We had a lovely stay, the room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of coat hangers which is unusual. Daily cleaning. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and very tasty. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet. We never struggled for a sunbed but this may be different in busier times. All in all, it was a lovely stay.

Had a lovely stay here! Friendly and helpful staff at reception and breakfast. Rooms constantly cleaned and towels replaced. Comfortable rooms and good quality shower/bathroom facilities! Excellent location: away from the noise but also a 5 minute walk to the bars/beach. Two things to improve:
Coffees and teas in the bedroom would be a nice touch
The man cooking your omelet could be more friendly and smile!! Service with a smile goes a long way! :)

The hotel is well situated to walk comfortably between Levante and Poniente beaches with easy access to all the amenities of the new and old town. I liked the quieter location which is still only minutes away from the lively entertainment and bars along the strip. The pool is perfectly adequate for its clientele, which on my stay was couples, maturer solos and some families like myself with late teens children.
I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and super efficient staff. I spoke mostly to the reception and bar staff who made me feel like an old friend from arrival - this was my first visit. I cannot fault the overall experience, particularly taking into account other variables such as the quieter more relaxing ambience.
If I was to make one suggestion it would be the breakfast room seemed to lack atmosphere - it felt a little clinical compared the rest of the hotel. The service staff smiled and made eye-contact and as per the overall high standards of the staff, they were also super efficient at their jobs. There is just something about the room that feels clinical and a little per-functionary. Maybe background music and a welcome host at the desk would help make the dining experience feel more engaging? The breakfast food was good with plenty of the usual choices between British and continental options.
The evening entertainment was on par with what I have experienced perviously in the Presidente nightly bar area. I participated in karaoke and sang along to 80s tunes one evening; the next I watched several of the Spanish guests enjoy ballroom classics and line-dancing.
I would 100% recommend this hotel to friends and I will stay again if I visit Benidorm. A big thank you to Jackie on reception and the evening barman for making us feel like we had friends on site, it was reassuring as I was there alone with my teens children. I received guidance with local insights/directions/shopping ideas/general conversation etc. All my taxis were booked by reception.
A holiday I will never forget and that is what it is all about. it's a Lovely venue and I'd normally go to the Presidente, but now I know they don't have Jackie and the barman so......?!

We have visited Benidorm many times, and Servigroup Castilla is easily the best hotel we have ever used. All staff we encountered on reception, restaurant, bar and room cleaning were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our board was bed and breakfast and the quality and choice of food at breakfast was excellent, with a special mention for the back bacon available at Show Cooking each morning.

Friendly service from the moment we came to the moment we left. Breakfast service was very efficient and staff were very friendly. Food was lovely. Jackie behind reception is a real credit and was wonderful. Room comfy and clean.
Will definitely be back.
