First-timer review — take it or leave it, just my opinion! The people: 10/10, no notes. We met SO many amazing people and had an absolute blast. Never felt pressured, never felt creeped out—just good vibes all around. The playmakers especially deserve a raise because they really tried their hardest to keep the party alive at all times. Now… the resort. 😬 Respectfully, she is tired. Maintenance clearly took a long vacation because things were broken everywhere—public bathroom handles hanging on for dear life, dirt in places dirt should not be, and missing tiles all around the pool bar like a bad game of Jenga. We booked the plush jacuzzi room and were excited to use it one night… until the water came out yellow. And not a cute yellow. It was giving “absolutely not,” it was giving yeast infection, it was giving drain the tub immediately. Food was fine. Nothing to write home about, but it kept us breathing. Overall verdict: the party and people were elite, but the resort itself was very much not it. If anyone knows of a higher-end resort with the same vibe (but, like, clean), please let a girl know 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Experience at Temptation Cancun Resort Temptation Cancun truly delivers an unmatched adults-only experience, and what sets this resort apart more than anything is the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, the energy, professionalism, and attention to detail were next level. The front desk team, especially Odalys and Tania, deserve huge recognition. They were welcoming, efficient, and genuinely kind—setting the tone for an amazing stay right from check-in. Guest Services Arturo was outstanding as well—always approachable, helpful, and proactive in making sure everything ran smoothly. It’s clear he takes pride in ensuring guests have the best experience possible. The Sexy Pool is the heart of the resort, and Mojito, the playmaker and hype man, absolutely crushed it. His energy, charisma, and ability to keep everyone engaged made every pool day unforgettable. The vibe never dropped, and the fun never stopped. Shoutout to Aldo in pool services! The bell hop team was fantastic across the board—professional, fast, and courteous. A special mention to Manuel, who went above and beyond with exceptional service and a great attitude every single time. Lastly, massive appreciation to all the service staff throughout the resort—the bartenders, waiters, pool servers, and restaurant teams. Drinks were flowing, service was quick, and everyone worked hard to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Temptation Cancun isn’t just a resort—it’s an experience, and the staff are the reason it shines. If you’re looking for top-tier service, high energy, and unforgettable memories, this is the place to be. I’ll absolutely be back.

Many respects to the staff and entertainment team at this resort. The shows and parties were immaculate. Service was on point and food was excellent. We went to the newly added She Club, which merged dinner and a sensual show. This was an highlighted moment of our vacation. We were there for my birthday and Marta, Marco and Freyda made every moment memorable and delightful. 10 out of 10 for Temptation Resort. Immaculate time spent. I highly recommend this experience for any couple celebrating or just for a special moment in an individual’s life.

Best Playmaker is “La Diabla” Andrea ! What really stood out during my stay was the entertainment. The team does a great job overall, and La Diabla in particular brings unmatched energy, attention to guests, and impressive dancing. She adds a spark that genuinely elevates the atmosphere. That said, some of the recent changes, especially the adjustments to the pool schedules, were a bit disappointing and altered the usual Temptation vibe more than expected. Even with that, the experience was still enjoyable, and if I decided to return, it would largely be because of entertainers like her who make the resort memorable.

We had an amazing first time experience at Temptations! The entire staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Even the playmakers, when they weren’t performing, if you ran into them randomly, they made you feel welcome, introduced themselves and also did a great job at remembering faces and names. Rafa and Mojito were very personable. The facility was always clean. The food and drinks were great! Absolutely loved our time here. 100% we will be returning. I have zero complaints.
