What a great experience we have had at Melia The Level Alicante! I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. The Melia brand always deliver. The Level is definitely worth it, the location is perfect, just on the beach with ample restaurants at a stones throw. The service is exemplary, Alexandro at the bar and Maria in Management made us feel so welcomed and attended to our needs. The facilities are great, the bars outstanding and the attentive Melia staff are always a highlight. Best hotel in Alicante. The Melia group have delivered 10/10 again x

I spend here 5 nights with my Partner. This is the 5th LEVEL we experience and by far and without exaggeration: This one's truly the best. A rich variety in cold and hot alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and never short on anything. The food and Snacks are excellent: They have a kitchen behind the LEVEL scenes and prepare a range of delicious dishes: Very yummie! The Service assistants here are very kind and friendly. You know what, one I found outstanding: Ariel does a perfect job! When it comes to check-in assistants and middle management level: Skills in handling challenges could definitely improve. Feel free to contact me for Feedback. A true highlight: The Open Bar hour from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. If you're in the process of booking your next vacation at The Level Melia Alicante: Yes, do and indulge in spending the money. We had a regular room btw. We found it very well and up to date renovated and loved the balcony. But: It's small, very small.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Meliá Level Hotel and cannot praise the team enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome, and as it was my birthday, they made the occasion incredibly special and memorable.
A special thank you to Gloria at breakfast service, who was always smiling, friendly, and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made every morning a pleasure.
We would also like to recognise Alejandro, who works tirelessly around the pool and bar areas. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help truly enhanced our holiday experience. He is a real asset to the hotel and a credit to the Meliá team.
Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable. We had an amazing time and will definitely be returning.

We paid extra for upgrade and it was well worth it! Beautiful hotel beautiful bedroom and the view! . Breakfast is delicious, coffee, fresh fruit. Great location, near beach.
Great clean gym.
Downside was cold pool, rooms are not cleaned or bedding changed, things went missing, not friendly workers…. Told to wait till 4 as that’s standard procedure but not told the truth that there was an issue with plumbing.. as others very allowed to check in early. Just be honest. Not giving nothing for free not even a water. No signs in elevator which floor is which or on walls…. Shocked how unfriendly Spanish people are towards others . Would definitely never visit again.

Simply put, the building work is a big problem.
Check-in was laughable, walking around the hotel to find The Levels concierge... which is in actual fact behind a locked door. So into the queue at main reception.
Booking the Sea View room which was pretty good, but on the last stay of our long weekend building work started at 8.30am with an awful lot of noise making the balcony unusable, and this also prevented us leaving the door open making the room quite warm
The Levels facilities are also seem significantly downgraded or down-sized while work is going on. Not least the lounge which also suffered with staff simply not keeping it clean and tidy, so dirty crockery and bottles piled up on tables outside.
That said it's a good location and staff were really friendly, it just wasn't really a premium experience with refurbishment going on, which wasn't sufficiently communicated.
