Perfect stay in Greece! The hotel was beautiful, and the pool was fantastic. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay. The entertainment was excellent, with a wonderful and energetic French animation team. I especially loved the aqua aerobics and the Pilates classes. A very special mention to Lydia, who was absolutely wonderful and exceptionally kind.

The hotel itself was okay. The food was quite average and there isn’t really anything interesting around the hotel, so the animation team was definitely the highlight of our stay. They were very friendly, energetic and professional, and the shows were really well prepared and entertaining. They made our holiday much more enjoyable and gave us something fun to look forward to every day. Big thanks to the whole animation team! ❤️

An ideal hotel for a holiday with a baby. The room was spacious and clean, and the entire resort was beautiful and very well maintained. There was a good variety of food, and both the beach and the sea were amazing. We also loved the pool area.
The only downside was the availability of drinking water. There were only a few places where you could refill your bottle, and the water had a noticeable chlorine taste.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back without hesitation.

Mixed family experience – great team members, but several operational issues
We recently stayed at this resort as a family. While certain staff members made a wonderful effort, our experience fell short of a 4 or 5-star all-inclusive holiday.
The Positives:
Standout Staff: A huge praise to the housekeeping team (extremely professional and adaptable), the friendly golf cart drivers, and the bartenders at both the beach and infinity pool bars!
Food Highlights: The starters, fresh fruit, and dessert buffets were very good.
Adult Entertainment: The evening shows for adults were well performed and entertaining.
What Needs Improvement:
"All-Inclusive" Fine Print: Be aware that "All-Inclusive" does not cover everything. We had to pay extra for standard items like non-alcoholic beer, slushies, normal stick ice cream, and lounge sunbeds. Clearer guidelines are needed.
Sunbed Reservations & Lawn Maintenance: Sunbeds around the pool are blocked with towels all day by guests who aren't even there, leaving latecomers struggling. The secondary sunbed area on the grass between the outdoor dining and baby pool was muddy, wet, and had an unpleasant odor.
Family Amenities: The water park slides are only suitable for toddlers up to 5–6 years old, leaving older kids bored. The towel exchange policy (only allowed 3 times a week) is completely impractical for families with messy kids.
Atmosphere & Front Desk: Check-out was purely transactional—reception didn't even ask how our stay was. In the main restaurant, about 80% of the serving staff lacked basic warmth or a friendly welcome, and the main course variety was limited.
Entertainment Issues: The Mini Disco felt more like a sales push for t-shirts than fun for kids. Also, the stage construction poses some safety risks for small toddlers, and the sound levels/lighting direction in the show area need adjustment.
Overall, it’s a resort with potential and some great individual employees, but management needs to address pool policies, family facilities, and customer service consistency.

We had a beautiful week at this resort in early June. It was honestly a bit hard to go home after that!
The staff was absolutely amazing. The team at the reception was always ready to help with anything we needed. A special mention also goes to the bar staff for their friendliness and great service, as well as the restaurant staff who were always so efficient at clearing and setting up the tables.
As for the food, based on some reviews I had read, I was expecting basic buffet meals, but that was far from the case! The food was actually very good, and some dishes were truly excellent and sophisticated. Kudos to the chefs!
A big thank you to the housekeeping staff for their hard work keeping everything clean.
And an enormous thank you to the animation team for their endless energy and dedication to taking care of everyone. The evening shows were genuinely professional. A special shoutout to Megane, who has an exceptional voice!
On top of all that, renting a car was super easy right from the dedicated kiosk inside the hotel.
Honestly, it was a pure pleasure from start to finish. We highly recommend this resort!
