The only thing was the rooms need updating. There was plaster missing at the bottom of the door, just little bits of refurbishment. No light on the balcony
This did not spoil my stay and would happily stay again.
Plenty of sunbeds even at 10am. Location fabulous, breakfast was great, English including black pudding if you want it, fruit pastries breads.

Ticks all of the boxes. I have stayed in 4&5 star hotels, but not as good as Calypso. This will be our go to hotel in Benidorm now!
The rooms were quite small, but very compact, had everything, including plenty of clothes storage room, and because the rooms were small, the air con was excellent.
Couldn’t fault our maid service, our room was very clean, along with the whole hotel.
There was entertainment around the pool if needed, but wasn’t pressured into joining in if we didn’t want. Lots of sun beds, even on the busy weekend.
The location was brilliant, near everything but no trouble.
We only had breakfast, and there was plenty of choice, even sweet stuff for me (being diabetic, you don’t normally get catered for!).
The Maintenance team were very efficient with my son’s needs.
See you next year. I would prefer a room overlooking the pool next time.

Great hotel. Service always with a smile. Staff really lovely especially in Restaurant they really looked after my friend with her gluten and dairy free allergies and happy to prepare something separate from the buffet for her. Lawrence on the pool bar brilliant! Brilliant clean hotel just off the strip if you prefer to be near all the bars. Booked again for next year

Front desk staff were superb, very helpful. Rooms were made up every day, fresh towels provided. Breakfast was superb; great choice and all very well prepared. The hotel is really well situated. Thanks for a great stay 🙏..!

The hotel staff were pleasant. The rooms were basic but did the job. The maid cleaned the room every day and replaced essentials like loo roll and towels. The only downside to the rooms were as soon as you opened your door the bed was right there. So folk going back to their rooms on an evening sounded like they were coming through your door. And there was no tea/coffee making facilities.
The hotel was clean and spacious.
The hotel is situated slightly back from the strip, and literally opposite Morgan’s Tavern. But we didn’t hear any noise.
We were staying bed and breakfast. The breakfast was nicely cooked and tasty.
Choice of cereals, pastries, bacon, sausage, fruit etc.
All in all I would stay here again.
