Can't fault this hotel at all, room was basic but did us fine for 4 nights
Didn't use the bar often as there was usually a queue, but that didn't spoil anything as there are bars within a minutes walk
The staff on reception were absolutely lovely and really helpful, especially Lisa who went out of her way to help me when I dropped my purse in a taxi.
Would definitely stay again.
I haven't commented on the services we didn't use, so please don't take this as a negative.

A wonderful experience as always. Rialto is my favourite hotel in Benidorm. It's spotlessly clean, staff are so lovely and the food is amazing. Special thank you to the Manager who helped us when we had issues with our hire car. I will continue to return.

We’ve just had a brilliant 5 nights at the Rialto.
Upon first impressions of the room, it looked dated and old-fashioned. That being said, it was absolutely spotless, the bed was very comfy and once we removed the coloured bed spread and pushed the beds together, we were able to look beyond the dated appearance. The rooms would definitely benefit from a slight modernisation. The walls are also very thin, but there isn’t much that can be done about this. We had 5 nights of brilliant sleep.
The staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay. The location was ideal for a very short stroll to the beach (a couple of minutes work). As others have stated, it is up a slight hill if coming from the strip but we didn’t have any issues with this.
The highlight of the stay was the breakfast. Hands down the best hotel breakfast we’ve had in a longtime. There were so many options, including plenty for the veggie in our group. The food was hot, fresh and was regularly replenished and was so tasty. We were so impressed by the breakfast. There was the option of hot cooked breakfast items, fresh fruit (including smoothies), lots of continental options, a fresh egg/ omelette station and the an unbelievably tasty hot chocolate machine. An absolutely great breakfast.

Stayed here 7 nights. Check in very easy. Lisa on reception explained what was what etc and was very approachable and always available. I use vacuum bags and needed a hoover but hotel all tiled so never had one. Lisa offered to bring her personal one in from home. I managed without in the end but that's going the extra mile. She really is a gem.The hotel is very clean and all of the staff are polite and hard working. This is only small hotel but that does not detract from its charm. Would stay here again. Don't let the three stars put you off, there are bigger and better hotels in Benidorm but they come at an extra cost. This is a great hotel punches well above its three star rating

Great and helpful staff, very clean. Basic but everything you need. Hair dryer, body / hair wash in the very powerful shower. Food is good and plentiful. Plenty of sun beds ans reasonable sized pool. Not used the spa so can't comment on that. We stayed on top floor (7), quiet but AC not working when we here in mid May. Small fridge and safe in rooms but no kettle for drinks. Large bathroom with shower, loo, hand basin and bidet. Balcony with small table and chairs. Great place to use as a base, quiet too.
