Will start with the food review:
Absolutely not 4*, wouldn’t rate it 2* for food. Most dishes cold, fish was frozen, cold and chewy. Other option was pork, fatty pork. And very cheap nasty food. We had to eat out so cost a fortune. Once chicken was on the menu and turkey (same eve) several guests ended up in hospital with food poisoning from undercooked chicken and turkey you couldn’t even bite through as was solid. The pool food snack bar served chips, pizza and pork, the queue was huge as every guest we spoke to wouldn’t eat in the main restaurant. Made a complaint to a very rude unhelpful guest relations manager who spent many minutes talking about herself and what she eats at Greggs in the uk. Tui rep was helpful and for two meals refunded for us from eating out. Everything for children u have to pay for, popcorn, crisps, chocolate (displayed on bar for them to see and ask for) and then crepes and ice cream round the pool. So just had to spend an awful lot of money almost more than I paid for the holiday. So wasn’t all inclusive. Read the small print as you have to pay for water and pay for drinks after 11pm. Once the watery all inclusive ones. Hotel is nice clean and rooms big and friendly staff. No locks on things round pool and bar areas and very wet, slippy, dirty and broken. And taxi into tigaki or kos is 13€ each way so you can’t walk out anywhere. We met some fantastic friends including some staff. And the only decent (included) meal is upstairs which you can eat in once. I did ask to pay to eat in that but it was fully booked for the week so I would advise to book this meal the day you arrive. This is the only nice food in the hotel. Or live or pizza and chips on pool bar, but very huge queue and this was week before may half term. Also get up super crazy early if want any sunbed

Great stay with 3 kids and 2 adults. Buffet is really good for an all inclusive - lots of variety and well cooked. Cuisine leaned heavily toward German/ Eastern European aswell as English/ Greek and themed dishes.
Pools are brilliant for families - plenty to keep busy but not huge and intimidating.
Our kids favourite was the icecream kiosk - which you pay a little extra for but very reasonable. The lady who staffed it was lovely too.
The kids disco was fun and me and my friend learnt some new Polish songs that were real ear worms 🤣
The hotel is quite isolated - really there’s only a fruit and veg shop and a small convenience store (that does amazing iced coffee and has a resident macaw called cookie) within walkable distance with toddlers. There is also no pavement on the route so can feel a little scary on the bends. The hotel does have a shop but it is very small, although we didn’t really need anything we couldn’t buy (bottled water / baby wipes / kids toys)
We had a really great stay and the kids had the time of their lives - thank you very much White Olive

The rooms were as they should. Location is good because it s not far from Kos town. The staff was helpful with a smile on their face. Food was really great especially the local recipes.

Very mixed feelings about the hotel. First of all, the good points..
- brilliant pool slides for the kids
- great kids entertainment
- lovely staff
- good food
Ticked most of my priority boxes.
The big downside for us was the no hot water.
On arrival (about 11pm) we entered our room to find there was no hot water. We immediately rang reception to be told to run the tap for 10 mins and it would work.. (it didn't work). My husband called back and the reception staff said a maintenance guy would come to fix it the next day. My husband asked if this couldn't be fixed, would we be able to move to another room.. the receptionist ensured us it could definitely be fixed and that moving rooms wouldn't be necessary.
The next day I spoke to guest relations who is an Aussie lady called Connie. She told me the whole hotel has an issue because of new pipework and that all the water was getting turned off for a few hours while maintenance sorted it.. not ideal of course but I accepted it. She ensured us we'd have hot water in a few hours..
Later that day.. our shower was warm, not hot but warm enough... But by the evening it'd gone cold again... I spoke to Connie again the next day about it and bless her, she was trying to sort it best she could but ultimately it was out of her hands.
This continued throughout our stay until on day 7 we switched rooms. The room we stayed in had hot water which was amazing. But then the day after , we came back in our room to find all the water had been turned off again throughout the hotel to try be fixed again, we were really upset by this point... During our 10 night stay we had about 3 hot showers. We have 2 small children and I'm really sensitive to the cold so this really tarnished our stay to be honest.
Connie is brilliant at her job and I felt bad having to go to her with this ongoing issue. She is a credit to that hotel and she'll do her best for you if you have any problems. Unfortunately the water situation was out of her hands but she tried her best for us at the time.
-The pools really need better cleanliness, there is all sorts at the bottom of the pool which I'm assuming has blown in from the beach nearby.
-Also, an item out of my make up bag had gone missing. I know that I put the item back in my make up bag 100%. Then after the cleaners had been in the room , I went to do my make up later that day to find it had vanished. I hate situations like this because I'm totally aware that I cannot prove anything. It is my word against there's. But I aren't daft and I know where I left it. And it disappeared. I did notify the cleaners and asked them if they had seen it, of course they said they hadn't and said they didn't speak English (although they'd been speaking with me just fine until I mentioned something had gone missing 🤔) . Unfortunately I can't prove anything on that one, but it wasn't a nice feeling at all, I started locking my make up bag in my suitcase after that which I've never had to do in other hotels.
The hotel itself was really nice. The decor, the rooms, the staff and food are all lovely. But they absolutely should have made sure this hot water had been tested and was up and running with the new pipework before opening it's doors for the season as it upset a lot of people.

I’m writing this review while we are still staying at the hotel. Overall, it is a very nice hotel with friendly and polite staff, and we have been enjoying our stay.
However, something happened tonight that genuinely upset me and I feel I should share it.
My 6-year-old son was playing in front of the hotel with a small light in his hand and interacting with the cats outside. There was also a German Shepherd dog in the hotel courtyard. My son got a little too close to the dog, and when I went to bring him back, two men suddenly approached me in an angry manner and warned me that the dog could kill my child.
I do not agree that my son should have approached the dog, and of course children should be careful around animals. However, I cannot understand how a dog that is considered dangerous is being kept in a hotel environment full of families and young children. Guests should feel that the hotel surroundings are safe for children at all times.
I am sharing this because I believe safety should be taken seriously, especially in a family-friendly hotel
