Just a beautiful little resort. We were looking forward to a relaxing vacation and that’s exactly what we got! The hotel isn’t huge, easy beach access where there are plenty umbrellas and beach chairs for all. The beach itself is nice, fine sand and not many rocks, clear water.
The hotel is very stylish and smells amazing! The food is also great, there are 3-4 specialty restaurants and snack spots for between meals, but we honestly enjoyed the buffet for all meals- that’s how good it was! So many options, you’ll never get bored (we were there for 5 days). Definitely the nicest all-inclusive on the entire strip (we walked up and down the beach daily). Booked through TUI, which was great because they handled the shuttle transfer. Don’t really understand the bad reviews- we’ve been to all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and have enjoyed similar service and quality. The only downside is that the beach isnt that clear blue caribbean water that we’re used to (because the sand is just naturally dark) and that the drive from Antalya airport is over 1.5 hours (but that’s true for almost all the resorts). Would 100% recommend for anyone looking to wind down for a few days and escape the sad autumnal weather of europe ;)

We are staying here right now.
I’m giving it 2 stars because the hotel does not live up to 5 stars at all.
The pool is so cold that everyone who put a foot in immediately stepped back out. Only a few people could stand being in it.
If you speak German, the hotel is better for you, but for everyone else, you need to be prepared that the staff does not speak English and will only speak German to you—even when you speak English to them, they continue speaking German.
During dinner, you have to wait for the waiters to come and ask what you’d like to drink, but you can end up waiting for a long time—often until you’re done eating.
If you eat at 7 p.m., be prepared that there might not be any tables available. We waited about 5 minutes for a table, and when we got up to get more food, they cleared our table and offered it to someone else, even though our drinks were still there. When we came back, there was only one table left for four people. The waiter pointed out three times that it was for four people. I said that it was the only table left, and he just repeated, “Four people.”
The room is not soundproof, so in our room, we can hear the neighbor’s TV as loudly as our own— and all their conversations too.
During lunch, we wanted to visit one of the à la carte restaurants, but we were told to leave by a staff member who said we had to eat at the one further down. We asked if it was closed, and he said yes—but then several people walked inside afterward?
The food is good, and that’s where they earn their stars. There’s a large selection, and they get credit for that.
There are also many good activities throughout the day, which is nice.
The pillows in the room are one large and one medium, so your head lies quite high. The mattress is on the firm side but fine.
The room cleaning is decent, although there were lots of blonde hairs in our shower, which was disgusting.
The internet disconnects every time you walk from the pool area or restaurant to your room, and you have to wait about 5 minutes before it reconnects.
They also don’t accommodate mental disabilities. During dinner, there’s a reserved section for people with disabilities. We sat there because I was feeling mentally overwhelmed after walking around for a long time with our food without finding a table or getting help. When we sat down (and there were only people without wheelchairs there), we were told in German that it was only for people with disabilities. I showed him my disability card, and he said, “No, only for wheelchairs.” Again, there was no one there in a wheelchair. It would have helped if he could speak English.
All in all, a disappointing experience for such a high price.

My girlfriend and I have just returned from a 10-night stay at Seaden Quality Resort & Spa and couldn’t be happier. The rooms were spotless throughout our visit, and the staff worked tirelessly to make sure everything ran perfectly. Before you’d even finished your drink, someone was there asking if you’d like another – sometimes they’d just bring one without you even asking.
The entertainment team were all excellent too. A special mention to Memo, who runs the daily darts sessions – if you’re looking for a fun break from the sun and a chance to aim for a 180, make sure to meet him at the stage!
All in all, it was a wonderful holiday at a hotel with truly first-class staff. We would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay here.

All things considered we had an okay stay at Seaden Quality Resort & Spa. As a few reviews mention, there’s somewhat of a language barrier for those who only speak English (staff speak Turkish and German mainly - English is for some easier than others.)
The one thing we missed is a 5-star service at this hotel. The bellboy expecting tips when we didn’t even have a chance to get to an ATM, them falsely mentioning we got a “free” upgrade to a double bathroom room whilst we actually paid for that.
You have to ask oftentimes for a drink when sitting at the lobbybar or outside rather than them asking you if you’d like to drink something while other customers were served without asking.
The most polite staff were probably the housekeepers, they were always cheerful.
Detailed below some extra’s, but in short this hotel is a good selection for those who just want a relaxed stay abroad and don’t want to do much else other than getting a few drinks in and get decent food.
Looking back I just wished the staff was a bit more attentive to us and make our holiday a “once in a lifetime” experience

The curly-haired lifeguard on duty at the beach said his name was Gabriel, that he was Brazilian, and that he needed money to return to his country. He asked my wife and I for money, but we refused. Other guests paid and constantly harassed the guests. We've vacationed at other hotels, but no one asked for money. We were truly disturbed. We come to this hotel to relax, and we don't plan on returning. We'll choose quieter hotels.
