I stayed at Costa Palace Hotel in March and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I had a harbor-view room, and the sunrise and sunset views were absolutely beautiful and peaceful.
The open buffet breakfast offers a great variety, with fresh and tasty options for everyone.
The location is unbeatable — only about 200 meters from the ferry harbor, a 10-minute walk to the old town, restaurants, shops, and historical sites, and also around 10 minutes on foot to the Beach.
A very special thank you to Hygerta, Georgia, and the Manager Ilias for their kindness and professionalism. The reception team was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. It was my birthday during my visit, and they surprised me with a lovely fruit plate and a bottle of red wine in my room. This thoughtful gesture made me very happy and truly touched.
I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Kosta Palace Hotel in Kos is a fantastic place to stay. Myself and my sister had a harbour view room on the top floor, and it was absolutely amazing—the views were stunning and really made our stay extra special. The staff are truly incredible—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The food is excellent with great variety, and the accommodation is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience and somewhere I would gladly return to. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful hotel.
We booked a harbour view room, and what a view it was.
The location of the hotel is ideal, turn left for the beach, turn right for the old town.
The rooms were comfortable, with a fridge, safe, air conditioning unit, tea and coffee making facilities. There was enough wardrobe and shelving for our clothes for a week. Plug sockets either side of the bed and good lighting.
The balcony had two chairs and a table, a foldaway dryer for swimwear. The patio doors muted a lot of sound when closed, and allowed the air con to work really well.
The bathroom had a bath with shower over. Body wash/shampoo and hand soap were all provided.
The breakfast is a show stopper. There is something for everyone from pastries and cakes, traditional greek treats to fruit and Greek yogurt to a cooked breakfast. There is a choice of teas, coffee, including Turkish and fruit juices. It's wonderful to sit with breakfast watching the boats in the harbour.
There is a bar and a rooftop bar with lovely pool. There's a small paddling pool for children too, and lots of sunbeds.
The staff are wonderful. Always a smile and make you feel like a friend rather than a customer. Already booked to return.

Stayed at Kos Palace in July 2025 mainly for its unbeatable location — right across the ferry port, less than 200 m from the pier to Bodrum. You can walk there in few minutes, which made it ideal for early ferries.
The property feels more like serviced apartments than a classic hotel, with a sea-view pool, full kitchen, and spacious balcony.
I booked directly through their official website, which was more affordable than other platforms. Check-in via their app was smooth and practical, and staff promptly delivered an extra pillow when requested.
The room was bright, fully equipped, and perfect for both short and longer stays.
Only minor downside: the pool area can get sometimes noisy with younger guests.
Overall, a comfortable and independent stay in a prime location right by the port.

Second time here for us, first time we gave 5 stars. But on the second visit, we were given an auful apartment, this one was so dark and out dated. No hot water in the bathroom sink, but hot water in the shower. Dead ants under sink and light fittings in poor condition. So I complained, they gave us a much better room, so beware some rooms are good but some are auful.we noticed they put someone else in the old room. I think this is unacceptable.
