Very good hotel in a nice touristy location. The staff are great and extremely helpful. Majority of them speak mostly German, but there are some employees speaking English. The food is really good and plentiful. Very tasty and fresh. We enjoyed various themes at the restaurant every night for dinner.
There are multiple à la carte restaurants on site, we didn’t have any issues with bookings and the customer relations team were extremely helpful. During our stay, we ended up going to the sushi restaurant for lunch, which was great, and the international restaurant at night, which was a little bit average. We decided to cut it short and went to the restaurant upstairs for a buffet dinner instead, as the à la carte food wasn’t very good on that night.
The entertainment is also great, especially the shows and live music nights.
Really good areas to relax, including the pool bar, beach bar, little cafe near the pool. However, the coffee needs some improvement, it doesn’t taste very good. On the other hand, they have amazing loose tea options!
Great drinks options, even though cocktails are made of local alcohols, they taste good and there was no day when we had to wait for our drinks longer than a few minutes- no matter which bar we chose. Staff are always attentive and friendly. We received great service by the pool from the roller blading guys.
The gym is really nice too, there’s all the basic equipment to do a proper training. There are also some organised classes with a professional trainer.
The hotel looks really modern and clean. The room cleaning service could’ve been better, but they have lots of rooms to go through so it’s understandable.
The hotel has their own airport pick up/ drop off service; which is highly recommended as it’s cheaper and better than the airport taxis. Wish we knew about it when we got to Antalya!
Overall, it’s a great hotel with amazing service and I would stay again!

Check-in went really smooth!
The room looks nice but you can hear everything happening next door, coughing, snoring, talking, the tv in the morning at 7AM?!
We went to reception to change rooms but there was no other room that did not have neighbors.. No one checked if everything was okay until 8PM on the last day. We slept terribly the whole week, I had to buy earbuds so I could sleep and not be kept awake by sounds from I don’t even know where they came from.
The sun beds in the pool area where always reserved with towels with no one on them until like 10:30… When we arrived at 10AM to the pool we didn’t had the change to lay in the sun, everyday the same story. We went to the managers and they told us they would check it starting the day after and take away the towels but guess what. That didn’t happen…
As this was a very expensive week I hoped it was worth my money but it wasn’t unfortunately.
If you don’t like sounds when you want to sleep or wake up easily, do not go here.
The food on the other hand was very good, I enjoyed every meal and cocktail taken..

Just a beautiful little resort. We were looking forward to a relaxing vacation and that’s exactly what we got! The hotel isn’t huge, easy beach access where there are plenty umbrellas and beach chairs for all. The beach itself is nice, fine sand and not many rocks, clear water.
The hotel is very stylish and smells amazing! The food is also great, there are 3-4 specialty restaurants and snack spots for between meals, but we honestly enjoyed the buffet for all meals- that’s how good it was! So many options, you’ll never get bored (we were there for 5 days). Definitely the nicest all-inclusive on the entire strip (we walked up and down the beach daily). Booked through TUI, which was great because they handled the shuttle transfer. Don’t really understand the bad reviews- we’ve been to all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and have enjoyed similar service and quality. The only downside is that the beach isnt that clear blue caribbean water that we’re used to (because the sand is just naturally dark) and that the drive from Antalya airport is over 1.5 hours (but that’s true for almost all the resorts). Would 100% recommend for anyone looking to wind down for a few days and escape the sad autumnal weather of europe ;)

We are staying here right now.
I’m giving it 2 stars because the hotel does not live up to 5 stars at all.
The pool is so cold that everyone who put a foot in immediately stepped back out. Only a few people could stand being in it.
If you speak German, the hotel is better for you, but for everyone else, you need to be prepared that the staff does not speak English and will only speak German to you—even when you speak English to them, they continue speaking German.
During dinner, you have to wait for the waiters to come and ask what you’d like to drink, but you can end up waiting for a long time—often until you’re done eating.
If you eat at 7 p.m., be prepared that there might not be any tables available. We waited about 5 minutes for a table, and when we got up to get more food, they cleared our table and offered it to someone else, even though our drinks were still there. When we came back, there was only one table left for four people. The waiter pointed out three times that it was for four people. I said that it was the only table left, and he just repeated, “Four people.”
The room is not soundproof, so in our room, we can hear the neighbor’s TV as loudly as our own— and all their conversations too.
During lunch, we wanted to visit one of the à la carte restaurants, but we were told to leave by a staff member who said we had to eat at the one further down. We asked if it was closed, and he said yes—but then several people walked inside afterward?
The food is good, and that’s where they earn their stars. There’s a large selection, and they get credit for that.
There are also many good activities throughout the day, which is nice.
The pillows in the room are one large and one medium, so your head lies quite high. The mattress is on the firm side but fine.
The room cleaning is decent, although there were lots of blonde hairs in our shower, which was disgusting.
The internet disconnects every time you walk from the pool area or restaurant to your room, and you have to wait about 5 minutes before it reconnects.
They also don’t accommodate mental disabilities. During dinner, there’s a reserved section for people with disabilities. We sat there because I was feeling mentally overwhelmed after walking around for a long time with our food without finding a table or getting help. When we sat down (and there were only people without wheelchairs there), we were told in German that it was only for people with disabilities. I showed him my disability card, and he said, “No, only for wheelchairs.” Again, there was no one there in a wheelchair. It would have helped if he could speak English.
All in all, a disappointing experience for such a high price.

The Hotel is certainly not a 5 start quality, perhaps a 4 star. There are some areas that need serious attention : 1) The room isolation is terrible, in the mornings one hears the neighbours even taking a shower or cough and in the evenings, the sounds of disco is so loud that is difficult for kids to go to sleep.
2)The kids Club looks really run down and smells damp. There is no clear program for the kids club.
3) The beach in front of the hotel is full of stone. So not nice for swimming, when one goes 10 or 15 min walk towards Side the beach is totally sandy and nice to swim.
4) The shops at the hotel are totally over priced and one has this feeling that the locals are there to milk the tourists!
