We had an amazing stay at Canvas by Mitsis Family Village. The food was outstanding, with a great variety and excellent quality every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
This was our first holiday with our child, so we were naturally a bit stressed and unsure about what to expect. However, the hotel and its staff made everything so much easier. They were very supportive, attentive, and helped us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The views were absolutely beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a wonderful vacation experience.

Stayed here for 10 days with my mum and brother — great choice for a family trip.
The resort is outside of town, so you’ll need a bus or car to get there. But honestly it’s pretty self-sufficient — there are small shops on-site and everything you’d need day-to-day. The only time we had to go into Kardamena was for a pharmacy, which isn’t really a big deal.
Most pools are saltwater, which was a nice touch. Beach is a short 5-minute walk or there’s a shuttle. The beach bar is worth a visit — pizza and gyros were really good.
Food at the buffet was decent and varied, room had a lovely view, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. Special mention to our waitress Elona who looked after us the whole stay.
Evening entertainment was fun too — the Greek Night in particular was a highlight.
Would recommend, especially for families. 🇬🇷

The rooms are a little dated but this is really of no consequence when you compare everything else this lovely complex has going for it. We paid to have a swim up room and this was worth every penny. It was fabulous to be able to go swimming straight from your room. The pool is spacious too. The rooms are kept beautifully clean by hard working, friendly staff. Drinks are included in your fridge too. The restaurant has great food and cooked to a high standard by the chief chef, George. Thank you George. You are awesome. The Maitre D and all the staff are simply superb - so friendly and cannot do enough for you. I genuinely have NEVER stayed at such a welcoming place and I have stayed at 5* hotels around the world. I will be back. Thank you Mitsis Family village for making this a truly remarkable stay. We are sad to leave you.

Last year we did our first Greece holiday to create and fell in love with the whole greek vibe.
This year we decided to try kos and stay in canvas by mitsis family village which proved be an amazing resort in a well positioned location.
For me food is very important and with this vacation I was not disappointed with not a huge amount of options but with dishes being cooked well and always tasty.
Due to the size of the complex theres plenty to do and see.
What makes this holiday stand out from all my previous is the staff, each and everyone is so polite, friendly and welcoming. There's a lady called areti who serves crepes and ice cream daily that has a fantastic and funny persona, in the dining hall there is too many staff to mention as they are all brilliant although I would like to name the two greeting staff lediana and kostantious who really looked after my family and I whilst teaching us greek phrases daily.
This holiday has surely been my best to date and I would highly recommend a visit if you have the chance.
Each bar has different freshly made cocktails which are delicious and again served by super staff.
We're leaving tomorrow but have already booked up to come back later in the year and again next year.
I can say that we did not find any negatives here from my children, wife or i.

We stayed at Mitsis Family Village Beach Hotel for a week and everything was great.
Rooms: were clean and had a sea view, and the included minibar was restocked every two days but unfortunately I have to say today that we had two cockroaches in the rooms
Service: everyone was very friendly and professional.
Location: unfortunately, it's only a 3-star hotel.
The view is magnificent.
However, it's part of the Mitsis hotel complex with three large and beautiful hotels. The only problem is that in the immediate vicinity there's only a church and a small ruin on the hill with a few goats. You'd need to rent a car to get to the nearest town and the rest of the island. Otherwise, everything was great.
Additionally, you can order as many crêpes, ice cream, and pastries as you like from 10:30 am to 1:00 am. The employee ARETI was very nice and remembered my and my brother's orders by heart the second time. The other staff members were also very friendly.
You can also use all the facilities at the Mitsis Hotel in Kos Town, which also has a crêperie with waffles that were delicious. The reception staff explained everything again.
