Stayed with a group of 11 girls for March Fiesta weekend and was so impressed I booked it for my husband and a group of his friends in June. Booked direct with the hotel second time around. Communication and ease of booking was amazing. Rooms are clean and modern and the hotel is in a fab location. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Great pool and bar area too. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Booked a 9 day break via Jet2 and came home today.
On arrival at check in, I had to pay a 150 deposit(Refundable) for 2 adults and 1 child, 90 for Air conditioning (10 per day)which is a must. 20 odd quid for wifi and 18 for a safe.
The staff were polite enough but seemed to just want money for the slightest little thing.
The apartment was clean and had everything you needed but the beds were shockingly uncomfortable. To empty your bin, you have to take your rubbish half way up the street. The place was noisy during the night with people shouting and swearing. Also pots and all sorts being thrown from the apartments above.
The shared pool is ok but you have to pay for sunbeds and there are no parasols for any kind of shade.
To get your deposit back, you have to go to reception 30 mins before your transfer to allow them to inspect the apartment to decide if you get it back.
Clean, handy enough apartments but not ones I would return to due to the add ons to the original price and the noise.
I had originally booked the RH Victoria half board but changed to have more flexibility around meals, oh how I regret that decision.
As stated in another review, Jet2 really should let customers know about the substantial extras incurred when staying here. Paying for air con is new on me but maybe it has become the norm.

Not family friendly good for friends holiday the area was loud lol extra charges for pool side for the chairs that don’t adjust no umbrellas but it’s good bc anyone can use the pool you share with the public….rooms - basic but decent for the money but beds don’t get changed avoid the sofa sleep it’s horrible room size not made for family but got clean towels and changed ma bin now and again the reception and restaurant staff are lovely

These apartments are absolutely fantastic. Very clean, about 10mins to beach & strip & lovely bar & restaurant right next door called Titanic but most of all the staff Sue & Elena are so welcoming, pleasant & very friendly. This will be our 4th time returning next year. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for a week the rooms are ok maids came once in a full week we had no clean towels and had to go down and ask reception for some and never got any they said cleaner said she was there, she definitely was not they charge extra for WiFi and aircon never heard anything like that in my life and to top it off you have to pay for cheap sunbeds that don't adjust. The place is noisy 24/7 and can hear everything take 50 euro per person at time of check in and someone came up to inspect our room the day before check out to see if we were eligible to get it back. Glass smashed all over the front entrance this place is a joke! Avoid
