Location was amazing for us! Service was fantastic- all staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms - had all we needed. Bathing, toilet, bed and air con. That’s all we needed for a last minute, quick holiday. We loved our stay and will stay again! Room was clean and cool from the Benidorm sun. Shower, small sitting bath, hairdryer and even a bidet. Spare sheets / thicker duvet if needed. Bins, desk and chairs. All lights and fixtures working. Window with a view too. Only thing we missed was a mini fridge and a safe would have been nice but not expected as seen as extras in our eyes anyway. No issues. Obviously some stags/ hens could sometimes be heard in the mornings/evenings but your on holiday in a little well priced hotel - it’s to be expected- but everyone we ment was friendly. - thank you. Will definitely stay again! Great location, get prices! Staff friendly

Great city location for a few days. You can not get to sleep before 3am and then are woken up around 9am. So it's not for quiet stay. Would recommend for a few days. Beds really comfy which is a bonus for a cheap hotel.

Basic, basic, basic, but fantastic. We only use our accommodation for sleeping, showering and changing and this place is great. Slap bang in the middle of everything. I suppose soom rooms will have a 'view', but ours was in the middle and it was best to keep the curtains closed. Beds super comfy and the whole place is clean. We had a drink in the hotel bar, €6.50 for a bottle of wine (€6.50 not a typo). I suppose the best accolade would be, if we come to Benidorm again, we'd stay here.

You get what you pay for.. Literraly..
We thought we was getting a bargain booking via Agoda.. pictures looked nice, it shows rooms with balconies over looking the old town and seemed like a bargain.. well... not every room has a balcony, our view was staring at someones rooftop washing line.. we made akward eye contact with the nieghbour whilst they was attending their laundry and i was getting changed.
Theres no kettle provided, the tvs are really small and honestly it was really noisy until about 2am and also again from 7am.. chairs scraping, beer bottles clanging, vans flying around.. I wouldn't stay here again.. but for a solo traveller on a budget its fine.. slighter better than a hostel..

This is a zero star review, but google dont allow that. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. There are no safes in the rooms and i had approximately €300 and £70 stolen from my suitcase over the course of a 4 nights stay. I went to reception on my last day when i notice the missing money, it took hours before i saw the manager, who was no help whats so ever, he stated that they are not responsible for any items lost in the room, and he told me to get a safe - how is that possible when there wasnt 1!!! They were not interested (probably him that took my money!). Also hotel room very small and dirty, no kettle and no veiw off the balcony.
