Stayed at Kos Palace in July 2025 mainly for its unbeatable location — right across the ferry port, less than 200 m from the pier to Bodrum. You can walk there in few minutes, which made it ideal for early ferries.
The property feels more like serviced apartments than a classic hotel, with a sea-view pool, full kitchen, and spacious balcony.
I booked directly through their official website, which was more affordable than other platforms. Check-in via their app was smooth and practical, and staff promptly delivered an extra pillow when requested.
The room was bright, fully equipped, and perfect for both short and longer stays.
Only minor downside: the pool area can get sometimes noisy with younger guests.
Overall, a comfortable and independent stay in a prime location right by the port.

Currently enjoying my vacation in Kos and staying at the kosta palace. It’s a smaller hotel but you have everything that you need. Small kitchenettes if you want to Keep some groceries in your room. Had a nice Marina front room in which I could sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view. Pool area is nice and on the rooftop.
It’s not a glamour hotel but you have everything you need and the people working here are so nice. I really enjoy how central it is and lots of parking on that road If you rent a car. Rooms are also cleaned daily which is super nice.

A Fantastic Stay with an Ideal Location and Excellent Service
Our recent stay at this hotel was truly wonderful, and a huge part of its appeal is its prime location. Situated right by the harbor, it offers incredibly easy access to a variety of excellent restaurants, a market, and several beautiful beaches. We found it incredibly convenient to have so many options within a few minutes' walk. The bustling town center is also just a short 5-10 minute stroll away, making it effortless to explore the area's sights and sounds. This perfect location meant we spent less time traveling and more time enjoying our vacation.
The hotel itself was great, particularly when it came to cleanliness and comfort. Our room was spotless, and we were very impressed by the housekeeping service, which diligently changed our bedsheets every single day. This attention to detail made a big difference and ensured a fresh and pleasant environment throughout our stay.
Upon arrival, we did encounter a minor issue with our room, but the staff handled it with remarkable efficiency and kindness. They were extremely attentive and worked quickly to resolve the problem, which we greatly appreciated. Their professionalism and genuine concern for our comfort were a testament to their excellent customer service.
The hotel also has a swimming pool, but we didn't get a chance to use it during our visit, so I can't comment on that amenity. We opted to have our breakfast in the comfort of our room each morning, as it was a more relaxing option for us.
Overall, this hotel offers a superb experience. Its unbeatable location, combined with the clean and comfortable rooms and the exceptional staff, makes it a highly recommended choice for anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Was greatly positive on arrival to see the entrance & reception.
But rooms are very dated.
Pool on the rooftop was very nice . I don't want to sound negative.we did have a good time. Would i book there again if / when we come back to kos Town....probably not. To be honest.

Very well situated just on the harbour so location is very good with unlimited restaurants, shops and bars within a few minutes of stepping out on the street.
Rooms were pretty basic, AC worked, the beds were 2 single beds pushed together.
Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh bedding and towels.
Toilet paper is single ply so get used to that.
If you get a harbour view room you won’t be disappointed.
Staff were always friendly and always happy to see you so 5/5 to all staff.
Breakfast was included for us otherwise it’s 15euro each. Personally I wouldn’t pay that but I’m never really impressed with abroad bacon or buffet’s breakfasts so that’s down to personal preference. Plenty of choice and could sit outside overlooking the harbour.
Pool area is on the roof. Not a massive pool by any means but was never full or overcrowded.
Snack bar also on roof with reasonable priced snacks like pizza, sandwich, salads. Not massive choice but tasted pretty decent.
