Absolutely superb place to stay, we started staying here in October 2023 and have stayed here twice a year since then. Its absolutely lovely Maritsa and Spiros are wonderful hosts and will do anything for you, rooms are spotlessly clean and beds changed every 3 days, Maritsa has upgraded rooms with internet TV's although we prefer sitting on balcony with the view, if you want amazing value and a proper greek apartment this is for you, can use the lovely pool next door at Manolis studios.

Owner Maritsa is soooo lovely and friendly. Always up for helping and always greets you. She was always around for any questions I had. I was solo and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable.
Accommodation is in a great location. Close to airport, shops, tavernas and the beach. Can use the pool at malonis apartments next door.
Basic but great for what I needed. Has a fridge freezer, kettle etc. I wasn't able to cook anything on the hob as it took a long time to warm up but the restaurant are such great prices it makes sense to eat out and experience delicious foods.
Hand soap, washing up liquid and sponge provided. Towels and bedding and bins changed regularly. This is all great considering it's self catering.
Hilarious that some people have moaned about mosquitoes as if that's somehow within Maritsa's control! 🙈 You're on a Greek island... there are going to be mosquitoes.
And the complaints about not being told the check-out time? Surely that's part of booking any accommodation – if you're unsure, just ask. Do you expect her to check you in for your flights too? 😂
I had an amazing stay, everything was clearly explained, and Maritsa was a fantastic host. We'd happily stay again. Thankyou Maritsa and husband!

The Maritsa Studio rooms are clean and functional. Kitchenette and fridge freezer were handy to keep the costs of the holiday down. The host, Maritsa is friendly and the cats are nice. They do get fed so no need to be tempted to feed them any tit bits.
Other local bits... The beach and nearby restaurant are fab. We swam out to the little island and it was just heavenly bliss out there. Supermarket Jim is just down the road and they are absolutely delightful! Very considerate. They have quite a wide selection of goods! Everything you could need.

When we arrived there were cockroaches in the room but that is ok, the bad thing is and idk if the owner of the place knows this but she is suppost to say when you are meant to leave but the never came and the day of leaving in the morning she opened the door and said we have 10 minutes to leave or we have to pay 35 euro to stay till the end of the day.Since there were 3 of us and we didnt even start packing we were forced to pay.Kind of a scam now when i think about it

Cozy clean apartment with all facilities we needed during our stay. Maritsa was very kind and friendly. Only few minutes from Agios Stefanos beach and tavernas with greek cuisine.
