Was years since I last visited and still compare every holiday to this. Absolutely lovely hotel and amazing staff that can never do enough. Drinks were incredible especially the inside bar. Staff were incredible. Always clean. Beach cove was lovely. Only issue was the noise from the neighbour hotel playing baby shark right as you are trying to enjoy a romantic dinner. We also visited off peak so not much to do outside hotel. Will 100% return during peak season.

This is the first time in my life that I’m writing a negative review. When traveling with my husband, we always choose adults-only hotels with a high standard. Despite the very good reviews and all the online hype, this hotel completely disappointed us.
We were extremely disappointed by the hotel staff. The waiters in the dining area couldn’t care less about the guests or keeping the place clean. When someone finished eating and you wanted to sit at that table (because sometimes you had to walk around just to find a free spot), the staff didn’t even lay out fresh cutlery; you had to serve yourself. As for the food, there was a very limited selection for such a large hotel—far too much local Turkish food and not enough international dishes.
In our room, there were constant issues with the power because the fuses kept tripping. It even happened once in the main dining hall—apparently, that’s just standard practice here 😀. The guest relations manager was very rude and downright abrasive. I got the impression that some of the employees were working there as a punishment. If something spilled and you asked them to clean it up, they simply didn't care—total ignorance. European guests are treated worse than local Turkish guests, and 90% of the hotel entertainment is aimed strictly at local guests as well.
I am deeply disappointed with our stay. We paid so much money, and this hotel really leaves a lot to be desired. I’m not a picky person, but if I pay this kind of money for a hotel stay, I expect a high level of service. In my opinion, this hotel deserves 4 stars at most and a definite drop in price.

We were here for our 3rd visit 31st may to 11th June. The staff , the sea view room , the days round the pool were just as amazing as the last 2 visits. This was the 1st time of going to the a la carte and that was definitely worth going to.
The guest relations are so helpful and very polite whenever you need any help. There was an incident with 4 guests while we were there round the pool area and this was dealt with attentively and professionally even though said guests were very rude to staff and to an elderly guest, so we'll don't to Jane for her response to that. We liked to have a burger on some of the days and then a waffle instead of eating in the restaurant, nice for a change and to still be I pool area. As for the sun loungers you could always manage to get one by 9.30 but we did find that towels were often just the only occupant of the sun loungers until well after lunch. But the pool man always managed to get some more.loungers out for ones struggling to find one. I think that many pick 2.loungers together then there is always a single one left between the next 2 people then so always a single lounger between 2 couples. The young lad who collects the rubbish from the bins etc round the pool is a lovely young man and we made sure we tipped him and he gave the biggest smile for this. The staff all work very hard. Our room was cleaned daily and towels changed daily . The towel art from our cleaner was always something to look forward to on returning to our room. We were sent a bottle of wine and some macaroons for our 30th anniversary which was a lovely touch. The Turkish night entertainment and food was really good and also mexican night. The only thing I would say is that going for breakfast 4 times at 7.15 /7.30 and the toaster not being turned on The Michael Jackson act was definitely a good night. The little shop near reception is quite good also. The man in there is very helpful.
So thanks again to Selene staff for another wonderful holiday

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed it. Food and drinks were available almost 24/7.
What I really liked is that the hotel is friendly to local cats — they feed them at CatDonalds, see the picture. Speaking about cats, there were 4 tiny kittens close to the animation area during our stay. Hope they are doing well and getting bigger and stronger.
I also really liked the sport activities organised by Ruslana: yoga, aqua aerobics and zumba. It was a nice healthy way to spend the day, without it chilling at the beach would be slightly boring.
The hotel is 16+, but it’s located very close to two other hotels, so we could still hear kids screaming sometimes. The beach is also shared with other hotels, so there were families with kids there as well.

It's our first time in Turkey and at an all-inclusive resort, and Selene did not disappoint.
The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive to their guests' needs, especially during meal times. Our housekeeping attendant, Rukiye, was super artsy, always leaving cute towel decorations in our room that really delighted us.
The resort has a very relaxed and laid-back atmosphere, and the guests were well-behaved and respectful. Despite the unlimited alcohol, no one seemed to be acting up when drunk. The pool area didnt seem to crowded.
There are plenty of food options available in the main restaurant. The burger at the Garden Bar was decent, and the pasta dishes at the Snack Bar are definitely worth trying. For dessert, I highly recommend visiting the dessert section rather than getting them from the main restaurant. The selection of pastries is much better, and they also serve ice cream. The Bailey's Mocha-flavored drink is also a must-try.
For a 7-night stay, guests can book a dinner at the à la carte restaurant. While some of the dishes served may also be available in the main restaurant, the more formal dining setting and the beautiful views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea made the experience feel special.
However, the wines were not particularly good, although the beer ok. But if you want to enjoy the cocktails, wait until 4 PM and head to the Snack Bar when Isa is bartending. He genuinely makes the best drinks in the hotel, especially the Blue Lagoon and Mai Tai. The cocktails served at the Lobby Bar and Garden Bar, as well as those made before 4 PM, simply did not compare (sorry!).
There are not many sightseeing opportunities in the surrounding area if you are looking to explore. This is more of a destination where you stay at the resort and enjoy everything it has to offer.
As for the entertainment, it was decent, although some of the neighboring hotels appeared to offer a bit more. Still, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
Overall, we would definitely come back in the future. :)
