**1/5 - Worst holiday experience in years**
We really regret choosing this hotel. The entertainment was not entertaining at all — the performances and stage were very average, with barely any interaction between the kids and the guests. It was so dull we couldn't even sit through one full song. Our room was right next to the stairwell and elevator, which was incredibly noisy. The singing went on until almost midnight, blasting so loudly that even with our windows shut we could still hear every note. We often couldn't fall asleep until 1am.
Staff service was poor, especially the bar staff. I understand they may have been overwhelmed with too many guests, but they seemed unwilling to help at all.
The room itself was tiny — four of us stayed in one room and could barely walk around, since two large beds took up almost the entire floor space.
There is a pool, but with so many guests it was dirty, slimy, and honestly gross. We used it once and never went back — it was too crowded to actually swim anyway.
The elevators were another nightmare — waits of 6 to 10+ minutes every single time, so we ended up climbing the stairs to our high floor almost daily.
This was one of the most stressful "holidays" we've ever had. If you want a relaxing, quiet stay, do NOT come here.

Rooms was basic and beds was super uncomfortable. The food in the hotel was shocking and lacked variety. The evening entertainment was good and kids pool made my daughters holiday!! The lifts took ages and was so hot. Location wise brilliant and was very central to the strip without being too noisey

If you find a complaint with this place, your the problem.
Upon check in, we was greeted by friendly staff, allowed to drop our bags securely early, and also ended up checking in early when a room
Was ready for us. All inclusive was amazing, food amazing. Entertainment amazing. Waterpark amazing. Cleanliness 10/10.
The only fault is the lifts are awful, there is like 4 of them and still ended up walking the stairs a bit. Maybe impatient. But it’s the only moan I heard between the people.
This hotel will do everything they can to make your stay a happy one… would I return? 10 out of 10 times over! Amazing hotel! Thank you, and thank you again!!!

After reading quite a few negative reviews before travelling, we were honestly a little sceptical about what we were going to find - but we needn’t have worried. We have loved it here!
The hotel is well kept, it’s only a short walk from the seafront and the staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our shower and, within minutes of reporting it, a maintenance guy was at our room fixing it - fantastic service!
We booked as a family of four and unfortunately our room has two double beds rather than a double and two singles, which isn’t ideal, but we’ve made it work and the room itself has been perfectly good.
The bars are great and I was particularly impressed that they stock Heineken 0.0%, which is brilliant for someone like myself who doesn’t drink alcohol. The reusable cup/token system around the pool is also a brilliant idea and works really well. The lifeguard deserves a mention too - he’s definitely “on it” and makes sure the pool rules are followed!
There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The lifts are probably the biggest issue and really need some investment. You can sometimes wait a very long time for one and they seem to have a mind of their own! 😂 The pool is also quite small considering the size and capacity of the hotel. Yes, people start queuing ridiculously early for sunbeds, but it is what it is - if you can’t get one, the beach is only a short walk away!
The evening entertainment could perhaps be a little better and more varied too, but these are relatively minor negatives compared with our experience overall.
We came here expecting the worst after some of the reviews we’d read and have ended up being genuinely impressed. It’s a lovely, friendly hotel, we’ve had a fantastic family holiday and we would happily come back again!

We went last year as a family for 9. 8 adults and 1 teen. Location is fantastic. Hotel is clean, up to date, modern ect. Staff we brilliant from start to finish. Hotel rooms clean, spacious and just what you need. Food- snack bar is fab, meals- breakfast, lunch and dinner- there is something for everyone and we always loved what we had. We always got sunbeds as a party of 9 altogether. Entertainment was a good laugh aswell. Drinks ect cant fault. Lifts can be a pain but tbh no a big deal. We have booked again for this year and cant wait.
