This hotel was a huge disappointment. I would strongly recommend avoiding it and booking somewhere else. During my entire 10-day stay, I had constant problems with the key card for my room. Every single day, I had to go to reception three or four times just to have the card reprogrammed because it simply wouldn't let me into my apartment. Despite reporting the issue repeatedly, the staff never managed to fix the problem or offer a proper solution. It was incredibly frustrating and stressful to deal with this every day of my vacation. Instead of relaxing, I was constantly worried about whether I would be able to get into my room. A holiday should be enjoyable, not filled with unnecessary problems like this. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, and I sincerely hope no one else has to experience the same situation during their vacation.

DO NOT GO THERE! If I could put zero, I would have not hesitated at all. At the reception of this hotel, the guys working there are simply horrible, especially the two guys who were on duty on April 5th, 2026 — one during the day shift and the other during the afternoon shift. They are aggressive, savage, and completely incapable of dealing with customers. They don’t greet customers, show no respect, and their attitude is arrogant and extremely rude. They behave like people with no education and no manners. It’s unbelievable that a hotel would allow people like this to work at the reception, which is supposed to be the first and most important point of contact for guests. The way they talk to and treat customers is shameful. They clearly have no training, no sense of service, and absolutely no professionalism. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Just read all the negative comments about them and you will see that I’m not the only one saying this. The guys at the reception are simply savage and extremely unpleasant. I had another booking with them that I canceled immediately. They don't just deserve. During my stay, I booked with the breakfast that I never went to take because these guys just disgusted me!

Recent 5 night stay . Really nice hotel and great service and a nice quiet single room. Great location in the old town and a good breakfast. Good value .

Its a nice clean and modern hotel and reasonable priced however receptionist not at all friendly she was one the phone when I checked in so checked me in while having a personal conversation I ask were the lift was she never spoke just angrly pointed in its direction

The location and price is the best ever only 2 min walk to the beach and 5 min to all bars and restaurants
