Just spent 5 nights here and loved every minute. Rooms were spacious, well equipped and air-conditioning was very good! (There was a heatwave with very high humidity so AC was very welcome) Shower was big and plenty of hot water. Pool was clean, warm and pool entertainment was good. Pool bar and lunch areas were both great. We were SC but chose to pay for breakfast 3 mornings €8 each, Buffet style and well presented. We also opted for dinner one evening, again buffet style €16 each including drinks so very good value. All staff in all areas were friendly and professional and reception was informative and helpful. The walk to the beach was around 10 minutes downhill and we did walk back up twice but opted for a taxi all other times. The location is good as its quiet and only 10 minutes to Pionete beach and 15 mins from the old town however I would prefer a couple of local bars/shops nearer. That said we would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend. Thank you Terralta x

Was very impressed, great pool, kept spotless, staff were very helpful and friendly. Slight aircon issue sorted out really quickly. Its about 20 min walk to beach front, it’s nice and quiet and one block over theres a great park too. The walk is totally fine and you can always get a local taxi if you need to. The evening entertainment was fun, very well set up for families with younger kids and buffet breakfast and dinner good value and tasty. Also all powered by solar panels pretty impressive! We really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks.

Great hotel in good location - far enough from the town to be quiet yet not too far to walk to beach and taxis are relatively cheap to old and new towns. Pool fantastic. Reception, bar and dining staff all pleasant and helpful. We were half board - breakfast and evening meals were delicious. Now my only negative - nothing plain to suit young children at evening mealtime. My 12 year old found very little to suit him. There were no chicken nuggets or plain pizza and he didn't like the taste of the spaghetti bolognese. That's my only complaint. Apart from that the Terralta is a fantastic hotel.

I really cannot say enough good things about this place. Super exceeded my expectations. The location is in my opinion the best because it is not far from beach/town but tucked away in a quiet area of the city. This makes it quite peaceful. I feel like the reviews do not do the food justice. We were halfboard and the food here is super affordable for buffet style and kudos to the chef! Such tasty food- each night we stayed had a theme- Italian, Asian, Greek. We explored several countries through the food at dinner alone. The hotel is perfect for small children. We have two under 3 years old and everything was accessible and there was even a pool the perfect size for our two year old. He loved it. The room had everything we needed and everything is so clean! Both the room and dining area of the hotel. I was impressed. Cooker, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle are provided in the flat which was great for sorting out small lunches! I could go on but hopefully this is a helpful review

Room large and great for self catering. Decent size fridge with additional half sized freezer at the top. Cleaning every other day. In a quiet residential location with no other hotels nearby. Tram station 20 minute walk, same for access to the beach. Great for cyclists - easy access to the hills to the north of Benidorm.
