Lovely welcoming atmosphere, spotlessly clean. Large beds for a twin room very comfy. Room good standard. Dirty glasses never removed from room during stay. Couple issues with food which was was raised and acted on (under cooked traditional english sausages - mixed in with spanish sausages.) And fried vegetables in where labelled chicken strips. Beef cooked to perfection and im fussy with beef, lots of choice for everyone and kept well topped up. Booked in for cold breakfast on day departure literally tea, coffees,cereal, toast and yoghurt, we didnt want to uncover fruit ect. A tea n coffee station would be nice in room. The addition of the terrace is bonus to this hotel spent alot of time there. Toasties get a little over cooked drinks bit pricey for size of cocktails compared to other bars in the vincity who also offering happy hour sessions. Someone made a nice baileys coffee shame not all staff know how too. Very nice jug of sangria.

I had an amazing week there. Jose and the rest of the staff in the restaurant were fantastic and always greeted you with a smile. I celebrated my birthday while staying there and the bottle of sparkling wine was very generous. This was my third time staying in a ServiGroup hotel (Pueblo and Orange previously) and I've enjoyed each one. Many thanks.

Very helpful staff, always friendly and professional. Rooms cleaned and maintained every day. Lovely pool area that’s sunny from morning to well past 6PM in May, with a bar for drinks / cocktails and snacks like toasties / pizza's. Will be visiting again.

Wonderful holiday, first time abroad as a family and we were so pleased. The lady on reception as we arrived was so lovely and friendly and our room was ready and we could have lunch which was so wonderful after the flight/transfer. Room was bright and clean and we actually had the best sleep!!! Shower was great too. The service at the restaurant was fantastic, friendly staff very hardworking and would go out of their way to provide for you. Would book again we really loved Calypso and the location was perfect too. I liked our room being at the back as it was quiet. Food was brilliant each day something different and varied to suit different tastes and added bonus having a fridge in the room as well as a free safe and WiFi which worked very well.

Fantastic hotel and location. Reception staff lovely and helpful. Very clean throughout, daily room clean even though only stayed 3 nights. Breakfast nice, great English choice just a little salty for me.
