we thought we'd be getting but it got used nevertheless. The bed was extremely comfy. The fridge in the room was restocked everyday as advertised but what we got in terms of coffee pods varied. Some days we only had 2 pods, some days 3 or 4.
The main pool was cold but we still got in and it was very refreshing. Table service around the pool was great. Plenty of sunbeds and no fighting for spaces.
Staff are friendly, attentive and were a good laugh. We even managed to learn some basic Turkish phrases.
Food was delicious. We didn't eat at the a la carte restaurant but we ordered from the menu every evening from the main restaurant. It was great to have the choice of buffet food as well as the the fine dining, which was brought straight to your table. We also loved the fresh grill and food stations located near the pool area just outside the restaurant.
It's the first time we've been away on holiday and not set a morning alarm. We didn't need to, food was available constantly.
The location of the hotel is brilliant. Lovely walk down the promenade to old town Side. There are some amazing ruins and a lot of history in the area. Great for sightseeing. It took us a while to work out the local Dolmus bus but we got to Manavgat and back on them with no trouble (€1.50 per person, you can get on and off pretty much anywhere you want). Visiting the market/bazaar in Manavgat was definitely an experience with hundreds of stalls. Great for shopping. Walking by the river is beautiful. Seeing the sights from the top of Manavgat by using the funicular is breathtaking.
Now for the negatives:
- Food allergies - The comments box when ordering food from the app is not read by kitchen staff. My husband suffers from a nut/seed allergy. We had a few occasions where we asked for "no tomatoes" and "no sesame seeds" but the food arrived with them on. Quite a lot of dishes were served with nuts but there was no mention of this on the description of the food (eg. pancakes with fruit and chocolate sauce that I ordered for breakfast arrived with nuts all over) very dangerous for those with allergies.
- Cats. Everywhere. Great for keeping down insects and vermin but in the restaurant jumping up onto furniture and onto tables to get to food is where I draw the line.
- Animation/entertainment team were great for the most part but don't feel there's a need for them to visit every table while guests are eating their evening meal to tell us what entertainment is on, especially since the app notifications informs guests. We also felt very uncomfortable when one of the ladies joined us at our table at the snack bar on our last day, advising she could help us write a review whilst she was there. I understand reviews are important (hence this whole essay) but she really was quite pushy with it. We just wanted to enjoy what time we had left before flying home without feeling like she was fishing for compliments.
- Sports bar never showed any sports and never had any beer stocked in the fridge to help yourself to as advertised. Not sure if this is something they have on more regularly into the season.
Despite a few negatives, all in all, it was a fantastic holiday. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and we'd absolutely stay again. We can see why people return year after year.

We had a great time here and would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s only a short walk to the beach, and there is plenty to enjoy both at the main hotel and along the beachfront. They also have a separate annex building, a stage area where a lot of the entertainment took place, a pool, bar, and food and drink options on the beachfront too. We also understand that they have bought the adjacent building and are currently refurbishing it, so it will be interesting to see what they do with that in the future.
The hotel advertises that it has a nightclub/disco, but this was closed during our stay. From what we understand, this is due to the age range of the clientelle and the fact that very few people were using it. To be fair, we can understand that; if only one or two people are going, there probably isn’t much point opening it.
It’s also worth bearing in mind that this is an adults-only hotel, which we thought was brilliant. If you want to avoid a family focused hotel and have a more relaxed adult atmosphere, this is a big plus.
While we were there, they also had a LoveParty Pool Party. It seems they have a different themed pool party on Wednesdays, and the following week was going to be Avatar-themed. We thought the LoveParty was going to be amazing, as it was advertised as being at the main building and the Guitar Pool. However, if we’re being honest, we were a little disappointed because it didn’t really involve the pool itself.
The stage was built on the far side of the pool, with people watching and dancing from the other side. It started with a dance troupe, which was good, but once they left, the dance floor looked quite empty. The Animation Team did try their hardest to get people involved and onto the dance floor, but it didn’t really take off as much as we expected. The welcome drinks in syringes, handed out by the nurses, were a fun touch. The main part of the LoveParty was the singer in the middle of the stage with a dancer on each side. It was still enjoyable, but we had expected a bit more of a pool-party atmosphere.
The only real downside during our stay was the drinks service. Drinks ordered either at the bars or through the QR codes could be inconsistent. Sometimes the drinks were different depending on where or who made them, and sometimes QR code orders didn’t arrive at all. This seemed to happen mostly when ordering food at the same time. It wasn’t enough to ruin anything, but it is something worth mentioning.
We’ve already mentioned how great the Animation Team and our maid were, but the hotel staff in general were also excellent. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, welcoming and helpful.
This is a long review, but the hotel deserves a detailed one. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend coming here. Even with a few small negatives, we still feel it deserves 5 stars because the good far outweighed the bad.
Side note: we booked through Jet2.
