Basic, basic, basic, but fantastic. We only use our accommodation for sleeping, showering and changing and this place is great. Slap bang in the middle of everything. I suppose soom rooms will have a 'view', but ours was in the middle and it was best to keep the curtains closed. Beds super comfy and the whole place is clean. We had a drink in the hotel bar, €6.50 for a bottle of wine (€6.50 not a typo). I suppose the best accolade would be, if we come to Benidorm again, we'd stay here.

Hotel is great location right in the middle of old town cleaned everyday with fresh towels We had no view at all just a window looking at the hotel ventilation. There was no coffee or tea facilities in the room. Only 1 plug to charge phone etc. no complimentary toiletries just a dispenser that did not work. We also had no electricity for 4 hours we needed to be up by 6 to have a shower and get ready but we couldn't with the room Bern pitch black. We went to the reception 4 times complained they did nothing one lady who worked there told me to shut up and was very rude the whole hotel had lights on for example we asked next door if they had lights there was lights in the hallway etc.. this is basic necessity we didn't mind about the other facilities but this spoilt our last day there was no apology or nothing. We would of gone here again if it wasn't for this such a shame really. Few tweaks to make the stay slot better

Great value, basic hotel in the old town, great location, lots of bars and restaurants right outside, close to the beach. Very polite reception staff. Kettle 10 euro deposit. Main strip about 20-25 mins walk. Tried breakfast once but it wasn't that great. It's perfect if you want cheap and basic place to sleep. Do not expect luxuries or 5 star treatment - this is a budget friendly place in the heart of old town.

Basic, clean, decent-sized rooms with comfortable beds (twin room), staff were friendly and helpful. Aircon in room for both heating and cooling (no surcharge). WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel but we found the connection to be very poor in our 2nd floor room. Overall a good budget hotel in a great location.

Simon Man

An good budget choice when staying in Old Town. Our room was noisy as it overlooked the main walkway through the shopping centre, with people going past up until 5am everyday, which is of course beyond the hotels control. The hot items at breakfast were cold and slow to be restocked.
