Had an exceptional time at your hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. The room was well furnished and bed very comfortable. Bedding and towels changed regularly We were full board so had ample opportunity to sample the food and found many choices, well cooked, fresh and hot. Particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the bread and butter pudding. Staff in all areas were helpful and friendly, they are a credit to your hotel and a big part of our enjoying our holiday. The entertainment was satisfactory. I had a small issue with our toilet which was not resolved before we left which was a pity because that is the only negative throughout our stay.

Outstanding Stay at Servigroup Castille, Benidorm
From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I’d chosen the right place. As a solo traveller, those first few seconds matter, and I was met with the warmest, most genuine welcome that instantly made me feel safe, relaxed, and completely at home.
The staff are truly something special. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and full of kindness. Nothing was too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. You can feel the heart in this hotel, it has that real family vibe that money simply can’t buy.
My room was spotless, fresh, and beautifully kept. Housekeeping clearly take great pride in their work because everything was immaculate. The bed was comfortable, the decor was lovely, and it just felt peaceful, exactly what you want after a long day of exploring Benidorm.
The food was gorgeous, fresh, tasty, great variety, and so well presented. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, there was always something delicious waiting. And the coffees? Amazing. Easily some of the best I’ve had abroad.
The pool area is just as impressive: clean, well looked after, and perfect for relaxing. The pool bar offered fantastic choices, great drinks, and that laid-back holiday feeling we all crave. Whether you're travelling solo, as a couple, or with family, it truly caters to everyone.
Inside and out, this hotel is absolutely beautiful, welcoming, stylish, and full of warmth.
I couldn’t have asked for a better 3-night stay. If you’re thinking about booking Servigroup Castille, do it. You’ll be treated like family from the moment you arrive. I’ll definitely be returning next year, I can’t wait.

Fabulous hotel, check in was super friendly and welcoming. Great options at meal times, food was hot and replenished quickly. Hotel was well maintained and plenty of sunbeds. Id have liked breakfast to be available until 10.30am rather than 10am but thats a personal preference after staying out! I'd definitely stay here again, the team here really look after their guests. Thank you for a great stay.

Both me and mum had a fabulous week. I can't fault the hotel. Everything was so clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful (thanks Jacqui for your assistance) and the dinner on the evening was delicious. I actually wish we had spent more days dining at the hotel than out on the strip as there was so much choice. We may consider booking via the website if we consider visiting again - and there's a very high chance of that. Thanks again for making it a lovely holiday.

This hotel was a real find.Small -sized hotel with heated swimming pool.Ample sunbeds-no scrambling to grab one before someone else's towel had bagged it!Heated pool, never full, often in it alone!
We were full board,food excellent,restaurant staff cheerful and helpful.Reception very good,particularly the manager (?)Jackie.
Our room maid was excellent-room cleaned early every day-unheard of!
If you want to be on the sea front this is not the hotel for you but it is in a nice quiet location,with supermarkets nearby.And the persiana blackout blinds in our room were a real boon. Fellow holiday makers were,like us mostly baby-boomers with a sprinkling of 30-50 year olds,and no children(although not classified as adult only the hotel points out there are few if any facilities for children).This made our time in the hotel much more restful and soothing,particularly at meal times,when one recalls little Johnny or Mary kicking off with primal screaming at breakfast or dinner times!
I understand that 80% of the hotel's customers are repeat business.This is hardly surprising. We hope to be one of those repeaters again next year.
