Just back from a 3-night lads' holiday with a group of 7 of us, and Hotel Orange was spot on. Checking in was a breeze too as there was no deposit needed.
The location is unbeatable—right on the main strip—but we were massively surprised by how quiet it was inside the hotel. No noise issues at all. The rooms were spacious, and the whole place was spotless.
We had the buffet breakfast included and it was a solid 10/10. It runs from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, which was exactly what you needed to recover after a heavy night of drinking.
The pool area is brilliant, with plenty of sun loungers and a massive TV showing Sky Sports. The pool bar is excellent value, with drinks only costing about €3 to €5 each. Love that it’s adults-only and there was absolutely no trouble. Will definitely return and highly recommend for group holidays!

This hotel really exceeded my expectation , the rooms were clean and modern (just missing a kettle), the beds were comfortable, breakfast and bar/lunch service excellent and pool area vibe was fab. The hotel staff could potentially have a lot to deal with due to the location of this hotel but I was impressed with the entire service. Would recommend.

I've stayed at the hotel four times and have always enjoyed my stay. The location and the cost are excellent and the pool get the sun during the day.
I have previously stayed in April when the AC is switched off which is not ideal during warm nights. This year, I stayed in May and the working AC made a big difference.
There must be a way to speed up check-in. There were times during my stay where there were at least 50 people crowded in reception waiting to check in. Express check-in made a big difference for me this year so perhaps this could be mandatory.
In summary, the location, pool (including the bar) and the cost all excellent are all huge drivers for staying at the hotel.
Small areas for improvement - year-round access to AC and faster check-in to avoid crowds at reception.
We will be back next year for our fifth consecutive year.
Gracias

We've been coming here for 15 years but sadly this may be our last. We come every June but last couple years the hotel seems to have changed. When once it had quite a varied mix of people from young to old, it is now mainly made up of Hen and in particular Stag dos. So at the pool its full of the tattooed-to-the-hilt, turkey teeth variety
Drinking their pints of Kopparberg whilst in the pool. The noise is deafening and not one of them used the toilets all day they were in there. I can only see this as getting worse. Shame as its a perfectly adequate Hotel in ideal location. Majority of staff are nice and friendly and the food is fine.

This was an absolute shocking stay for me, from check-in the check-out the staff were not considerate, arrived at 11am told no not until 1-2pm, staff member walked off with no guide to where to store cases, then questioned why I didn't book a disabled room when Jet2 have been emailing them non-stop, no reply whatsoever, lift tiny, hallways tiny, toilet couldn't get to it, which was embarrassing having to use the disabled toilet in the reception, got charged an extra £50 cleaning charge for the room, and the man behind the desk was not discreet at all! was very embarrassing, the only nice staff member was the lady that was on in the afternoon Tuesday-Wednesday, I will be writing this on Accessible forums and local media, also to Jet2
