The hotel has a fantastic location, just steps away from a wonderful beach, which truly made the stay special. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, creating a perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The food was delicious and varied, offering something for everyone.
While the rooms could benefit from some refreshing in the future, the comfort, calm environment, and especially the close proximity to the beautiful beach made my overall experience truly enjoyable.
I had a great, relaxing stay and would happily return.

The hotel is in an excellent location on a beautiful, secluded beach. It offers all the essential facilities, and the staff are truly wonderful—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
One thing to note is that the hotel is quite isolated. The nearest town, Morro Jable, is about a 10-minute bus ride away, which may be inconvenient for guests who prefer to be closer to shops and other activities.
The rooms are spacious; we stayed in a family room for four nights and found it very comfortable. However, the rooms would benefit from some minor updates, such as fresh curtains or new wardrobe doors, to give them a more modern feel.
The buffet offered a wide range of dishes; however, as a vegetarian, I felt the variety was somewhat limited compared to the options available for meat-eaters. Toward the end of our holiday, my 11-year-old daughter experienced an allergic reaction to mosquito bites on her arms and face, which was quite upsetting for her.
Unfortunately, the swimming pools were very cold, and we were unable to use them as much as we would have liked. As stated in the advertisement, the pool temperature was meant to be maintained, but this did not seem to be the case during our stay.
It would also be helpful if reception staff could provide clearer information regarding shuttle services to and from the airport.
Additionally, there were many nude sunbathers on the beach. While this appears to be common across Fuerteventura—as we also noticed it on Morro Jable beaches—it may be surprising for families who are not expecting it.
Overall, any shortcomings of the hotel were more than compensated for by the stunning nearby beach (Turquoise water and white sand) and the excellent staff. During our stay, we met several guests who were visiting for the second or even third time, which says a lot about the hotel’s appeal. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, beach-focused holiday.

The guy on reception was welcoming and helpful. I had a great room, clean and spacious, the maid kept it immaculate. The food was varied, high quality and there was loads of choice. The dining staff were fantastic, Deborah in particular stood out, she was like a highly efficient machine moving around clearing and making up tables non stop, with no disturbance and a friendly demeanor, a true asset to the hotel. The location was right on top of a long quiet, beautiful sandy beach, perfect for walking and wind wate sports. Overall i had a fantastic holiday here and hoping to return in February, many thanks from Chris, room 0429.

This hotel needs a complete renovation it's old and decrepit a bit like the staff.
The doors were falling off and trip hazards were abundant.
The food was OK in the restaurant but awful in the poolbar area. The alcoholic drinks were the worst I have ever tasted.
The rooms were old and musty and full of Mosquitos.
The staff were miserable and unfriendly. There was one lady on new years eve that actually smiled though.
I would not go back here.

Great location. Beatiful private beach. Amazing food and drinks. Catering staff were amazing and always smiling not matter what.
However, cleaning staff clearly not doing they jobs. Cigaretes buts all around the hotel, lots of broken glasses, used toilet paper/tissue, cockroaches. Outside rooms smell of sewage. I guess it's something to do with plants watering system. It looks like mix of water with sewage. I guess that's also where the mosquitos are breeding. When a complaint was made at the hotel reception, I was advised that smell comes from the local cats... no comment.
Air-con system in the rooms are in reality some very old ventilation system that barely works. Nowhere closs an air-con for sure. When the temperature hit aroud 30 Celsius outside, the rooms are very hot. If you open window it smells and over night you got eaten alive by mosquitoes because there isnt any window nets, my daughther had 20+ bites all over her body after just one night! And my wifes whole back had bites all over too.
A lot of sunbeds are broken and very dirty along with the umbrellas there is absolutely not enough for all of guests at the hotel. Seen some families laying on the ground as no sunbeds available because families leave their towels on fhe sunbeds ovednight so they can reuse them the next day. Its really frustrating that the life guard isnt told to get rid of them or that there isnt a policy that states you cannot leave your stuff at the pool overnight.
The furniture inside the rooms is very old and falling apart. Wifi is constantly out, and no mobile phone signal (which is understanding as ws are on an island in the middle of nowhere.
Definetly not a 4 star hotel it shouldnt be advertised as one as it is false advertisement. None of the photos of the hotel look like how the hotel does now. In addition, the last reward that ive spotted on the wall in reception is from 2018. The lady in the reception barely knows how to handle loads of customers ans shouldnt be on shift alone, especially during the night where majority of people are arriving and departing. I also find it outragous how the manager only comes in for 2 hours whenever they please.
Overall, the only good thing about the hotel is the food and the view.
